Wish I knew what I was in for when I seen him using nothing but steam and a rag for a detail job. I have been texting and calling Brian with to response or answer. He “detailed” the interior of my BMW (at night in the rain). Obviously without proper lighting anything can look good in the dark. Next morning as I am carefully reviewing the work done, unfortunately there’s no visible difference. All stains remain embedded into the leather seats. The doors are still filthy with stains. Boarders with built up dirt are still very much visible. Basically everything that I pointed out to Brian that needed cleaning is still there!. Imagine waiting 3hrs in the cold/rain for a job to be done to end up wasting your hard earned money. I wouldn’t have wrote a review at all had Brian just answered my calls or reached back out via text so that we could resolve the issue.
