They are no honest ppl! I've been there a month ago with my bf.he forgot his phone in the car and after 5 mins he returned for it,it wasn't there,he asked the staff of they saw it,they said no.so my bf went home and he saw on his computer the location of his phone and it was in that car washing place,so he went back and told them that it's supposed to be here and the guy went to "spray" my bf's car inside and said oh the phone is here...and it was on the floor but my bf checked the car before and it wasn't there. And few weeks after my bf realized that his speaker is missing so he went to this car washing and they had it on there table! If you go to that place make sure you don't leave anything in your car!

I came to clean my car and forgot my cellphone in the car. While they were cleaning, I noticed I don’t have my cellphone. I went to the car and start searching everywhere in the car and asked them if they’ve seen a phone and they said no. I used another phone to sign in to my iCloud to track my phone’s gps location and noticed my phone is still in the same car wash location. When I confronted the employees, they suddenly said oh, yeah let me show you. These people do not seem like honest people. I don’t recommend the service.

Just was there for a basic wash. Have been coming here for over a year and the service has been steadily declining, my mistake for providing repeat business. I will not be coming back, terrible job rinsing down the car, loads of water marks and unwashed soap suds, passenger side had scuffs and boot marks from where one of the workers sat to clean it that they didnt bother to dust off. That coupled with a few hearty new scratches, I will not be coming back.

I spent $90 total for full service interior cleaning and hand wax. My car was dirtier on the inside with dog fur. I usually get it spotless inside myself with a vacuum but I figured I’d try this place. There was still fur on my backseats and the trunk was not vacuumed at all! For that amount of money I expected more. Never going back to this place

I've been getting my car washed there for years. Best car wash of all the car washes I've tried in Long Beach. They do an excellent job and their rates are very competitive. They did an interior detail on one of my cars. At the time my car had cloth seats and I had small grandchildren ... not a good combination. The interior was pretty dirty. When I picked up my car it looked almost as good as new; they did a fantastic job! They did an outstanding job on an exterior detail I had done on a late model Nissan Altima. I had it done six months ago and the water still beads up on the finish. I highly recommend them!

They were late to open. I was the only car there and finished within 15/20 minutes. My wheels were not cleaned, my charger not cleaned, my carpet not all vacuumed, water still dripping from the doors, windows and trunk. When I went into I explained to the manager that I felt that my car was not completely cleaned, he stated there is a car wash on PCH.

This was the worst and most expensive "carwash" I paid over $50.00. I paid to have them clean my seats. There was a child car seat that had crumbs and popcorn. They did not vacuum the car seat. The car had bird poop that I wiped away after the car wash. They left me immediately after signaling that my car was ready the men ran off to stuff their faces with Pizza. I will NEVER go there again! Horrible experience!

First time and last time there. There's no signs about where to pull in or anything. I turned into the small street and the worker just waved me off. I tried to ask which way did I need to enter and he waived me off again. Another worker finally approached me and told me where to go. The guy at the register was nice and they did a pretty good job at washing my car but I'm disappointed that they didn't unbuckle the car seat to vacuum underneath it. Every other plane I've been to automatically does it. So do to that and the first dude that was rude and doesn't know customer service I deducted 2 stars.

I been going to Naples for along time and i love this place. The workers are amazing. Angel and Victor are the best! Sucks to see them work in the sun. I noticed before they used to have a tent for their workers to be in the shade and still be able to do their responsibilities. I wish the establishment took care of their employees a lot more. I only go here because of Angel and Victor. I’m only rating 1 star because it seems like the workers don’t get taken care of. Workers are the reason I still go.

I like to take my vehicles here and grab a slice of pizza next door at Valentino's while I wait. The car wash is always high quality and the people behind the counter are always very nice and helpful.

They did an excellent job on an interior detail for my car. They also were woefully understaffed. I had an 11am appointment and they didn't even touch my car for 3-4 hours, held onto it for almost 6 hours. Decent service, but I'd recommend not making an appointment online or pre-paying, and trying to get them to be as honest as possible about their workload and staffing on the day you go there for service. It's better to come back later than to have them hold onto your car for half a day for no reason.

Went to Naples Island Car Wash & Detail for the first time today. Going on a Wednesday mid morning meant no wait. Pulled right in and they immediately started working on my Tesla Model X. Having a NIA card meant I got their #2 service for the #1 price, so gave them a Good Value rating as it was cheaper than retail. My SUV was very dirty from getting back from a Road Trip so I pointed out areas, lower front grill, side rails, that needed extra love. They didn't balk or complain, just took care of it for me. Very pleased with the service and will be back supporting a local small business.

3 stars because they’re polite. 2 stars for quality. Paid $120 for a car wash, pet hair removal. Went to check the car and there were stains on the leather. I asked one of the workers and was told that it’s not included in a standard car wash. That’s definitely a first for me! Had to ask somebody to come back and wipe them down. They still had stains that I was easily able to remove myself at home. Overpriced for what you get.

Paid for the Luxury + wax package ($110) and they left streaks on the window, didn’t even clean the plastic paneling, and there’s still dirt spots inside the door step. Water spots on the mirrors, and dog hair still in carpets after paying extra $10 for the dog hair removal. Unfortunately I had pre paid so I was stuck with it. It is a $40 job at most. HARD PASS.

We took our two cars to Naples Island Car Wash today. Our neighbors have a tree that drops sap on our cars when they're parked on our driveway in the summer, so both cars were in need of a wash! To our dismay, after paying $39 plus a 20% tip to wash each car, neither was fully clean when we drove away. Sap remained all over our cars, and they hadn't fully dried or cleaned the windows in my car. They also never told me my car was done, leaving me sitting there for nearly 20 minutes after my husband's car was "done." When we got home, I took out a damp rag to clean and dry my car, since nobody had bothered to dry more than the drivers side door on my car. I thought to try to clean off some of the sap before calling to schedule a detail - and lo and behold, with just a damp rag and a second's effort, the sap came off. All photos for this post are from after I returned home from the car wash. Door handle photos are before and after I quickly wiped it with a damp rag. What a waste of time and money. I am never returning to Naples Island Car Wash.
