Wow!!! This is the best car wash ever! It's not close to me however i wish there was one. I asked one of the guys to do an extra scrub before i went in and he did such a thorough job! I barely had to scrub or dry after. Thank you Jesus for these people. Bless them, their families and their business!

I bought a new car 6 weeks ago, and have been really nervous about taking it through a car wash, but when I saw the high rating of this one, I decided to give it a try. I originally came for the full service wash, but when the employee called to ask his manager about it, she told me that the full service guy had not shown up for work that day. I decided instead to do the tsunami wash. The wash itself seemed fine, the vacuum was great, and they provide towels to dry off your car (they were damp though, which I thought was weird). However, after leaving, I noticed that a chunk of paint is now missing from my door. I'm just really disappointed to know that my concerns about machine car washes are justified. My car is red, so the missing chunk is very obvious to me

Had my mom get her car washed at this establishment for one of her Mother's Day gifts. Mario did an AMAZING job on her 2009 White Honda CRV. It is definitely Shinning now. Not sure what he did but the interior and exterior are night and day difference. He was so very nice to my mom who is 83. Thank you for making my mom so happy and giving her great customer service and going beyond. You will be seeing me and my family members on a regular basis. THANK YOU!

I won a free car wash from a halloween event and immediately drove over to try this place out. The staff was attentive (antennas, wipers, etc) and friendly. I was thoroughly impressed by this auto carwash, only thing is that the vacuums could be a bit stronger. Still got the job done but some deeper areas need a very powerful suction.

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. They claim to have signed my elder mother up for a monthly service - and have been charging her for months. She has tried to cancel their service twice now. Once they did not process the request and they only now canceled service after we forcefully argued with them. She has not used the car wash in a month - but they refuse to refund her for the last month and this upcoming months service. This company seems to take advantage of elder people to make a quick buck. I can not believe that there are places that operate in a deceptive manner like this. Update: The manager MONICA has come back and said that my mother has used their services since July. Again as I have stated, her last date of use is September 09, 2024. My mother has not used their services since which the manager has admitted. And again, my senior citizen mother has said she was never told this was a reoccurring charge. Monica has refused to refund for the months that mom was charged and never used the service. Saying her cancellation date is 10/28/24 and they will not provide a refund for those two months. After my mother was told she would not be refunded, she called me very upset. I am the one that told her that if she’s not going to be refunded then she should take her car immediately and get it washed. But my mother declined, too upset with everything that took place. Monica was well aware that I would be leaving this review to warn others, as I stated as such over a phone call. If they won’t be an upstanding company and refund for services never rendered, my goal in leaving this review is to hopefully prevent someone else from falling trap to their practices. Lastly, If you look back at the reviews, on google, on Yelp and on the better business bureau website you can see multiple instances where people have tried to cancel services and or recover their unauthorized charges and the manager either ignores cancellation request and continues to charge unsuspecting customers. I would use caution before I ever go to this business or sign up for any of their services.

I’ve been to Surf N Shine twice and both times were great. I get the full service for $29.99. After driving through the wash portion someone details the inside for you. I had Mario today and he did a very attentive job. Wiped down the dash, steering wheel, cup holders, vacuumed, washed the mats, cleaned the windows and mirrors. They are quick but detailed. The only issue was there was still some yellow pollen stuck to the outside of the car that didn’t come off in the machine. I was there mostly for the inside so it wasn’t a big deal for me but could be an issue for someone else. Everyone working was also very friendly. I highly recommend and will be back.

I have a monthly membership to this car wash. I also have a roof rack on my car. One of the brushes was so powerful it took my roof rack and damaged the top of my roof. Accidents happen! What really impressed me was how the manager, Monica, handled it. She referred us to her body shop & my car was fixed in a day. She completely covered all costs. Great customer service isn’t always about everything being perfect, it’s also about how things are remedied when there’s an issue. I will continue going to this car wash.

I have had a previous car wash membership and I have NEVER had an issue cancelling. I was new to the area so I tried out the car wash and I didn’t like it. It was weird because I pulled out a debit card and the woman said I could not get a membership with it and that it HAD to be credit. It was too rough on my car and always put my side mirrors inside. I had called them to cancel and the woman on the phone said the cancellation was okay and it went through. However I got a new charge on my card, so I called my credit card company and turns out they make sure you sign up with credit so you can’t dispute the charge when you try cancelling. I am disappointed and upset. Beware of this place.

I decided to purchase a monthly membership after trying this place. Car came out very clean and the vacuums had super good suction on them. Got my car interior very clean. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The monthly membership is less expensive than paying every time you go. So that was the deciding factor on getting a monthly membership. Very happy I go there once a week. All right

We go here frequently, and are members, because our kids think car washes are the best thing ever. They’re always super nice and friendly. They give you a wipe for inside the car and have air sprayers and vacuums that work great and actually teach the trunk area. They also have trash bins at every spot so it makes doing a quick clean of the car much easier.

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. My car was damaged in the middle of the wash, and when I pointed it out right away, the staff brushed it off. The manager, Monica, was incredibly unprofessional — giving excuse after excuse instead of taking accountability. She refused to admit that my car was in perfect condition when I pulled in and even refused to let me obtain a copy of the video footage. That alone tells me they knew something went wrong and didn’t want to own up to it. If you value your car, STAY AWAY from this place. They clearly don’t stand behind their service, and the lack of transparency is alarming. I will never be returning here, and I highly recommend others think twice before trusting this place with their vehicles.

This was happily our go to for a few years after tons of issues finding a good one....but I am sad to say quality has taken a sudden dive. Lots of soap left in the car when we exited, the signal to notify when to leave neutral didn't work, several bug splatters remain nearly untouched, and a new 3 inch scratch on front passenger window means the hunt continues for a new staple.

I had a coupon for half off, when I went for a Carwash I redeemed it. After I was charged I was offered a Christmas special for what service I picked ill get that price for the next 1 months. I accepted the offer they were supposed to refund me back the carcass I got half off. When I check my bank account I was charged for the 2 months and never refunded the original carcass. I spoke with the manager Monica, she is very rude, unprofessional, did not want to help. She said she could only refund original carwash but I asked to cancel services and refund the 2nd month services she said no. I informed her today was the 1st day of the 2nd month and has not been used she just ya ok ill cancel it. I found out she canceled it but didn't refund me my 2nd month, she was in rush to get me off the phone. She makes a bad name for this company if that's the type of manager they want. That's terrible since the washer are good but she could not help a customer.
