Great service and attention to detail! The staff is friendly, and the car comes out looking spotless. Prices are reasonable, though it can get busy at peak hours. A reliable choice for a quality car wash. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

They managed to remove stubborn stains and left both the interior and exterior looking brand new. The seats were spotless, the dashboard was shining, and the car smelled fresh and clean. What I appreciated most was their dedication to customer satisfaction — they didn’t leave until I was fully happy with the results.

Had been going to them for years until a few months ago their wash DAMAGED my car with a huge indent above my passenger door. I have video proof that it came from their wash as I had just left an auto repair shop before coming there and inspected it right before. When I asked to speak to a manager on site, no one could direct me to a higher up. Everyone wanted to shift responsibility to the next person. I then called them explaining the issue and asked for their video footage to confirm their responsibility, and yet no follow up. They are liars and terrible with customer service. Would never go here again unless you want your car to leave with dent. UPDATE: This place is very deceptive. They are using bots and fraudulent reviews to boost their Google review. If a spot does this they are automatically untrustworthy to me

Laurel Canyon Car Wash is fast, especially in the evenings, and the staff is friendly and detail-oriented. My car always comes out looking refreshed. Fair pricing and the free vacuum station are a nice bonus. Great spot for a hassle-free clean!

I've been to many car washes, but this one truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. My car was absolutely spotless—inside and out! The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the interior cleaning where they got into every nook and cranny.

Great car wash! In and out quickly without a line in the evening. My car looked great which was no easy feat. I had done a long trip to Joshua Tree plus had parked under trees for a week after, so everything was caked on thick! The wash got everything. They provide rags to do little details and wipe down mirrors. Vacuums were available and easy to use, and no one rushed me along like other places. I will be back!

The car wash staff were polite, professional, and worked quickly. My car was very clean from the outside and the inside. They paid close attention to every small detail, especially when cleaning the inside. I was very happy with the service and give it 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

I drive from Woodland Hills to get my car washed here. Can’t beat the price, the kind people, and quality of the work. I normally get the $15 full service wash. My car gets dried by someone and vacuumed out. Top notch work, I will be returning. Thank you NoHo Car Wash!

Review for NoHo Hollywood Car Wash I came to this car wash with my Tesla Model S. As required, I left my car key in the middle console where it belongs so the car can be operated. It is illegal to leave a car at a car wash without the keys, so I followed the rules. While the car was being washed, I went across the street to eat. When I returned, I tipped the lady $10, and immediately noticed my keys were missing. I asked the staff where they were. At first they searched, but then they completely stopped and brushed it off. When I said I would call the police, they told me, “Go ahead, call the police.” They didn’t care. I went to Burbank Police Station and filed . Now I am waiting here at the car wash for the police to arrive. During this time, a gray-haired man who works there (he seemed to be in charge, helping people pick up cars) came up to me. When I asked who was higher than the cleaning crew, he said: “Do you think the owner will deal with you?” This is the attitude — dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, they tried to gaslight me, saying things like, “You’ll have to prove you left the keys here,” and even suggesting I must have left them at home (which is impossible, since the car cannot even be left here without the key). My Tesla is now a useless stone without the key, and they are refusing to take responsibility. I am proceeding with legal action against this car wash. This is unacceptable service and a total lack of accountability. Customers beware.

Express car wash, for $5 they hand dry it for you but not thoroughly. Car was still dirty with dirt post wash. Free self-vacuum. Paid $18. Tipped $5. Total $23. Better wash, hand dried effort elsewhere for roughly the same price.

Used to wash my car there, but they forced me to stop vacuum, as I was doing long. Will never go there again

I came here for a car wash and while I was going through it I heard something banging on my car. When I got out, there was orange paint all over my car and I cant get it off. I have tried emailing and calling and I have not received any response. The photos aren’t even half of it.

They never pick up their phone wait times are about 10 mins for them to pick up if they do. Once I got there there was no other customer but the machine wouldn’t take my $10 bill and I waited about 5 mins for someone to help me (he was next to the thing the whole time talking with his coworker and smoking) meanwhile the other lane had two people pull up and someone was there to assist them immediately. Once I went through the wash the sign for the full service points left but it’s actually to the right but once you go left it’s only one way so I waited another 5 mins for someone to let me back in. Then there was no signage where to park for full service vs detailing and once I parked I asked if I was in the right spot and all the workers said to me was we don’t have enough people to help you….but then someone did come help me but they didn’t tell if I should wait in my car or go to another area. I eventually got out and took most things into my trunk except for a key in the rear passenger pocket so I wouldn’t lose it. I tipped them When they were done. When I got back home cause I just had an awful experience, I checked in the back where the key was and it’s missing. So now I have to buy new locks and a bolt cutter to replace this one key which is beyond over $30 and the tip I paid. So is my car clean, yes. Would I go back, no. Also I tried calling them to see if they found it but after 10misn of waiting it went to voicemail. Still waiting for them to call back.

A really great drive-through all school car wash with incredibly powerful vacuums in covered bays … still very reasonably priced compared to other places. I do my own wipe down and vacuum as it is mostly self serve but they offer great wipe down services after you come out of the wash.!

Today, I decided to try the car wash that’s located near my home. I read reviews on Yelp and Google and decided to give it a shot, believing it would be a decent car wash based on those reviews. However, right from the entrance, I realized something was off. First of all, the staff didn’t pay any attention to me. It was my first time there, and no one helped or guided me on where to go or how to proceed. Eventually, after figuring out how to pay and how to enter the car wash, the entire process of washing my car, cleaning the interior, polishing the wheels, and wiping it down took only about six minutes. I paid $45 plus a $5 tip, making it $50 in total. I honestly believe this car wash isn’t even worth a dollar. If you come and wash your car yourself, sure, it’s a good price if you do it on your own, but the service provided by the staff is not worth it. In other words, my car was left dirty. The polishing was done so sparingly that it was barely noticeable. There was no fragrance in the car. I asked them to clean the floor mats, but they only vacuumed them. The windows were still dirty; they just smeared the grime instead of wiping it clean. The doors, the trunk—everything looked superficially clean but wasn’t truly clean. For $50, I expected at least some decent service. They polished quickly, made it look shiny, but the car remained dirty. Fifty dollars for nothing! I don’t know who leaves positive reviews, but I won’t be returning to this car wash.

I came to this car wash because my usual one was unexpectedly closed, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience—twice. The first time, I paid $25 for what was supposed to be a basic wash. At that price, I normally expect at least the interior to be vacuumed and the floor mats cleaned. That didn’t happen. I noticed the inside of my car was being left dirty, so I asked about it. I was told that the $25 wash only covers “simple things,” which was confusing because this wasn’t a cheap $8 wash. The lack of clarity and service was disappointing. I decided to give this place a second chance, hoping the customer service would be better. It wasn’t. The service felt rushed, careless, and unorganized. The staff seemed unmotivated, the work was extremely sloppy, and the overall environment looked dirty and unprofessional. It honestly felt like a place where cars could easily get damaged. This was a horrible experience overall, and I will never be coming back. I do not recommend this car wash if you care about your vehicle or expect decent customer service.

I’m really surprised by how many scratches I have on my car from the wash I did not see the last time I washed it. I know I have scratches, but a lot of these are way too new to be coincidence. I couldn’t imagine bringing a new car to this place. In a good few parts as well I don’t really see much cleaning.

I decided to go to the car wash. My car windshield was perfectly intact as I went into the car wash, and as I was coming out, there was a huge crack in my windshield. I contacted the lady that took my credit card she took pictures of the windshield then got on the speaker and spoke to some gentleman she finally let me speak to the gentleman handed me a piece of paper told me to call this happen in August since then I think I have spoken to the people in the claims department twice sent them an email with all the uploaded pictures I received a reply email which said it would take to 3 weeks mind you this happened in August and now we are in October. I have called several times, and it goes to voicemail, as well I have sent numerous emails, and no one returns my calls or emails. Do not go to this car wash.
