I purchased a Groupon deal for an interior detail, wash, and wax for an SUV. I called to schedule an appointment, but they didn’t show up on the day of the appointment. They rescheduled due to a family emergency, which I understand. However, the day before the rescheduled appointment, I texted to confirm but received no response. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they didn’t show up again. I attempted to reschedule once more, but there was still no response. Despite the highly positive reviews, I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and the money I’ve lost.

If you are looking for a professional service to take care of your car inside and out and detail it and make it look brand new, look no further. Matt was amazing. Super professional on time. Worked hard on my car for 4 and 1/2 hours and My car looks brand new I've already referred him to my clients, family and friends. He came to my house help me unload the car, clean my car, detailed it inside and out, washed it and amazing super low price. I highly recommend Matt. Thank you so much. matt did a wonderful job on my car! i found him through groupon and it was an incredible value. really happy i decided to go with his service. he is friendly, timely, easy to schedule with and comes right to you. he will recommend somewhere with security to park if you’re not sure but i did it right outside my apt since there was room. really happy with the detailing and exterior wash! would recommend anyone to use his service!
