The car wash itself is great but unfortunately they switched to online receipts. MyCryptoPay is a garbage site that was built by someone with limited coding skills. Each receipt must be downloaded separately & the site trashes receipts after 6 months. If I had known this prior to tax season I would downloaded weekly but now I have 4 months of receipts missing.

I went to get a car wash, pulled up to one of the machines and selected the wax which is their most expensive wash. I payed using my card, the machine said pull forward and nothing happened no green light and no water coming out of the machine when I pulled through. Very disappointed to have wasted 20 dollars when others times I've used this carwash with no issues normally.

Vacuums aren’t strong/working well. & the car wash only cleaned half my car. Disappointed. Update: owner did reach out. I have not gone back but would try again because the follow through. Have gone back and wash was improved!

Vacuum cleaner is $1 for 4 minutes. It did allow for coins but only quarters NOT dimes or nickels. Didn't see any change machine around so make sure you have enough 25¢ on hand. 1 Bay was down for repair made for a more than longer wait time. Still no change machines which makes it very inconvenient unless you just so happen to have exact change on you

Despite the enticing name "Laser Wash," the actual car washing experience leaves much to be desired. In the era of the old equipment, there was a semblance of washing. The introduction of new equipment doesn't bring any significant improvements. Opting for their cheapest $10 wash is akin to throwing money away, as it essentially boils down to a basic foam and rinse. The blower dryer, which kicks in right after the rinse, shows 60 seconds but gives you a paltry 56 seconds of drying (after you get there for about 4-5 seconds, unless you can teleport to the dryer) – not a full minute – to attempt to "dry" your car. It used to be 65 seconds, so you could get 60 seconds of drying after getting to the blower, not anymore. However, the term 'dry' is used generously here, as the results are far from satisfactory. In conclusion, based on my personal opinion and experience, I will avoid this particular car wash!

The car wash does a pretty good job of getting my car clean. The two issues that I have are.. (1) the dryer doesn't thoroughly dry your vehicle, which is crucial in these frigid temperatures that we are currently having because you wind up having water that can freeze up in your door locks, weather stripping that's inside the doors, and icicles hanging from your rain guards. (2) The machine that you put your money in gives you change back in dollar coins.. a problem with this is one that I experienced the other day.. one of those "dollar" coins that it gave me back was actually a quarter!

Bad place. To dry the car with that kind hair dryer machine that they have in this place was a challenge. I try to buy a cleaning pad for the interior of the car and the machine stole my dollar. At the end my car was not very clean and all wet. It would have been better to wait for the rain to clean the car. I won't go back.

The prices for a wash here are about the same as anywhere else, and if you care about your car, it's a good place to bring it. Since it's a laser wash, it doesn't contain those nasty brushes that carry bacteria from other people's cars, however, if you do not take your time in the wash it can be ineffective at removing dirt and grime. It's a convenient location and does an average job of washing, however the vacuums are god awful which is why I only gave 4 stars. $1 for 4 minutes with a vacuum that doesn't pick up anything.

It's the first time I went to clean my car, I can't see the options on the screen. So I just randomly push a button there. Other than that, It's a good self-service drive thru if you're in a hurry to clean up your car.

Does a great job at removing the dirt and grime, but lacks proper rinsing and drying. Left soap trails all over my vehicle and seemed like the passenger side blower wasn't working properly in the left bay. Vacuumshad low suction and trash cans were full. I wouldn't recommend it and would probably drive to the nearest express tunnel.

The fastest laser wash I've experienced....it got the job done! Paid $13 for the classic. Was shocked it didnt take long at all. I pulled out of the wash thinking no way its clean after all the salt and slush that was on it. To my surprise it was clean. I don't feel ripped off because the convenience and quality. Although $13 is expensive for a laser wash. Im sure this same wash was like $7 before covid.

If your vehicle doesn't come clean here, then that's your fault. Clean and polish your vehicle regularly so the dirt and salt doesn't stick.
