Pretty satisfied with their $19 wash. To begin with, my car was only lightly soiled and expected it to be clean afterwards.

Finally no more wheels damage from the tracks in those tunnel wash. But brushless do has limitation and they are less effective on taking out tough dirt. It depends if you value more on your car paint and wheels vs occasional missed dirt spots. Wish they have rewards program or discount vouchers like Brown Bear.

Does an okay job, not the best, not the worst. At least it's touchless. The best car wash they have is $18 and it should cost about $10 for what you get, which is a halfway clean car.

Great experience here.. wish they had another location in Renton but it's worth the drive.

Great experience from touchless car wash. We’ve been looking for this type of car wash for couple years and we found it and it did a excellent job too! We passed the part washing underneath because the stop sign says move forward. Hopefully you will have a better guideline soon.

Touchless is nice, but it does not clean your car well, like really much at all. Plus it’s over priced for what you get. There’s a wash in Woodinville (a bit farther I know) but it’s cheaper and does much much better.

I was looking for a touchless wash, since my car is ceramic coated. Found this place and seems worthy for the price. Would recommend this place and would definitely visit again..

Overjoyed to have access to this touchless carwash! As others have mentioned, if you are particular about the health of your vehicle's paint and clear coat, you will be extremely pleased with the results. If you're wanting to wash off caked on mud after hitting the trail, then this establishment is probably not what you're looking for. It's a very straightforward and effective soapy wash with no guided wheel bumpers installed that will scratch up nicer rims. Plus, no tacky tire shine applicators that miss half of the sidewalls anyway. (Add your own at home and save money). For touchless, I am impressed! Pro-tip: If you choose the underbody wash, be sure to take your time pulling up to the main wash to allow more grit to be rinsed off underneath. It's easy to miss! Edit: 4 stars due to prices continually increasing. $19/16/11 as of 6/21/23.

Save your $11-19 as your car will look the same before and after the wash. Doesn’t have brushes, just a quick rinse so nothing got washed. The bugs are still on my windows, every smudge and mark. Not worth the time.

Touchless car washes are the way to go for any car lover, especially if your car is black to prevent horrible scratches from those rotating car washes. Location is convenient and there usually isn't a wait. Would recommend bringing 1 or 2 microfiber towels to wipe down your car after the wash as there will just be some leftover water trapped around the exterior of the car. I'm not sure if this is offered but I wish they have a year round plan or a unlimited car wash plan like they have at brown bear.

Used it once to far, no complaints, seems like it did a good job. Been back several times since, it does fine but my vehicles are usually really dirty so I can't expect much. It's a little expensive for what you get. I wish you could pick and choose options, I want under carriage spray but I don't need the sealant that comes with the mid level package.

Decent carwash for a few good reasons however it didn't fully clean my car. Had to go through a second time and even then it missed a few spots that aren't as easy to clean. Would probably do alright depending on the make and model of your car. So long as they're limited to no finer detailing you're likely good. Otherwise I would stick to places that have additional hand wash options or be willing to finish washing the car yourself. Ultimately, not worth the price in my situation but it's still a viable option for others.

Only touchless/brushless car wash around, that I know of. Gets the job done but not great for tough spots, such as bird poop. Price has gone up 2x since the 1rst of the year, not sure if that is justified.

Overall, car wash was great. I have a large SUV and the wash got the whole car, no issues to speak of, which I was concerned with having never taken my car through a car wash and first time in a touchless. The lines can be pretty long however. What makes things more complicated and prevented me from giving 4 or 5 stars is that the touchscreen kiosk to pay for the wash is super finicky, and takes forever to load. This probably adds 5-10 mins to each cars transaction time to purchase a wash. I watched multiple people struggle to get their payment to work, and even saw someone drive off in frustration after waiting like 30-40 mins to get a wash. You have to be extremely patient and wait to let the kiosk load every time to press a button on the touch screen. If they could fix this I would be inclined to come back at peak hours.

Finally a touchless car wash on eastside! This is a great alternative to hand washing. Unlike all other car washes in the region that use horrible brushes, this car wash is just pressurized water and soap. I tool my detailed and coated Tesla here, whose clear coat is not at all forgiving and I inspected the paint closely and it has zero swirl marks or any damage. A robotic arm essentially goes around the car spraying jets of water and soap. I did not notice any missed spots. I will be taking my cars here often.

The soap used at this location is of poor quality and caused damage to all four of my car's window seals. I had to pay approximately $900 to replace them. When I attempted to speak with the owners, I was met by an older lady at the front desk who said, "It's never happened to the thousands of other cars that pass through here, so it can't be us." I do not recommend going here. Be cautious if you have a new car, as this "more affordable wash" may ultimately lead to higher costs for repairing your vehicle.

I agree with all of the people who are concerned about their car’s paint…This is a good option, especially if your car isn’t too dirty. My only 2 issues are: 1)The drying turbo-fans don’t do that great of a job, so you’ll likely have to finish drying your car off at home and 2)OVERPRICED!!! I’ve see pictures older pictures of customers with prices on them and they have gone up 3 or 4 times!!!
