Almost like being in north Minneapolis. Homeless people asking for money. No lids for coffee cups, no creamer. If you ask for a sandwich, they get mad and give a cold one. By far the worst one out of the franchise. I will spend my money somewhere else from now on.

We stopped in to buy lottery tickets and powerball. We told the lady we wanted 10 powerball, she brings us five, we let her know we need five more! We asked for six scratch off tickets and when we got home, an hour and a half later and realized she only gave us 5!! Tried calling the store and a recording comes on, can't even call to let them know they messed up!! Very disappointing!!

Went to this kwik trip to fill up my tires with air before work. Realized I need to replace my front tire with my spare. I went inside to ask for assistance and they did just that. They helped me in every way possible. They made sure I stayed warm and offered me breakfast and something to drink. They were absolutely wonderful!! Can’t thank them enough!

12-30-2023 I love how clean and organized your specific store location is. Such friendly, well mannered and insightful staff you all are! I witnessed April this morning handle a couple pickup lines from men while maintaining her professionalism with high standard. At a point a gentleman came in after purchasing lottery tickets that he had lost on stating, 'these sure are expensive' with a bitter tone! April is very emotionally intelligent and knew exactly what to say. April seems to be very adapt in that she doesn't let external circumstances dictate how she interacts with herself and others. Thank you, April and the rest of the Kwik Trip Superstars at this location for being a place that even on my most difficult day's I can shop at with ease! I was in the store at 5:01 a.m. and when I tell you this store and the ball headed 4 eyed nasty man at the register was so dam rude. He needs some home training and because I'm black he didn't greet me and wanted me to walk out the store with my items in my hand. Never have to worry about me coming back. THE STORE STINKS CLEAN IT UP!

I once was Never disappointed here, now that most of the competition is gone this place is starting to look like a dump like the competitors. garbage cans always overflowing the bathrooms are disgusting mess. No paper in the pump so you got to go in and wait in line for a receipt. So nice you can become a monopoly Kwik Trip and let everything go to hell

Receipt at pump doesn't work and inside the computers reboot after 1 so no receipt. Food rings up $1.10 more because apparently they have "swing prices" even though the signs clearly show the correct price. Do better

I walked in this morning. All three people disappeared from the register. I was just only trying to buy some creamer so I don’t know if I scared them because I’m black not sure I’ll just find somewhere else to go not too many places you can go to in St. Cloud without a lot of racism now

I stopped in to get a french vanilla cappuccino on my way home as a small treat for myself and oh boy was i disappointed. It tastes watered down and when poured into a glass looks milky. I won't be coming here again I will go to one of the other ones since they know how to make it right.

The employees are always in a good mood. The hot food to go is almost as good as a sit down restaurant. The variety of items available to purchase are astounding. More than a gas station less then a grocery store. When I'm going on a road trip this is the place for snacks and drinks.

Really slow customer service some nights due to employee Isaac and extremely rude customer service from nestis he literally has yelled at me and multiple other customers when I've came in around 1pm .. Jeffrey is always polite and has great customer service and rings up 2 to 3 customers with many items in the time it takes Isaac to ring up 1 customer with a few items ... You should hire more people like mr. Jeffrey he's always giving great vibes when he's helping customers and always does his best to make someone's day a little brighter...

Doesn't seem to matter what time of day you go in, everything is always empty. Whether it be hot food items, condiments, coffee, donuts, anything else. I love that it's like less than a mile from my house but it's better to go to the one on 10 since they keep everything well stocked. Never had any issues with employees here or anything like that. Mostly out of stock items and some cleanliness issues with bathroom and garbages.
