I have had 2 cars on subscription at Triton in Wilmington for multiple years. The white haired guy who usually works the tunnel is wonderful. Today I asked the son of the owner if I could have an extra free cart wash token for my other car because it is easier to vacuum the car before you wash it with the traffic issues on Rt 38. The owner's son said no! I asked after the thousands of $ I have spent at Triton over the years I never thought this would be an issue. I guess they are making too, much money to even supply a reason for customer's contracted token that is free in advance. I've never asked for anything or ever received a thank you, etc. I drove into 3 car washes in the area. All 3 will let me have the free vcuum anytime! I will cancel my subscriptions for both cars. Customer Service is usually pretty important, but I guess not at Triton Car Wash.

I took my car to a mechanic to fix my brakes, but after the service, my brakes were making a noise. I then took it to this car center for them to CHECK what the noise was. They told me the brake pads were installed incorrectly and had been ground down due to the previous poor service, and they charged me $390 just to tell me this without fixing anything. After that, I found it very strange and returned to the place where I had the brakes fixed the first time and told them what the owner of this place had said. When they removed the wheel to see what was wrong, it was just a loose metal pin. It took them 30 minutes to fix what he didn't do in the 4 hours the car was here. P.S. He charged me $390 to do absolutely nothing. Even put the pin in the right place while to change pads in my new mecanic is $250. If you have free money to this, go ahead. I used to refuel all the company cars I work for here. I'll never come back, not even for free gas.

I’ll keep it simple. If you want the best experience in a car wash or vehicle detailing in the local area, go to King Triton. You won’t be disappointed. Plus, they are just a great group of people. Give ‘em a try!!!

I spent $22 on this car wash, $10 on the self service car wash and it didn't even give me a full 4 minutes, BY THE WAY. They were only supposed to charge $6 like it says but I checked my car and it charged $10... they scammed me $4. Then I spent $16 on the Gold car wash and it didn't even get under my truck, it left my bed muddy, and it didn't dry anything wash so ever. This place stinks. I'd rather go to scrub a dub.

These folks rock. Quick general carwash. The express detailing is a great option for when you don't have time to wait for a full in-depth service. The guy who did my car today was even able to push my bumper back in after I had been trying for months. Made my whole day!! Thank you again!!

I went to King Triton Car Care Center on a particularly cold and windy day, and they were prompt in coming out in the cold to greet me. Then, someone carefully scrubbed the extra salt off my car before I even went into the car wash. Then at the end of the car wash tunnel, 2 more people came out into the cold and carefully wiped off my windows so there wouldn’t be any spots of water. It was a wonderful experience altogether. I will definitely be going back! Thank you King Triton staff for being so helpful.

I’ve been a loyal customer of your business for some time, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of service provided. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed, and I wanted to share my experience in hopes it can lead to some improvements. Today, I waited patiently for my turn as I watched thorough cleaning being done for the cars ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I was surprised to find that my car was declared ready in just 13 minutes. While I understand there were three people assigned to clean my car, several details were clearly overlooked: My mats were not taken out and washed. The vacuuming left noticeable debris behind, not meeting the standard I’ve come to expect. For the $40 I paid, I genuinely expected better quality and thoroughness, considering your previous service standard. This experience was disheartening given how much I’ve enjoyed bringing my car to you in the past. I hope this feedback helps in identifying and addressing these concerns so loyal customers like me can continue to trust your services.

Stay FAR away from this car wash,is highway robbery charging customer 6 dollars for 4 mins.How dare you? I'm visiting here from Delaware and I ask my self,why you ppl wanna live up here for? We get 5 dollars tunnels,self wash is 6$ for 20 mins...yes..20 mins.Water in Mass is more type of special? Everything up here is all tax tax tax. We are tax free in Delaware and not paying 1/4 million dollars for a house build back in the 1940s.Do not support this car wash at all and see how prices go down BIG TIME,no one is losing his business for an extra 10 mins of compressed water.Those 6 dollars are 5 gallons of water as much.Very selfish owner.

I came today on 9/26/23 to get the express detail. They took me right away! It was $50 for the car wash & detail. I had knee surgery recently, so my SUV definitely needed a pick me up. I’m very satisfied with their work! It was very quick too, maybe 25-30 minutes? Not long at all! My car looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
