Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I’ve been washing here for the last 6 years. Free vacuum, then 8 dollars was 20 minutes self wash. Now $1.25 a minute so 10 bucks is 8 minutes insane price jump.

I’m very disappointed with this company’s lack of responsiveness and unethical business practices. I’ve attempted to cancel my monthly subscription multiple times via email and phone, but no one has responded. Despite my repeated outreach, I continued to be charged without any support or clear cancellation process. It wasn’t until I posted a review that I finally heard back—something that should have never been necessary, and they have still not cancelled the subscription even after having received the pertinent information they requested. I strongly urge others to be cautious and hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service and billing practices.

I want to give a big shout out to Chico and his crew here. Not only are they the best car wash around. They really took care of me today when by accident. I was cleaning my car and I hit the lock button and locked my car while it was running.Chico got lock kit And got my car unlocked for me. I offered to pay the money they refused it. Best place in town Gary

Go to Car Wash. Cheapest Prices, $6 for a basic wash, and free self vacuuming. They have a ton of vacuums and a lot of space. Then there wash is wicked quick and easy. Also the workers here are very hard working and friendly, from easily checking you into the wash, to quickly wiping your windshield down in seconds before you drive off.

Cheap, easy, and free vacuums. Brought my grandma’s Nissan Rogue here after driving it through mud and dirt while she was away and left with no scratches and spotless carpet. I kid you not, it looked brand new. Definitely recommend going here

Changed my review to reflect what happened. Damage appeared shortly after my visit, and I contacted the business once I realized it wasn’t resolving on its own. I provided dated photos and a repair estimate, but the business denied responsibility and did not request to inspect the vehicle or investigate in any meaningful way. During our communication, the business also accused me of “blackmail” and "slander" simply for filing complaints through BBB and Consumer Affairs, which I found extremely unprofessional. I’m sharing my experience because the way the situation was handled, the refusal to investigate, the shifting of blame without evidence, and the inappropriate accusations, was very disappointing.

It’s less than 1star. The tire shine is never applied well on the tire. The wheels never come out at least 75% clean. Asked to talk to supervisor to let him know that maybe something is wrong with the wash & he shrugged and said it is what it is. Not a good response . Maddy’s car wash on 114 is so much better and take pride on the wash . Tire shine comes out excellent . Wheels are super clean . Turnpike you should take note . $6 wash is worth it. The rest is not . Good luck everyone . 1 star for convenience and free vacuum

Be aware of the layout before entering. Once you pass the vacuum area, if a car pulls in behind you, there is no way to exit unless you go through the wash. If the automatic wash or self-service bays are full, you are stuck. I had to leave due to an unexpected commitment and ended up waiting about 15 minutes (actually I'm inside my car waiting for the person in front of me finish her self service wash, so I can pass through and exit) inside without being able to wash my car or exit. The lack of an exit option can be a serious inconvenience.

I have been going here for over 3 years and I can tell you this is the best car wash you can ever find within 40-50 miles range. Price, service, and convenience! Those guys work hard to keep this place in shape. I know each car is different, I really don’t understand why some poor ratings from some people.

Turnpike car wash is absolutely great. I go there a lot in winter. The tunnel wash does a great job. I have a pickup. You have to sweep out the bed so no junk can end up in the cloth & damage another vehicle. They look in the bed just in case for you. 10 stars if they had it in the reviews.
