Just to be straight this is the Wilmington branch . I was told when I purchased my plan that they would be open till 8pm EVERYDAY. NOT THE CASE! I'm not in the area until 740pm daily but wad told "no problem" by what appeared to be a manager. Just to let you know. Lying is the worst thing you can do in business. Only reason I gave 2 stars and not one is I feel bad for the employees.

Golden Nozzle has become one of my favorite car washes in Mass. Clean, affordable, friendly staff, easy to use unlimited pass, thorough wash, and vacuums that have great suction. It reminds me of the premium car washes you can found out West. Would recommend!

I don’t love this place. I went 3 times to cancel my subscription. One each month. Every time they told me that I was all set. But every month they took 24,99 and I didn’t use the service because it was supposed to be canceled. They even gave me a form to fill out to put a complain and get my money back, and after that next month they took my money again. So I had to cancel my debit card. It was the only way I had for stopping them to keep taking my money. I never got any penny back.

It's nice. But you should be able to pay some extra when you have the pass to get a upgraded wash. You don't always want the wax and stuff. Also need better dryers my card is always wet when I'm done.

Great service. When the gunk on the passenger side window didn't scrub off, the manager let us go through the car wash a second time and personally scrubbed my window until it was clean. The free vaccuums are great too.

I love Golden Nozzle. I have an unlimited monthly wash. Best money ever. Especially during pollen season. I have a white car or this time of year a yellowish white car because of pollen. Zip through the wash. Quick free vacuum and off I go. Friendly clean and professional. Great place. Try it out.

Love the free vacuums! They have great suction and a nozzle that fits down by the seat. Also they are hung high and not dragging all over the place. The car wash wasnt free but spot free when done with no wipe down.

Great car wash and free vacuums. Somedays very long lines and slow service at the wash. Have gone on multiple occasions where the Fast Lane Pass line still has people paying with card or cash despite the sign which causes a backup. Easily accessible and mostly friendly staff.

If you own a Tesla or a car with low profile tires stay far away. This place has ruined two wheels of mine. The first time it happened I had left the car wash and didn’t even look till later. Second time it happens to my winter set I noticed it right away. It took them months to pay for the repair. The third time it happened just the protective strip I had on the wheel was ruined. They refused to pay because it was “aftermarket”. I would go through multiple times with no issue and then out of nowhere damage. I realized if the car in front of me had tire shine that is when the damage occurred. Then when I looked at my account I realized they had been charging me twice for the same car. Needless to say I will not be washing any of my cars here anymore

Pulled into the car wash again and it’s completely shut down for whatever reason. This place is a complete waste of your time and money. I’ve had a membership since it opened but it’s time to cancel it and go back to a quality car wash down the street. I’d rather pay more for reliability and quality.

Very easy and convenient. The free vacuums are super powerful, which is awesome. Just be extra cautious how close you get to any loose objects because it will most definitely be going up the hose. Only wish it was open later. I know it's an employed facility, so logistically can't be. I work odd hours, so many times I fall outside of the operating hours. The monthly unlimited wash pass options are great too and make the process even easier.

I usually opt for touchless car washes but had a coupon for a free wash. It didn't mess up my antenna so that was a good start. It left the car a lot cleaner but an automated carwash will never do as well as hand washing. The vacuums are free to use afterwards, too. I think they're supposed to be 5 minutes but I wasn't paying attention but only did the parts that the high powered crevice tool was needed.

Payed 17$ for car wash, car still has dirt marks on it and few leaves left in wipers. Don’t wash ur car here u might as well spray it w a hose. The vacuums r free tho👍🏼

Have always liked this car wash service. I have always been very generous with gratuity. I have noticed lately, that the attendant used to walk around my car with a hand nozzle. The last two times, nothing? And no walk around either. I have emailed to cancel my subscription, the two gentlemen I have recently encountered, silence? No tip. Work smarter guys, not harder.. get some good help like you used to have..

Car always becomes clean. I had unlimited monthly passes for a car and a SUV. The carwash destroyed my SUV license plate. I got a stainless steel plate cover and it still bent the plate so cancelled the plan. Canceling was super easy on their site. The free vacuums are very powerful so it enables getting the job done quickly.

Pay for a monthly unlimited car wash. Yet every cold snap and the wash breaks down, leaving me to go down the street to Triton car wash and pay. My opinion, they need a rolling exit door, both ends , entrance and exit are always open, hence the freezing of the equipment.

I've been a customer for over a year now what I really hate is every time u pull in they only spray the front of ur car the driver side and that's it? Why not spray the back and especially spray the passenger side? I had to put my window down one day and say excuse me but can u spray the back and passenger side as well on top of giving him $5 bucks tip. It's really annoying do ur job right and spray the whole car around 360 degrees not a hard thing to do, and I'm a premium customer membership. Sometimes I don't even get my tire shine applied and when I say something the kid's working there say ummm I don't know. If this nonsense keeps happening I'm canceling my membership and going elsewhere. OWNER JUST HAVE THESE KID'S SPRAY THE CARS ALL AROUND! Not a big deal thanks, ill give it a couple weeks I usually go twice a week for a wash if I don't see any changes in such a simple act u can fix quickly because they do it to every vehicle not just mine because I see it while I'm waiting to pull in then I'm going else where. Thanks for reading this and hopefully it changes.

I am a customer for long time. Yesterday the passenger side glass was damaged. They cannot take care it seems. Happened in Main Street Wilmington MA. Please review the camera on Saturday 11:00 am 11/29. I will put the claim number here later. There was no claim number after submitting the claim. So far no help is provided - I have left a voice message to Ryan Roberts on Monday(12/01) & Wednesday(12/03). Still waiting for his call.... Please let me know whom to contact? Finally they rejected the claim. I am sure within next 6 months we will see more car damaged by this car wash. Also I have cancelled all my cars from this car wash after being a customer for 4 years.
