One of my favorite car washes with the other one being owned and operated by the brother of the owner here. They both have, by far, the best vacuums, self serve bays, assortment of cleaning products for purchase and as I recently found out, they also have the best customer service. A couple of months ago I ran into an issue where the self serve car wash didn’t give me change, not only did Mike make it right but he also gave me two free car washes and a bunch of apologies. A simple gesture like that goes a long way and definitely made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer.

This is my favorite car wash around; I haven't lived on the North Shore for years, but still come back to have my car washed here. Had a very lovely experience today in the automatic wash; Mike was very attentive and helpful, and spent extra time scrubbing the bugs off the grill of my car from a recent road trip. My car looks brand new. Very satisfied!

Best car wash around, and have been coming to for several years. Very clean, plenty of room, vacuums with card swiping option and several car wash options. I recently had an issue with the automatic car wash not finishing the cycle and didn’t dry my car. Normally I never complain about anything and probably would have paid again and gone through again, but I had to go to work. I called and left a message to let them know they should check it, and they immediately responded and sent me two free car wash codes to use for two free washes, so I figured they deserved a good review for making sure they make their customers happy.

The worst car wash in Peabody, the self-service machine took $5, I want to get change to put more money in, waited 5 minutes and yelled in the office no one came to help, came back the machine reset wouldn't give me my $5 back and when I eventually washed my car it only gives you a few minutes for $6 and not nearly enough time this place is a rip-off and scam

DO NOT GO HERE Did the self-service option, minimum is $6 I put in $10 got less than 8 minutes and didn't have enough time to go through the whole cycle as fast as I possibly could and ended up getting water stains all over my car after using the rinse free, there is a much better car wash about 6 minutes from here this place is a ripoff

Nice guys there, but feel ripped off. Spent 25 bucks for the best wash and shine they had, my car is still covered in crud/white spots and my glass is covered in spots and streaks. At least the wheels look pretty good...

FORGET THIS PLACE. Broken oem trim under window after. Tall guy running it tells me with attitude to get my attorney. Big damage, no customer service, small man running the place. Leave it dirty until you can go somewhere else- better than a damaged car.

Maddy, so sorry but I have to be honest. I followed the steps posted, soft rinse, soap, tires and wheels, high pressure rinse. The time given wasn’t enough, I had to use my card twice. The end result was far less than satisfying. Not sure if it’s just low quality soap, or a bad soft brush, who knows. What I do know is that after drying there was barely a difference. I could have achieved the same result with my hose at home. I don’t know much about car washes but this one, again sorry Maddy, stinks. PS— vacuums are extra. Don’t waste your time. You get 2 stars because of the convenient location.

On Rte 114 in Danvers near Kelly Volkswagen. Has a regular car wash, a touch free option and an old style spray and scrub yourself. Also has vacuums. Good choice of you need a car wash on the North Shore...

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I took my 4RUNNER there today for a "touchless" car wash. This was my first time going there. Every time I go through a car wash, I pull over and dry off the car, so I know every inch of my SUV. The drive-thru wash damaged my SUV, it dialoged one of the rear panels on the right side of the back window. I went around to speak to them about it and see if they got it on video. The owner came out and was rude and aggressive. He told me that he was not going to cover it, I had no proof, and if I wanted to see the video I can take him to court. You can't make this stuff up.

Does the touchless car wash do the undercarriage of your vehicle? I went yesterday and tried calling today for find out but can’t get a response. I did the highest grade with the salt option and my car was so clean! She was so salty from driving up from Florida and in maine from a couple snowstorms

I had bad experience at a different car wash and I was nervous to try a different one. Maddy’s car wash is the best! The first time I went to Maddy’s I tried the self wash one and it was great. Today I wanted to try the automatic touch less car wash. There’s different options to pick from and I picked “ The Volcano”. For $24 I was really amazing by the quality! I’m normally against going to the car wash because I don’t like scuffs but the touch less automatic car wash at Maddy’s didn’t leave any scuffs! I look forward to coming here to have my car clean!

Touchless car wash. Cleans well, but foam does not get rinsed off. Cold day and foam immediately froze while drying. Dryers are (bad design) located outside. Doors stuck closed.
