Hi I am a vip member and I love the Peabody location. I am a disabled veteran and today I was try to put some seat covers on my seats before I got a car wash. I was having difficulty installing them and out of nowhere Tony came over and started helping me put them on. Without Tony I would've never been able to put those seat covers on. Every time I come in there Tony is always outgoing and he is always working whether its sweeping the parking lot. Just like he was doing when I was having a hard time putting my seat covers on because of my disability. I just want you to know how much I appreciate coming to the Peabody location when employees like Tony goes out of his way to help me , which he did not have to do. It's people like Tony who make me want to come to just this location and I already tell people about this location and the vip membership, but I will tell everyone that I know how Tony went out of his way, also above and beyond to help a disabled veteran and I do not think he even knows I am a disabled veteran. It just seems like Tony is that kind of person, he has such a great personality, we talked and had a few laughs while he helped me install them. He made my day ! Thank you Tony, that means the world to me and that is something I will never forget . Semper Fi 🇺🇸 (The seat cover will look like it's supposed to once I sit on it a few times)

Service is going downhill. Price could be better. Also there is a lot of riff Raff hanging around not doing much other than bumping up their music loud. It’s quite annoying. Car wash yes, Prestige not so much.

Update: I came again to this location about three weeks from my prior review and they had cleaned up the place! They picked up a majority of the trash on the property and even painted over the graffiti. For being a place to go to clean your car the location is by contrast very dirty. There is graffiti all over the side of the building and litter scattered throughout the properly. The ambiance is very off putting to say the least.

Not thrilled that there is not a customer service line available. The last few times through the wash I've noticed that a number of the high end options are not lit up as I go through. My Amex card reflects that I'm paying for these options. Can you explain why this is happening. I've just signed my wife up for the same package and I'd appreciate an explanation for when she asks.
