Horrible service If I could leave a negative star I would. If I would taken my car to a BP car wash I would of gotten a better service. Made an appointment to have my car wash, the appointment came and no-one showed up . I waited like a fool instead of calling one of the million other mobile car wash , call and text no answer but a text late at night saying didn't see the appointment , reschedule for the next day , once again no-one showed up or reach out in regards . That says a lot out a business that have no regards for its customer time. Needless to say I will not recommend this mobile car wash to anyone.

My car was extremely dirty I had stains in my car seats due to my kids eating in the car. Milton took his time cleaning my car he removed ALL my stains from my car and returned it really clean. It actually smelled and looked like i just bought my car. I definitely recommend this car washing service it's a 10 out of 10!!

Milton Campuzano, or K as he commonly goes by, does a fairly decent job when he shows up. Pros: His prices are fairly reasonable, but that cost comes at a different cost. See below. Cons: Really bad customer service. Most times he does not respond to text messages at all when trying to book an appointment. On other days, even if he confirms a date and time, he either won't show up, or will show up 2-3 hours later. (Occasionally he will ask you to pay him upfront, just be wary never to do that given his unreliability) He also frequently brings a second pair of hands, who is highly inexperienced, resulting in mishaps like the pressure washer chipping the paint, the lines from the power washer and vacuum hitting the vehicle, using dirty rags to clean the windshield, etc. K himself is also still learning the ropes and has messed up the paint on a few vehicles. When asked to fix it he goes radio silent (as someone else pointed out separately). Conclusion: Buyer beware. Cheap prices vs inconsistent quality, bad customer service, and serious missteps are likely not a fair trade to keep giving this guy business. Find another mobile detailer...

My Jeep looked extremely shiny at the end of the service. Everything inside and out looked impeccable, this company was recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad that I got it. I have already recommended to a few of my own friends, and the next time that I need some wax protection or any other detailing I will definitely be booking it with this company. Had my car wash once from them, they ran a little late but they did a good job. Booked a second appointment with them and they never showed up or texted themselves that they were running late. I would recommend if you do want to wash with them to not pay upfront just in case they decide to never show up.

Been using KAutoWash for over 2 years now on multiple vehicles. From clay bar treatments, paint corrections, and ceramic coatings to just your average wash and wax, these guys are great. If you’re thinking of having your vehicle detailed or just need a solid hand wash, I’d highly recommend giving them a try. I don’t think you’ll find another mobile detailing service that has their combination of value and quality.

I have requested a car wash from a service called 'SHINE' several times. However, they consistently show up 30-45 minutes late. During the last service, they mistakenly peeled off the car paint with a pressure washer. I contacted them to address the issue and requested a fix, but they have not responded to any of my texts or direct messages
