⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though I didn’t end up buying a car, I had a great experience working with Casey Moore. He was friendly, patient, and never pushed me into anything. He answered every question I had and made the whole process easy and low-stress. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, Casey is definitely someone you can trust to take care of you. Highly recommend!

I purchased a vehicle from Codie 2 weeks ago and ran into some problems with it (that were out of my range to justify fixing) Codie was understanding and there to help me out. He took care of me and my issues that day and we ended with a solution that worked well for me, all things considered. I highly recommend doing business with him. He's a great guy and takes care of his customers. I'll definitely be coming back for future car purchases.

I had such a great experience working with Kyle at Johnson City Honda! From the moment I walked in he was kind and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car without any pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you feel confident in your decision, but Kyle absolutely did. I left feeling excited about my new car and completely taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who truly values customer service, I can’t recommend Kyle enough! Come to johnson city Honda for your vehicle needs!

Second purchase of vechicle from JC Honda. Matthew in sales , Ryan in finance, and Ken the sales manager were all professional and personable throughout the purchase process. Absolutely exceeded my expectations , no pressure with purchase , and very easy to negotiate with for my needs. Would highly recommend this 5 Star Honda dealer to family and friends. Rick A. May.

I've had my vehicle service many times at Johnson City Honda. I've had the same service advisor each time. Jonathan Hardin provides friendly, courteous, and excellent service. He listens to my concerns and has always given the best advice in what procedure is needed for my vehicle. I give Johnson City Honda at 10 out of 10. I would encourage you if your vehicle is in need of service to come see Jonathan Hardin at Johnson City Honda

My wife and I were interested in a slightly used pilot, but it had already sold. No big deal. We told the salesman we would be shopping around for the best price on a new pilot. I asked the salesman for a rough “out the door” price on a new pilot, and he said they don’t just give that information out. I guess he thought we weren’t seriously interested. So we drove to Honda Kingsport and bought a new pilot.

I hadn't purchased a car in 28 years and was dreading the process. I wasn't even sure what make or models I wanted, but did have some parameters in order to accommodate my disability. The first two dealerships turned out as I had feared. The sales people were nice and friendly (once I found one) but didn't seem too interested in providing me with alternatives to their pre-conceived ideas of what I should have. Then I went to Johnson City Honda and had a whole different experience. Casey Moore greeted me immediately, but wasn't at all aggressive. He actually listened to me and offered several options that might meet my needs. He went the extra mile and texted me about a car he thought would meet all my needs. I went the next day and he was so right. My 2025 Hybrid Accord EX-L is absolutely perfect. Ken, the sales manager and Dylan in finance were all so helpful and accommodating. The showroom and wait areas are super clean and totally guest focused. JC Honda has my vote for best dealership experience I've ever had. I actually look forward to my scheduled service appointments so I can say hi to everyone.

Jaeron was great! We really enjoyed purchasing a car for our daughter through Jaeron. He was a great guy to get to know, and he treated us very well. He has such a great attitude, and he takes pride in what he does. They also play some great music in the dealership while you are working on finalizing the purchase. We would certainly buy from him again.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with this dealership. Casey Moore helped my mother with her recent vehicle purchase and he was a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of. Would definitely buy from again.

After trying to be shoved into a Jeep at Kingsport Honda that wouldn’t even hold all three of my car seats, (the salesman literally asked me how often I had all three of them together🤦♀️), & told I wouldn’t get approved for anything anywhere else, I called Jc Honda, & they welcomed me with open arms, made me an appointment within a hour, and Justin Marshall the guy that helped me was nothing short of amazing. The guy deserves recognition, he wasn’t pushy, he didn’t try to shove me into something they wanted rid of, he told me prices, average payments based off of such, and let me know my options, and let me pick what I wanted to test drive. He worked for about 2 hours right at closing, and got me approved for the reliable suv I wanted/needed for work. Mind you my credits very short of perfect. He didn’t give me a run around, or try to add in hidden 4,000 fees like Kingsport did. Very caring soul about his customers, & I’m sure that reflects the type of person he is outside of work as well. We need more car salesmen like him.

On June 13 of 2025, my spouse and I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot EX-L from Johnson City Honda. The vehicle was obviously used, although an 11 year old vehicle is certainly newer than my ‘04 vehicle it was to replace. This purchase was expected to be, (hopefully) my last ever needed vehicle because we are grandparents, and late in our years. I wanted a people mover (8 passenger along with a backup camera) because I have many grandchildren and on occasion need to help with transporting them. After a great deal of research, and 9 months of seeking an answer, it was determined that a 2015 Honda Pilot would be a solution to my needs. At just under $17,000.00, it was a major purchase, as I’m on a fixed income. At the same time, it was exciting to finally complete the process. (or so I thought) I then spent 2 days getting to Johnson City, by air, due to a storm in Dallas that stranded us overnight in Texas. The journey home would be several days as we would travel through 7 states and about 1783 miles. All travel pain should have been worthwhile because the vehicle had a history of good service records on all matters except one important detail. The disappointment is that I would have never made the journey had I received a truthful answer to one question. I specifically asked Rick if there was any rust. The answer promptly came back, NO RUST. Accepting that answer, trusting that reply would come back to haunt me, and trust was my mistake. It would cost me. Finally arriving to view the vehicle, it was obvious that the answer “no rust” was not accurate. 2 spots of rust, one on each side just in front of the back wheels was easily viewable. Yet we had come far based on a “no rust” claim. For that reason, we were hoping that our back home body shop could address these rust spots. Even if the expense was $500, it maybe would salvage the cross country travel after all. Such was not the case! Sadly, "NO RUST" (with a great deal of corrosion), was the reality. Our body shop expert said indeed he could arrest these 2 spots but the 2 panels would need to be replaced and the expense would be closer to $1400.00 or $1500.00. This news was obviously a bit of a blow. However, removing those panels was deemed pointless because there was other significant rust under the vehicle. As I suspect, we all know once rust reaches through the paint, it is a cancer that will continue and the corrosion will persist. Since dealerships do not take in a used vehicle without assessing any issues, examining for value and investigating the vehicle's condition with great detail, any suggestion Johnson City Honda was unaware of the rust is a bit ludicrous. I've always assumed that dealers check a vehicle (go through a vehicle) after they own it. They do so to make sure nothing haunts them while attempting a sale. Johnson City Honda proved to be just that shallow. I was given an invoice showing the battery indeed was checked. Apparently, however, the battery didn't pass with flying colors because when the vehicle sat in the garage for one week in July, the battery was unable to start the car.. Not being able to sit for one week in July is pretty pathetic. You would think when a dealer is charging an $800.00 document fee, a few dollars for a respectable battery would be a no-brainer. The most annoying of the service blunders, however, was when we got home and realized that the space saver spare had only 10 pounds of air in a tire that is suppose to have 60 pounds, just like all space saver spares. Being stranded on the road by such an oversight is unforgiveable. Sadly, the spare was even facing down with the valve easily accessible. I assume at some point the vehicle had been on the hoist and checking the pressure would have been painless. I guess for Johnson City Honda "attention-to-detail" is missing. Jan M. Monson Unfortunately the "NO RUST" gets better and better! How would you like to install a spare tire looking like the one in the image below?

Excellent experience at Johnson City Honda in December 2025. The day began by looking at available inventory with Justin Marshall in sales and successfully signing away with Dylan Fields in finance. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire trade-in and buying process. Really appreciated the follow-up call. Highly recommend!

Tim deserves a raise! Works hard to get you in a good vehicle. Bought a 2023 Honda odyssey from him today and he made the process quick, easy and enjoyable. Knew all about the van and was more than willing to show us all the features and gadgets. Even hooked up my wife’s phone to the car for her to make the process of us getting all of our stuff switched from our trade in quicker. My picky kid who doesn’t like anyone even loved this guy lol. Anyways, give that man time a raise!

I visited another dealer in the area and was not very impressed. From the moment I walked into JC Honda, the level of professionalism was apparent and a stark difference from the experience I had elsewhere. Everyone was dressed professionally and well kept. The facilities were clean and nice. My sales consultant, Kyle, was top notch. Very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and no pressure. He was a great advocate for me as the customer. Now of course we all had to do a "that" dance when it came to negotiating but it wasn't too burdensome. I really felt like they worked with me a lot. The house always wins? I did not feel that way at all. In the end, I felt good about the transaction and feel like everyone was a winner. Fred

We showed up on a whim the day after a snowstorm and drove away with a car within 3 hours. Kyle was helpful, and honest about what we could afford in our budget. I would definitely recommend them as a dealership based off how our experience was. Easy, didn’t take forever, and Kyle wasn’t pushy or trying to put us in vehicles that didn’t match our needs. Overall was a great experience.

As soon as my husband and I pulled in the or we felt welcomed. Tim came right up to us and was courteous enough to let us handle our two cranky kids before we could tell him why we were there. He was informative about the vehicle we wanted pointed out all the details during our test drive and made trading in our Kia easy enough process for a 2023 Honda odyssey. This was my first time doing a trade in process and he was polite and explained everything really well. Phil helped us finish up all the paperwork and he was super kind as well. Thank you so much!

Great mechanics! Comfortable waiting area. Clean. Very informative about the needs of your vehicle and provided an estimate that was acceptable for what was needed to be repaired. This is my first visit to this location and I will definitely be back for other service needs to my Chevrolet Tahoe. They took the time to find out exactly what was going on with my exhaust system that had previously been evaluated at a local Chevrolet dealership who promptly told me that they could not find the problem. Breathing in exhaust through my vents is not an optimal situation and should have previously been addressed more thoroughly.

This was the best place I’ve ever been to buy a car. All of the people were very nice and it didn’t take very long to go through all of the steps to buy my car. At other places I had been there for hours and hours, if not a whole day and it only took two hours here. My salesman was Steve and he was very nice and helpful. I also love my car so much and this was such a blessing! Thank you!

I went to Johnson City Honda a few days ago to check out a few cars. I always get very nervous going to car lots as I don’t like high pressure sales. Well I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had with their salesman Clayton Corbett. I looked at three different cars and found one I really liked. I spent some time looking over the car and test drove it twice. Talking with Clayton is like talking to a friend you’ve known a long time. No high pressure sales or any typical stuff I’ve seen from the past from car lots in the past. He listened to what I needed and worked me up a crazy good deal. I am very happy with my 2007 Toyota Camry I purchased and I highly recommend you buy a vehicle from here. If things like honesty and integrity mean anything to you, like they do me, buy a car from them. Next time I go to buy another vehicle, I’m purchasing from Clayton Corbett at Johnson City Honda. All around great experience, excellent negotiations and amazing pricing.
