I went today and the special half price gets a half price job. Not only did I have to ask them to vacuum again, I had to get a rag and wipe off my console . I will not use them again. To clarify I visited Joe's car wash at 308 N. West Street.

West Street-If there was a negative star option I would use it. The employees are great I have nothing negative to say about them. My issue is with the Owner he is the rudest man I have ever met! I am new to the car membership service so I am not well versed on what all I need to do. I went in for a car wash I am about to leave the place when the owner rudely approaches me and tells me that I need to pay. I showed him the original paper I got and he was said ‘no you need to go inside and pay.’ I tried to retrieve the paper from him and he stepped back as if I was going to take off and leave. For those that do not know the Car Membership process, your bank account gets drafted automatically, so this wash was already paid for. I stepped out of my vehicle and went inside to complete the checkout process, the owner proceeds to follow me and waits until they check me out. I was so humiliated, the customers were looking at me like I was trying to steal something. I had gone during my lunch break and totally lost my appetite. After I leave, I call them to cancel my membership. The lady that took my call was very nice and stated she would cancel. Five minutes later, the Owner calls me and asked what the problem was. I repeated the horrible experience to him, knowing he knew exactly what I was speaking of and again he showed his lack of Customer Service etiquette. He continued by saying ‘YOU PEOPLE always try to leave without paying.’ First of all ‘what people?’ I cannot believe my awful experience and do not plan to every go back there again. I was just trying to be productive during my lunch break Geesh!

We have been away to Florida for 7 years. We moved back last month and wanted to get a good cleaning of our car. Pull in this morning to have the VIP Package, boy were we disappointed. The seats were not completely vacuumed, none of the floor mats were attached at all. Console was not cleaned at all, windows still had spots, back lift gate was not cleaned on the inside - not a good job at all.

Do not come here they will ruin any one or more of your fabric seats and tell you it came to them like that. It's not dry rotted like leather but they will claim it was. You're far better off going to Charlie's or literally any other place. I'd leave zero stars if I could because the owner would not even negotiate any way to make it right. Now, I have to spend more money just to fix it because there is a deep gash in the foam under the fabric and you can see the wiring. I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey LX that had excellent interior condition before I brought it to this business. Please be careful and don't waste your money as I'm having to take pictures and I wish I didn't come here. Awful experience

I have used Josie cover and car wash both locations Seneca and on West Street the one on West Street by far surpasses the service and quality of work you get the new one on Seneca. So if you're ready for great service and a quality car wash. I recommend you visit the West Street location

Certainly not your average car wash!!! First time to give it a try mainly due to the location. Was nice to see the extreme care they take with your vehicle and they do everything by hand without any brushes. Yes... they actually wash your vehicle by hand! Very uncommon with today's car washes and nice to see they go above and beyond with small things like that. Cheaper than others and believe I seen a sign that washes are half off on Tuesday and Wednesdays so that makes it even more worth it. Slightly out of the way for some but they certainly make up for it in workmanship so is well worth it. I will without a doubt be canceling my membership at Tommy's and #supportlocal business. Normally, these guys do great, but this last time, windows were streaked, and inside detail, the job was extremely lacking in cleanliness. I should have noticed before leaving but I was in a hurry, my own fault not checking beforehand. I will fund a new place to have my car detailed and washed.

Not exactly satisfied for a $40 wash and “hand dry”. Car came out almost looking worse with horrible streaks across the doors and hood of the car…. You can tell they ran out of dry rags or motivation about halfway through. Half the car looks great. The other half looks horrid and I’ll have to rewash it myself.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE SOME ONE WHO LIKES TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR! Unfortunately I immediately bought the VIP monthly package before knowing how bad their wash is so there goes my loss. I observed as they ran my truck through the brushless carwash, they use the same hand brush for multiple vehicles. One of the guys tried throwing the hand brush back into the soap bucket when he was done and missed , he just picked it back up and tossed it back into the soap bucket . (so all the dirt from other vehicles are touching your paint ). They left a lot of water streaks all over when drying . MY TRUCK NOW HAS REALLY BAD SWIRL MARKS, WHICH IT DID NOT HAVE AS BAD UNTIIL AFTER I LEFT THAT PLACE. I called back and asked if I can get a refund on the monthly vip wash since I will never be going back and just pay for the vip single wash and but was told no by their “bookkeeper”. The Swirl marks are so bad , I will most likely have to spend more money to get them buffed out .

The service is not what it used to be. We’re now charged an extra $15.00 to get the interior wiped down and it used to be included in the package price. Wipe down and vacuum was not great. I’m really disappointed in how the service has diminished. I will go elsewhere.

Joes car wash is and always has been the best. If you care for your car and don't want brushes scrubbing swirls into your paint, this is the place. I would never trust a drive thru with brushes to clean my car. They give personal service and I have never been disappointed.

Avoid. The worker drove my car too close to belt guard and left significant scratches around my wheel. The workers even admitted to it and told me to leave my information. The manager or owner wasn’t there so I returned the next day. The owner immediately got defensive and said no way his car wash could do this and told me to prove his car wash did this. He showed me the belt and I even pointed out the metal my wheel scraped against. He tried to say when I had the tires and wheels put on this is what cause the damage. This is a new car with 4,000 miles and has stock wheels and tires. I know for a fact this car wash damaged my wheels, luckily the repair quote I got was only $250. I wouldn’t waste my time blaming someone else or give negative reviews if I wasn’t 100% sure they caused the damage. In the end, it was my fault, lesson learned not to use car washes with a belt with these kind of wheels. How the manager handled the situation and immediately called me a liar was the worst part of this experience,

Went in for my car wash. Every one was nice car got pretty clean. As I got home I noticed they took the paper towels I keep in my car to wipe things. I called to see if they had them and they did so I asked for a free exterior wash for the hassle of driving back up there to pick up my belongings. I was denied?? I guess in today’s world they can take things from you with no consequences or apology. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service!! What else have they taken over the years that people don’t know.

DONT GO!. They left half of my car clean. 1. Cleaned two tires not the other two. 2. They left a big spot on the dashboard. 3. Right back window left dirty. And to add to that.. I went back inside because I forgot to paid. My kids were still in the car and heard the manager and workers calling me an idiot for forgetting and continued the insults. I had to tell my kids that maybe they were upset about something else and that we can’t scoop yo their level when someone thinks bad of you. The worst part is that I tipped the workers $20 for all of that… save your money go somewhere else..
