I called to get a basic cleaning service for the interior of my car. Even before I arrived at the place, they offered cleaning services in the phone call at a price of $260. I refused and asked to get the basic cleaning that is on their website, we agreed that I would do it on the phone at a cost of $50 and when I got there he still told me to do the cleaning at a cost of $260. He probably expected me to agree to it since I had already arrived. Beware of them.

I have been going to this auto salon multiple times for ultimate wash. Overall the service is great and the pricing is reasonable. The process is very fast as well and you can get your car under 1 hour. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, they have introduced a pet hair fee. The fee is higher than the ultimate wash. The frustrating thing is they never mentioned it during booking nor on their website. I drove for 30 minutes and only to be notified when I dropped off my car. I guess it is a good place if you don't own any pets. I am unlikely to return as the price significantly increases for me and I am very disappointed that I wasn't notified beforehand.

Amazing place with a welcoming staff! I didn’t have an appointment and was in a rush, desperately looking for somewhere to get my car interior cleaned ASAP. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly accommodating and made it happen on the spot! It was such a great relief on what had been a hectic day—my car looked spotless and smelled fantastic afterward. It’s rare nowadays to find a business that offers real service instead of excuses. Careful consideration and attention to detail are just a few things customers will receive when you bring your vehicle into J&A Auto Salon, located in Bellevue. I've been to a few car wash locations here in the greater Seattle area and without a doubt none can match nor correspond to J&A. As my second visit here, all of the associates are extremely thorough and professional investing roughly 30-35 minutes with each customer's vehicle, worth every penny. There really isn't any downside to this salon, I would highly recommend going to this wonderful shop to check out the services they provide.

If you're going for a wash, this place is fine. But for a DETAIL, enter at your own risk. These guys don't know how to handle a luxury car. Also the guy at the front desk acts like he does not want to work there anymore: fully checked out and rude.

Poor quality. I took my 3 week old 2024 M340 here to get their basic wash. I know it was not a detail but did not expect this bad of an experience. My car came back with streaks, which they were able to remove for the most part. The real issue is the scratches. My god the scratches and swirls are everywhere. On the paint, on all the windows, everywhere. Getting the car sent to another shop to get paint corrected. A 3 week old car.. For reference, the car had not been washed before so all swirls and scratches are from this service. I would avoid this place unless getting their premium packages, that should give better results.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this experience was absolutely AMAZING! I had some rusty water dripping on my car in a public parking lot that I couldn’t remove with a regular wash or iron remover. I showed up at J&A AUTO SALON (without an appointment), and these guys really know their craft. They removed the marks from both the paint and plastic moldings within minutes, and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day!

Fair pricing! Made my model y look absolutely new inside and out. Honestly looks much better than the time of delivery. Highly recommended. Anton helped do some final touches, highly appreciate his attention to detail and the manager sam was very helpful with scheduling and communicated well throughout the appointment. They get busy especially during the summer so recommend getting an appointment ahead of time. I see myself coming back again.

Avoid this place especially if you have an EV/tesla, apparently they clamined they have been working with a lot of teslas but things can happen, just because you have worked with many teslas doesn’t mean there will be no problems, and this problem happened to occur to my vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up, I saw the windshield wipers in a position like this in the picture below. It was lifted up during the detailing, and apparently the worker didn’t turn on the service mode for the windshield wiper (he admitted to me afterwards too) causing the wipers malfunctioned. We tried to communicate with them but they insisted they didn’t do anything to the wipers and said it’s not their problem. Even though the owner seemed very courteous offering to resolve the problem and asked us to send him the paperwork after we get the official diagnosis from Tesla. Fast forward to weeks ago, we went in to Tesla and it turned out that our wipers have to have a module due to the workers at this detail shop since right before we went into detailing, our windshield wipers was working perfectly fine, so I refuse to believe it just happened to “suddenly” break down right after the detailing. We tried to contact the owner about the module billing afterwards but he TOTALLY IGNORED us and turned into a total different person, seems like he’s avoiding being accountable in this situation. So now we can’t even negotiate with the owner since he’s not responding AT ALL and we lost money on repairing the problem that is not even caused by us. Very disappointing at this business and not to say the detailing itself is not even “detailed” enough, I still saw some stains on my drivers seat, and we have to pay 500 more on repairing our windshield wipers which is broken by the workers there. My advice is: Avoid this business at all cost, thank you.
