It was 16.48 and I have a megacab truck so you get what you pay for but they missed a lot of spots and there's hand prints all over from the guys why dried it- if they would have dried the lower part of my truck by hand there wouldn't be dirty spots either. I won't be back

I’ve been coming here for years with foreign cars because the owner is trustworthy. Manny is awesome on your car. & If you may ever encounter any issues Jr is very and have always been helpful to understand you.

This is my last time coming here. Gave them plenty of chances. First, customer service is horrible; they don’t greet nor make customers a priority here. Had the $19 service, but my window remained dirty, driver side mirror had stains, dirty cup holder, and dust and dirt everywhere. Seemed like they did an express job on short time. fyi It was all cleanable, cleaned it when I got home. Check your car before you leave, but might be there 20 minutes explaining to them what to clean. Stay away from this place. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!!

These guys are solid! Super friendly, the guys get to take their time since they have a lot of space. I saw someone come in with a special request for a cleaning and the crew got together for a quote and said no problem. My regular spot was closed today and I’m very beyond happy with the results I got here! I will definitely be coming back.

I went there to get a full wash inside and out for detailing, and in the midst of them, completing my car, they damaged my trunk door to where they forced it close to where it would not no longer open or close went to try to speak with the manager of someone in charge, they was very dismissive very unprofessional telling me there’s nothing they can do. They’re just very inappropriate. Their behavior is very disturbing and their customer service is terrible. I highly recommend do not go to this place because they are not professional, and they do not conduct themselves as a profession I am in a process of taking legal action against them as I write this review

I went there today 12-20-2025. It was around 2:30pm. I pulled up close as possible to the car in front of in one of the two occupied lanes . They let of the shutter door on the left side, four cars went in and they let the door back down 13 minutes later the same door opened and they let six more cars in ,while me and the cars in my lane still stood awaiting entrance in the cold ,the same door opened again with the owners son directing more cars to enter the car wash in that lane. I got out of my car and asked what was going on . The young man argued about we were next but I told him that 10to12cars that should have been behind were already inside and getting serviced. I’ve been coming to that car wash for about 40 years. I never have been so mistreated, humiliated and confused like that in a very long time. Anyway, me my family and friends are staying away from that car wash . Little junior just lost a bunch of money and customers.this story will be advised in two of the major neighborhood newspapers.

$33 on “deluxe service” and a $10 tip later, I find myself at home cleaning my car after them because they did such a rushed job. Yes, my car hasn’t been cleaned in a couple of months. We’ve been hit with either consecutive rain, snow, or both these winter months. This week we are supposed to get neither so I wanted to enjoy my clean car at least for a couple days. I usually drive 30 minutes to get my car handwashed… today I wanted to check out something closer (10 mins anway.) I was highly disappointed. They seemed to just wet things and not dry or wipe it, leaving everything gooey. They didn’t even wipe the dashboard as it’s so dusty. Got home and immediately had to vacuum the car myself because it wasn’t throughly done. The windows are streaky and covered in fuzz from the towels they used and the edges weren’t even touched.” Door jams were still wet, not dry as advertise. Dash was not cleaned, therefore still dusty, console & door panels were either left wet or untouched. There’s muddy drops and streaks all over the car! Cupboards were still not clean and since they added water it made it worst. The exterior looks as if I went through an electric car wash which I should’ve gone to for the fraction of the price since I ended up vacuuming, cleaning and drying the interior myself. I understand they were busy but I’d like to get what I paid for. I don’t recommend, which is unfortunate as I was looking forward for a closer option.

I’ve been coming to Hollywood for years and will do so as long as I have a vehicle to service!!! As I was traveling over the past couple of weeks, A FULL BOTTLE OF WINE that I didn’t know was left on the floor behind my driver’s seat, COMPLETELY leaked out!!! I knew EXACTLY what to do: bring my Hyundai Palisade to Hollywood!! On a Saturday afternoon, they had my ENTIRE inside, odor free, clean, dust free, and the outside shining like brand new Christmas ornament! ALL of the techs are top notch and experienced, and ALL staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. You leave Hollywood with your vehicle IMMACULATE EVERY TIME!!!! Hollywood’s experience, attention to detail, value, and customer service are SECOND TO NONE!!!

Hollywood is awesome sauce!! I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years for my details& car washes. (in and out) I love the “foam wax and under carriage cleaning.” I do a lot of Lyft driving so this place is my #1 go to. The prices are reasonable and the people are the bomb.com; if you need a fast quick in and out service Hollywood is the place to go. The employees work as a collective to meet every customers need. I love them.

I highly recommend Hollywood Car Wash on Roosevelt ave! The service, price, and timing are all fantastic. Fernando took care of my car and did an incredible job detailing both the interior and exterior. He got the job done thoroughly and quickly, which I really appreciated. I just left Hollywood car wash. They cleaned my truck in less than 10 minutes, inside and out. When I back got in my car, I was wiping down all the spots that they missed. My truck looks like Stevie Wonder washed it. Definitely a rush job!

I tried calling the place, but no one answers. They came highly recommended to me, but car is still very dirty. Dust and grime in the crevices. Looked like they didn’t even dust the vents, and there are crumbs and food under the seats. I messaged them through the website- don’t know if they will write back. Two hours of someone’s time should result in good work or at least good service, to make it right. I would gladly update my review if customer service reaches back.
