Come here every month as a limo driver for oil change service. That's almost $170 every month not including car washes. The service is very bad the mechanics outside are very rude, always annoyed and looking like they are forced to work and they always beg for a tip. Every single time. Like we owe it to them. I request the management to either pay them well or hire a better professional staff. But I'm taking my business somewhere else! The only good thing about this place is the inside staff! They are nice, warm and helpful people!

Quantity over quality. It's difficult to care about the details when you're a business gunning for more cars washed than the integrity of your washes. The vacuuming isn't the best, glass is left streaky sometimes, there's runs in the tire shine sometimes, but you know what? I park on the street, my car gets incredibly dirty so quickly and for the price I'm just fine overlooking these details if it means I don't have to wash my own car.

Mechanics are great. Oddly enough, the food inside is also great. AVOID CAR WASH AND OFFICE!!!! Very poor communication and they blame the customer. I asked for my car interior to be cleaned only and specified what my issue was, and was charged for a completely different service. Management tried to blame me and said that I didn’t tell the staff what I wanted, and tried to charge me again for an additional round through the cleaners. I would give 1 star just because of the front desk and their attitude, but mechanics and eatery is 5 stars so giving 2 stars. Update: Had to go back after they misplaced my floor mats. someone tucked a soaked and stinky floor mat for the rear right side passenger underneath the freshly cleaned and dry driver mat. Speechless lol

Just left this car wash and honestly terrible work. They don’t even clean the inside of your car. Leave the seats dirty, the cup holders dirty. Do not recommend at all

I did car was with them. The guy was angry because I ask him to clean. He told me that he will call me after he finish. I found dust still there. I attached pictures for everyone. Not recommended at all

I've been going to Hi-tek for over 10 years for car washes and the last few years for oil changes as well. I dealt with Yana regarding my oil change and the customer service she provided was subpar to say the least, she was condescending and rude. I was also quoted two different prices for the oil change and she basically said if you don't like it tough.

Nice car wash with nice guys work there. I just didn't like how they put the weather tech rubber mates on the seats after washing them but other than that it's cool. The entrance is right at the side street. The place has a car wash, a spy shop "they sell hidden and nanny cameras" and a mechanic shop.

Horrible service. Damaged my new wheels. Mentioned it to the owner he assured me it was like that before but I know I couldn’t have done that myself it’s not a curb damage from parking. He tells me he been there 35 years & he can bring his Aston Martin & put it threw & show me no damage. The point is it was damaged after I took it there. He wouldn’t recognize that didn’t even care to take a look or talk about a solution.

Super rubbish car wash! The exterior was very poorly cleaned. The interior cleaning didn't even lift the floor mats. And they are damaging your car. After wash many obvious scratches on it.

The young Lady at the counter was rude and disrespectful. She raises her arm towards the ceiling and yells out loud" I'm right here!!. All because she wanted me closer to her register stand. At the same time she gives an angry look to her coworker in regards to me. The unnecessary attitude was unbelievably shocking! This is not the only time these women that work behind the register were rude. Even though this is the closest carwash in my area. I won't be coming back here again. I highly don't reccomend anyone coming to this place . Save your money and find a business that has some morals.

Finally got my car washed after a long time. Hi-Tek Car wash is right by Astoria Blvd & 82 Street. The staff are very nice and they do fast service. Overall I am happy with my experience here. They have a small food court in the payment counter. Place to sit, relax and eat. Price are not bad, they have different deal according to our preference.

I paid for the Full Service package, which includes a full interior vacuum, exterior wipe-down, and tire shine. When my car (a CR-V) pulled out, a worker started wiping it with a microfiber towel and called me over. Before handing over the “paid” ticket, I did a quick walk-around. First thing I checked was the trunk. It clearly had not been vacuumed—there were still tissues, leaves, and debris inside. I had already removed all my personal items beforehand specifically so they could clean it properly. I pointed this out to the supervisor, who immediately got defensive and insisted it was vacuumed, even though it obviously wasn’t. As I continued checking the car, I found my fender and hood still dusty and untouched. I mentioned this right in front of him and asked that they run the car through again. He flat-out refused. Then I found a candy wrapper in the backseat. I even told the worker I wasn’t upset with him—I just wanted to show the supervisor because, at this point, I was the one getting frustrated. Instead of addressing the problem, the supervisor told me my car is old, has scratches, and that I “get what I pay for.” I reminded him that I paid extra for full service specifically to avoid this kind of experience. I again asked for them to rewash or properly clean the car. He shrugged, ignored the request, and walked away—even as I started recording the interaction. I won’t be returning to this car wash. The service was careless, the car was not cleaned as advertised, and the supervisor’s attitude was completely unprofessional.
