I booked a full interior and exterior detail with Carlos from Halo Car Detailing as a birthday gift for my mom, and I can honestly say-it was one of the best gifts I've ever given. Her car is 11 years old, and after Carlos worked his magic, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. The black exterior is so glossy and flawless, it's shinier than the day she bought it. Every inch of the interior was spotless—no detail overlooked, no corner untouched. I get 2 car details per year, first time using this place. I decided to get the Premium Detail option which was priced at $485, well above what I had ever paid before. The place had amazing reviews and I wanted to treat myself and try somewhere new. Admittedly, at that price I am expecting perfection or close to it because it is so high above market rate. When I walked up to the car, it looked amazing but my eyes were drawn to the black plastic trim, which stood out immediately compared to the rest of the car (see photo). If putting restoring lotion on the plastic is not in the services, I'm sorry but it should be. That is basic stuff. It costs $10 for the cream and its low labor I do it all the time at home. Every other car detailer that I've used prior to this were below $350 and even they restored the plastic. When I rolled down the windows, there was still dirt and pollen film on each window (see photo). Again, this is basic car detailing that should not even have to be checked at the "premium" offering. When I got home I did the plastic restore on the trim on my own, and cleaned the windows myself - and yes the car looks great they did a good job otherwise. But at $485 - I should not be doing additional labor on my vehicle. I shouldn't have to think about anything outside of "it looks great" when paying that price. They did take $50 off after I brought it up and I appreciate it, again the guys did a good job otherwise but just initial reaction was disappointed at the value and have received far better detailing for far less of a cost.

I called Jeremy at 7:30 on a Friday morning, and he was an absolute delight. Even though they were fully booked, he promptly called me back with a same-day opening. Carlos handled the detail and was incredibly thorough—he carefully gathered toys and items from the car so that not a single spot or crevice was overlooked. The detail itself was immaculate, but what stood out even more was the awesome attitude and professionalism of the team. Jeremy and Carlos, thank you for making my Friday! Best detail ever! Ask for Chandler. He did a great job and was super nice. The interior had odor and was badly stained all over and now it literally looks brand new and smells like new car.
