It is truly astonishing how good the car looks now. It’s frankly better looking than when it was new on the showroom floor. "Mr. Ted" did a great job of making sure all aspects of the auto was given his full attention. I highly recommend this service. I was especially happy with the service, it was finished when Ted said it would be, and the morning I took the auto in, Ted was there, waiting for me. I cannot express enough how pleased with I am with Ted at Green Roots Detailing ! I had THE BOSS ceramic coating done to my black 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 and also had the headlights restored. The vehicle looks just like the day I bought it! I provided him with touch up paint and he touched up some minor chips and scratches before doing the ceramic coating process. Ted is the absolutely nicest guy and is extremely knowledgeable about the product. He spends a lot of time providing information and gives outstanding customer service.
