Great staff, but not always open on time they’ve closed numerous times for issues with the wash equipment not working properly. Prewash spray doesn’t spray your car upon entering and tire shine is sprayed all down the sides of the doors.

I like this location. It seems to do a better job than other locations I have visited. The staff here is very pleasant and friendly. The only problem is the alarms go off during the wash almost every time I have been there. To be a new location, it shouldn't stop so often.

Nice 😊 friendly people and service area well kept. But did not have a place to wash the plastic mats like some of the other companies. Only a place to vacuum but mine needs washing off. There are some that as a courtesy wash off the plastic mats. Overall though nice clean place and would recommend

I think they need to tone down the acidity of their solutions (tire shine will crack your tires). Because it can be harmful to your paint. But they have fantastic vacuuming tools , also the compressed air, which is a huge deal. "Overly", this has become the great car wash in the 7 cities.

Toya was amazing and so so helpful. She had excellent customer service and listened to our discrepancies with the wash. She gave us a wheel cleaner for free and let us go back through the wash when we weren’t satisfied. Truly an amazing worker and it’s nice to see people who really care about their job.

Over the weekend, I had an indirect unfavorable experience at this location at no fault of any STAFF person working; however, Louis jumped right into action, going above the expectations of his role to assist me. During my encounter, Louis remained calm, respectful and provided world class customer service. This level of professionalism is always my experience when I encounter Louis during my car wash visits. I would like to say "thank you" to him again for all of his assistance as it is greatly appreciated!...It is my hope that I will receive the same level of professionalism from the company management to resolve the issue that I experienced over the weekend.

Stopped here 1x out of convenience. Only complaint was about first vacuum I used had no suction and had to use another one. Liked the free air fresher they gave out with the wash. Customer service was good as well.
