I called and scheduled an appointment for a few days in the future. When my appointment day and time rolled around, they unfortunately never arrived. I tried to call twice, 10 minutes and 20 minutes after my appointment time. No one answered or responded to my voicemails. Very disappointed. What a waste of time.

My girlfriend and I took off work today to drive all the way from Newport News to Portsmouth to get her car detailed. We called yesterday just to confirm they would be open but they didn’t answer. We called again on the way this morning but no answer. We pulled up the gate was shut and locked. We called the number again but no answer. The hours are listed today as 9am-8pm. We got there at 10:30am. Needless to say we are furious, wasted a day off work, and gas. We’ve used them for detailing before and they did so amazing that we wanted to come back. We will not be returning again.

Late to my appointment and rescheduled me for an hour later having failed to inform me about being late in the first place. Their business looked abandoned. I showed up later when they had told me to and still were not there. Waited another twenty minutes and then left. Got my refund through Groupon. I will never come here again and encourage you to do the same. Completely unprofessional.

Omg 😮 totally surprised. I really needed my car cleaned and restored from this passed weekend. I have a kid and as you all know the back seat can turn into a tornado of a mess real quick. They are convient, price well and really efficient and quick. Bonus they come to you and that’s a plus when ur busy on the weekend trying to do task around the house. I would recommend to everyone.

Unfortunately I am not able to put a negative star for my review. The work was so terrible that when I called to request for them to come back out to clean my car, the owner, Maceo, hung up on me!! My tires still had brake dust, the windows were dirty with the oil from the rag they used to wipe them, they didn’t vacuum very well and they don’t honor their “guarantee”. I asked him to redo my car, they refused. I suppose they needed the $32 I paid them more than I did. I will consider the money I paid as a donation to charity. Also, beware that they call from different numbers pretending to be other people & claim to not have spoken with you before. Please don’t patronize them. You are better off taking your money and flushing it down the toilet. Instead, go to a daycare and allow the infants detail your car, they’d do a better job.

Very quick service and appointment availability, but lack attention to detail. Looked great from a distance, but standing water left in rear plastic cargo compartment. Also, was shampooed which was good, but a lot of debris left everywhere. Door jams half cleaned and significant number of spots on interior missed. Ok if you’re in a pinch, but would recommend Ski’s all day over this place.

When the guy first came up I was skeptical. Let me say before I start. That he absolutely did an amazing job..now back to what I was saying, at first I didn't believe my eyes this small car, one man and a vacuum cleaner. But I was wrong. I was worried because I got one of the their biggest packages but before I knew it he was elbow deep shampooing and doing some hard work I was absolutely amazed how it came out.I had just bought this car from a used dealership sold as a trade-in it is a 2007 Volvo V70 and it had been previously owned by a smoker and there was a lot of stains as it is in older car. The smell the stains all of it gone I am so happy and I would refer this to anybody who needs auto detailing because of covid that came to my house and that was an amazing part because I don't get much time to go places to get things done. Happy mother's Day to me!!!

This is the second time I've had Gregory with Classy Custom Detailing completely detail my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. I am very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my car & I'm able to do it on my own but it takes me all of 2 days.
