Mistakenly parked my work car under an "occupied" tree, so decided to hit a car wash after work. They were the closest to my shop, so figured I'd check them out. Talked to one of the workers, who told me it was going to be $25, when their sign says $15, but figured why not since my car was a hot mess on the outside. Waited in line over 2 hours to watch 2 vehicles, who showed up after I did, get done THEN be told they weren't going to wash my car. Hit another car wash and got what I needed for $7. I'm all about supporting up & coming businesses and supporting my community, and in truth I understand needing to cut out early when you're exhausted, and the fellas there did look wore out (I'm just assuming that's the reason why they decided not to work on my vehicle). But wasting someone's time like that isn't professional. Would have been much better if they just told me upfront they weren't going to work on my car.

I have used this car wash 3 times just looking for the closest car wash. Subpar cleaning and unprofessional staff. They refused to find me the correct change after agreeing to a 10 dollar tip. Waited 15 min while woman walked to other workers asking for change for a 20 and pretending no one had change. Paid 40 dollars for a 20 dollar wash because of this. Extremely unprofessional. I only asked for 10 back out of 40 on a 20 dollar wash. 10 dollar tip and the wash was not exceptional. Still had water spots and unclean parts in my car.
