It was nice to learn that the facility is truly monitored by a real person and sends away people that are known to cause trouble. I was there by myself when someone came in and the individual monitoring the laundromat told him to leave or they would call the police. Is very clean and on premises staff has been helpful.

Worst experience. I thought I was going to get the help I needed. I use the machine and I know for a fact I put the right amount in and I come back to put my clothes in the dryer to only see that my clothes didn't even start. So im constantly calling the customer service number until I finally reached someone. To only wait 30 min when I was told 15 min and then he tells me that I only put 1.25 in. If u could only see my face. So I only brought enough out to wash and dry my clothes. So being that he only gave me back 1.25 I don't have enough to wash. Which leaves me in a bind because I have to be to work with my uniform in the load that didn't get washed!!!!!

I usually go here to vacuum my car and usually have no problem. Today I go and there is a worker out there I guess because of the shortage on coins ( she has a cup of coins). By the way I bring my own coins, about 20$ worth because of the shortage. So we vacuum twice on the 3rd time for some reason the vacuum does not come on after the 4th quarter this time, my husband 2nd guesses himself and puts a 5th one in, it doesn't come on. We tell the lady she gives some bs about having someone look at the camera. She also asks us to add other while she was there, and did nothing happened, she now has to add two more before it comes on. It's been working fine all day she say and I say it worked fine the first 2 times. Long story short, we were gonna wash the car there too but being that she would not give me back my 1.50 back (and I only asked for 1$ and I showed her my bag of quarters) we left and went to autobell!! Mind you we came from churchland to go there, smdh!!

The yells rudely at you over the intercom. Instead of just asking. Plus why is the loading dock in the very front of the store if not for loading and unloading your heavy bags... Thank you for the clarifications. I admit I didn't see the sign. But my daughter just said she did. And would not have had a problem moving the car. But it was the tone of voice. How you speak to people matters.

Nice fancy washers and dryers and door. Great. Cool. But your bathroom is locked for our "safety"?? Call it what it is; you don't want to clean it. Vending machine is on (food and beverage). Video game is on. But no access to running water or paper towels even?! Do better.

Had a small problem with the washer owner came to the shop quickly and fixed it rewashed the clothes and gave me feel tokens. Super quick response and very friendly. Place is really clean. Would definitely recommend.

I came to just dry 2 loads at 9:55pm. The laundromat closes at 11pm. There’s a posted sign on the door that says last dry at 10:15pm. So I came in well before the cutoff time. The man inside was cleaning up. He told me I could only dry my load for 30 minutes. There was still a whole hour and 5 minutes before closing time so I’m not sure why he was rushing me. But that was very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Just because he was ready to go home early he should not rush customers or change the operating hours.

I visited this business yesterday to use the dryers for my 3 loads of already washed clothes and was unable to do so. There is a sign on the door that states last load for dryer 1015pm because they close at 11pm. I arrived at 1005pm and the door was locked with a staff member inside cleaning the floor. The staff member did not even look my direction while I knocked on the door. This was a waste of my gas and time going here. The note on the door should have accurate times for closing and not at the discretion of when the staff feels like locking the door. Luckily, I was able to dry my clothes at a friend's house.

I’ve been coming here for years and the washers and dryer’s are always up to par. My clothes get dry without me having to keep adding money and that’s always a PLUS in my book. They have small, medium and Large dryers and I love that. The price to wash and dry is very suitable and cheap to me. The family that owns this place is always kind and willing to help. Whenever you call them, they are always here to assist you. I feel welcomed every time I come here!!! Today I decided to write a review because I am VERY BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. A customer called about an issue and the owner came out, although the customer was rude, the owner handled the situation very RESPECTFULLY AND CALM. If you need a place to wash where the dryers and washers work…Come to Stop and Wash. You will be HIGHLY SATISFIED!!!! -Toya
