Horrible service and even worst professionalism but worst of this was by the owner himself (Terry). He applied armour all on dirty surfaces and did not clean out center console. Also he used the heater (car running) to dry inside carpet then shampooed the rug that left a stench/odor. This guy was not receptive to any feed back with plenty of excuses. I paid almost $100 for "THIS" therefore this was my only recourse. "THIS" didn't deserve 1 STAR.

I took my Honda Pilot there this weekend to have the interior and exterior cleaned plus hand waxed. They did an excellent job other than missing a couple spots on the inside doors. They cleaned better than any other place I've been to so I will be back.

Today, I went to get my car washed and like usual they wave their hand for you to come and get your car…Well I check the interior the cup holder is still dirty the driver's seat had not been vacuumed and the owner who did the wipe down proceeded to make an excuse tbat all the crumbs won't come up and I can plainly see it was never vacuumed on that side and he walked off. I spend my money and have tipped every time, not today and I will not go back. It's called service and customer satisfaction neither were provided with professionalism or class!

I cannot say enough good things about Smith Brothers Car Wash! I dropped my Honda Accord off to be detailed because I left one of my windows open during a storm. Terry and his team were able to make my car smell fresh and look brand new! Highly recommend this locally owned business!

They take out your car mats to spray them off. If you look at the pictures you can see mine were not cleaned very well at all . They do not put your mats back on the clips they come off of. Mine were not even put back in on the right side. Also poor job of vacuuming the carpet underneath. Just look at the pictures I added. I will not be back !!!

Always does a great job! Owner is a great guy pays attention to details. He cleaned my last car looked so good the dealer gave extra $1000.00 trade in value! Said it was the most immaculate trade in car he’d ever seen!
