Vary rude the lady that it was in the gate today...my first time being in this place and I take the wrong lane to pay and at the moment she told my for the membership I said no and she said "see there's no point to stop here,there is said for membership people don't know how to read"...I just ignored her because as a military active they show me how to respect and ignore those types of situations.first and las time.

I typically don't have an issue...HOWEVER!!!! This is the 2nd time the person guiding me into the car wash failed to pay attention resulting in my having a damaged hubcap!!! As the attendant was guiding me in he turned to type something in on the screen as I was pulling in and I cracked my hubcap against the rail...now usually the attendant will watch me pull in and direct me to turn my wheel left or right as needed and WAIT until I've stopped and is in neutral before taking eyes off of my car...yet there are signs posted saying NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE....but the employees are contributing to damage by not paying attention!!!!!!

🛑 Warning 🛑 I used their car wash a few days ago. Paid $22 and it wasn't even worth $5. I was told the car wash scratches your vehicle and not to go. I unfortunately didn't take that advice. Halfway through the wash, the machine began ripping off the rubber pieces of my windshield wiper blades. After the wash was complete, I drove elsewhere to further check my vehicle. I did see a few small scratches and was very disappointed that my vehicle wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction. I didn't mention any concerns or complaints while there, because they will obviously say their not responsible. All they want is your money! I will never use this car wash, nor any other carwash again. I can do a much better job myself. If the owner wants to give me a so called sincere apology, it's only words. They're only trying to make their self look good, to continue doing business. In the end, my $22 car wash ended up costing me an additional $52 and change to buy new wiper blades. I wish you luck if you go.

I visited Green Clean Auto on June 26, 2026, at approximately 3:20 PM for a standard car wash. Before entering the wash bay, I clearly instructed the staff and manager to turn off the brushes, as I was concerned about potential damage to my vehicle. Despite my request, the brushes were not turned off, and they activated during the wash process. As a result, the brushes scratched one of my car windows. I immediately brought the issue to the staff’s attention and reminded them of the directions I had given prior to the wash. Damage Description: Visible scratches on the window driver's side front window along with back window and slight body paint damage that were not present prior to the wash. Action Requested: I am requesting that Green Clean Auto accept responsibility for the damage and provide a resolution, such as covering the cost of repairing or replacing the scratched window and other damages. Waiting on general manager to call back from days ago. Terrible management and location.

10/10 recommend this location. Leon has top tier customer service one of the best people you have! One thing that could make this place better is floor mat hangers! We always love coming here!! Also another thing, not that yall can really control it, is making people who don’t have memberships use the booth only lane because that’s what jams up so many cars. We come here probably 2-3 times a week!! We love it here.

While company posts free vacuums to all, this location has permanent “Do Not Enter” signs posted and cones to keep anyone not having car washed out.

Hands down the best car wash I have been to in the area. The brushes are made of foam and will not scratch your car like other car washes that have the cloth brushes which cling on to dirt. The vacuums are powerful and there is a high pressure air hose to agitate the dirt on carpets or just Air dry your car on certain spots.

Not a bad car wash, Great vacuums. HOWEVER, maybe when someone’s having trouble getting positioned into the tire guides and already feels frustrated .. the attendant could find other words than yelling at you than saying “you ain’t listening, that’s the problem”.. I know everyone has bad days, But customer service is realizing the interactions you have with your customers and how it could potentially not make them want to come back due to the negative impact. Customer service can make or beak a business sometimes. The location is convenient so I will come back, but hopefully I will have a better interaction next time or we’ll have to find another convenient location.

Have been using this place since it opened first time a guy told me, he can't turn off the top sprayer, we don't do that.Even though every time I come here, I tell him to turn it off, because water comes through my sunroof because the pressure's so high be warned

First time there today. Was greeted by a really kind, well versed, informative gentleman. He had a very easy going no pressure approach. I opted for the $22 wash. He let me know, being it was my first time, I can return within a week to upgrade to the membership $29/month and that if i did theyd refund todays payment. Line went quickly. The next guy gives me an amazing smelling air freshner and says put it in nuetral, ect. My truck came out beautiful and the free vacuums worked super well. Ill be back before sunday for that membership!

Really good carwash, customer service has been on point everytime ive went and ive had the membership for since they opened. Inside they have car products for cheaper then anywhere else ive ever saw and i always take advantage of that even if im not getting a wash that day. They have air fresheners for 50 cents and they smell SO good everyone asks where i got my air freshener when they get inside my car. CHECK THEM OUT

When holding a monthly membership, this place is pretty convenient. There is usually not a long wait. Plenty of places to park to use the free vacuums with the purchase of your car wash. The vacuums and refuge bins are properly maintained. We have always gotten good working vacuums. They also will give you a dash wipe or a car freshener to hang on your mirror when pulling up to the attendant at the beginning of the wash. Which is very nice.

I never leave reviews on anything, I'm a big car guy and usually don't go through these kind of washes. But this car wash does such a good job and the staff are so nice. I got the unlimited and go through everyday. Love this place. Vacuums are super powerful.

Great vacuums that SUCK and love that they are free with a wash. Quick and easy car wash with helpful and friendly attendants. My only suggestion for improvements on the wash itself is improved rear washing. Maybe a mechanism installment with future maintenance on the wash systems. For the most deluxe wash ($20-$25), I'd expect it to wash the rear of my car better. There's still salt residue from winter driving that I needed to wash off by hand when I got home. Touch ups from salt run off on the side, by the mirrors, is understandable, considering how dirty/salty my car was, but the rear was pretty noticeably dirty still. Pictured as best as possible.

This is my preferred location to wash my car however today when I pulled up, I realized I needed to reactivate my membership. At the time, there were no cars in line. I’m sitting in the unlimited wash line and a truck pulls up behind me. Any smart person in line at a car wash would see the empty lane and go there instead but no.. As I’m adding the money to my cash app card to reactivate my membership, ms girl with the snoop braids comes yelling at me to pull up. I’ve been to this car wash plenty of times over the past 2-3 years and she knows I’m fully aware of how things operate- I go through the wash 3 or 4 times at minimum unless I’m in a rush. I told her I was trying to get my things together and she said she “didn’t care” and I told her idgaf that she didn’t care. Maybe she needs to go back in customer service training and learn how to talk to the people who patronize your business to keep a check in her account. I spend way too much money here to be talked to like that especially when I obviously was already having a hard time and wasn’t intentionally trying to hold up a line that built up out of nowhere. I will not be renewing my membership. Thank you and Happy Mother’s Day!!!

i would give it zero stars if i could. they tore off the side of my car and took off my antenna cover. i made a claim with them and was told they would pay the full amount to fix it. i got a letter in the mail saying they are not responsible for these kind of damages and will not pay to fix them

This car wash is local and very close which is why I wish the wash was a little better for the price. After paying for the top tier I would expect a better result. The tire shine is shown in the picture and you can tell was barely even applied. I really think after looking at past reviews they should look into why the tire shine doesn’t work!

Went on December 28, went up to one of the attendant to purchase a monthly unlimited wash for my car, as I put my card in i was also trying to inquire what comes with it, when it was approved the attendant never answered my questions, cut a sticker off hand it to another attendant who ran it out place on windshield and never answer my question. I felt like I was treated as a second class citizen. Even though I pay for the plan, went ahead that day wash my car. After felt like I was ignored I went to another car wash couple days later, ask their plans and treated with respect and a person. So, I will call this place cancel my plan where I was ignore and not important and not come back. Let me give some customers advice, the way I was treated your business will not last long. We pay your bill and employees treat your customers with some respect and dignity. I only try to ask a question and your employee could not give me 5 minutes to answer. Do better and treat customers as humans not second rate nothing.

Definitely will come back to this please. I also recommend this location. They have great vacuums! They’re kid friendly; while I was there they said they had lollipops if my son wanted one. Very friendly and they gave us wipes to wipe our inside of the car. I like using the air pressure to get dirt in tight spots the vacuums can’t reach.
