Not impressed PICS BELOW . lifted floor mats and there were leaves underneath. ran finger over dash and got a pile of dust. Floormats looked hosed but not cleaned (just because they were wet but still dirty)ALSO 30.99 service but somehow charged 39.99 WTH

All AUTOBELLS are not created equal. They all do a decent job. The AUTOBELL on Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA, however, is exceptional. They go above and beyond, and the key ingredient is ‘friendliness’. Attitude is everything. Great team with a good work ethic.

Literally the worst I’ve ever experienced when it comes to car cleaning/detail. I paid for the most expensive option they had just to leave with a car not even cleaned whatsoever and damage to the interior. Extremely upsetting and all I got in return was a refund. But who’s going to have to deal with the interior that was damaged? Me. This is 1 photo of the damage done. This was after I left! You can tell just in this picture that my car wasn’t cleaned inside WHATSOEVER. Makes no sense at all. But as I read the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident! Wish I would have read them before because the value of my car just went down!

I love this place! I go every week and see these guys! I drive about 100 miles a day, have dogs and kids, so I need my truck washed often. Dylan , I’m guessing he’s the manager, and his team are always nice, helpful and efficient. If there has ever been an issue, I bring it to their attention and it’s immediately remedied (without attitude)! These guys have hustle in their step and seem to want to please all their customers.

Never take your car to this location I just left there not even 2 min ago. I have the 70 package and I had to tell them they didn't tire shine my tire and you can clear see the interior. I want a refund, this is the worst service ever

I subscribe to the unlimited interior and exterior car clean. I pay over $60 per month for the service and believe me the service is subpar. I just left this location and I told the young man that my seat was still dirty and had crumbs in the seat and he told me that they don’t do the seats with the car wash. I will be deactivating my plan and I will never come to Autobell again because this is ridiculous. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service from the location on Virginia Beach Blvd. or Independence Blvd. I’m throwing my money away at this point. I can wash my car myself or go to the longshoreman hall on Princess Anne Road; those guys do a phenomenal job

I would've given them 5 stars but their prices for their unlimited car wash went up more then 50% from when they first introduced the benefits of their unlimited services. I always have liked going to their many locations but going from $35.99 to $65.99 in this economy was not worth keeping it anymore!!

Recently bought this car and I hadn’t washed it for a long time, I’ve heard all sorts of horror stories about car washes but I decided to give this autobell a try. The service was Impeccable! I was immediately greeted by a cashier who knew his stuff, going the car wash and actually seeing the equipment put me at ease, and finally after all was said and done, my car was beaming in the sunlight. Next time I plan on getting a super poly so I can get tire shine too! Thank you autobell!!

Not sure what the $40 interior/exterior car wash was supposed to cover but clearly should have been more than they did. Yes they vacuumed but apparently no wiping down the interior and this cost $40! This was not the 1st time I've been disappointed and will not be going back.

I had an excellent experience at Autobell Car Wash today! A huge shout out to Aiden, the technician who took care of my Chevy—his attention to detail was top-notch. From start to finish, everything was spotless. The exterior shine was perfect, and the interior looked and smelled brand new. Aiden was not only thorough but also professional and courteous throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. I just move here via military and wanted to get my car washed. Never heard of Autobell. I approached the entrance and had no idea where to pull in or wait for a car wash. There was a guy with a pony tail there on his phone and he literally held a sign up that says move forward. I ask him where do I pay and he points towards himself and starts pumping the sign to pull forward and rolls his eyes. Such a weird greeting. I got a crappy car wash for $20 bucks and horrible customer service. Will never come here again!! F-

Standard car wash, but the staff were pretty through wiping down and vacuuming the inside of the car! I honestly forgot what the screen inside my car looked like clean! They gave me the opportunity to look it over and let them know if they missed anything or to give another area a bit more attention. All for $38, pretty good deal!

I am disappointed that I even have to leave this review here but… I dropped my vehicle off at autobell specifically at the Norfolk location on Virginia Beach blvd today I did drop my car off around 7:30pm mind you they do close at 8pm I was expecting to get the service I paid for but I assume the team was in a rush being that they were closing in 30 minutes So if you take you vehicle for a clean make sure it’s not 30 minutes out because they’ll give you a 5 minute vaccum and maybe wipe something down

Here lately, I have not been happy with the service I’ve been getting from this location. They never cleaned the inside of the car very well. Everything is just a quick wipe down. I have to ask them can they go back over it or they just leave it I will leave some pictures. This is what the car look like on the inside after me just leaving the car wash and asking them to wipe it down again. Not to mention, I paid $90 a month for the membership and I used to tip very well and once the service slacked off my tips slacked off

Just had an incredibly positive experience with the two young gentlemen who cleaned the inside of my car…which is now barely recognizable as my car except for the pile of rumpled personal belongings I left for them to work around! This was my first time visiting Autobell, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I purchased the $50 wash expecting a thorough cleaning, but the interior was not properly wiped down or vacuumed, and the floor mats were left dirty. I even had to request that staff come back twice to address missed areas, yet the car still did not meet the level of service advertised. I ended up grabbing a cloth and spray at their location to start cleaning my own car. First impressions matter, and based on this one, I do not plan to return.

Annoyed! Payed for interior and exterior cleaning. I paid extra for (master autovac) a deep vacuum to remove dog hair. That was a huge fail. They sprayed cleaner in the middle section and left it. Customer service was good but services… terrible.
