I never have a lot of time to clean my car. Today I made it a point to least vacuum it. The Green Clean Express Autowash on military highway is a very nice automobile car wash. Very clean and well kept. The car wash gets your car real clean Prices are quit reasonable. Also has a membership you can join for unlimited washes per month. .There is a free vacuum which I love. Plenty of spaces to pull into to wash and dry your cars. Also plenty of attendants available to assist if you have a question. Well worth the price.

I had not had my car washed in quite a while ( I know shame on me), so I said let me get it washed. Disappointed,had brought my Benz through twice and still dime residue of dirt remained on my hood none the less. I paid the 22 or 24 dollars for the best car wash and yeah that part. Negative to the 10 ,4. The product they use in inferior. For tire shine . My tires look blah. Also shout to the staff. They were working hard. The machines were not. On military highway in Norfolk by the airport. I would have been better washing it myself.

Went through the car wash. 1st time my valve cap on my front tire broke off. Had to use the air machine and put on a new cap. Thought it was just a coincidence. Second time with was just Thursday April 25th in the middle of the car wash I heard a thump like something was hit and my air sensor started going off. Pulled up to their air hose again and saw my valve on my back tire was bent. Could hear the air going out and the tire going flat. Cost me $85 and no one has contacted me about it yet.... It's been almost a yr and no one has ever contacted me. No management ever around and they never answered the phone..

Broke my side view mirror and cracked it, and other car washes come with window cleaner. The employees saw it and didn’t offer to file an incident report.

I want to car wash place. And I give the ladies my card. She never gave me back and I went back. They didn't give me my car. Be careful when you give your card they keeping. I'm not recommend to go to this place. You're not so cool , james

Car wash is fine,but why block an entrance lane in the evenings and make prepaid customers wait....we pay for convenience.and still have to wait for new subscribers to join ...there are other washes you can choose who don't inconvenience their customers....just saying.

Love this monthly membership car wash, several clean, convenient, easy to reach locations area-wide, never too busy (about a year so far), friendly efficient staff, good modern machinery all in perfect operating order, quick wash with all the finishes you want, free easy to use vacuum, no loud obnoxious noise or people tolerated, adequate trash bins, all good results. Been a ceramic 4 ultra member for around 5-6 months now. I enjoy being able to drive thru anytime to clean off my Charger, trading out microfiber towels for fresh ones, and the air to blow dirt stuck in the trim before vacuuming.

I took my vehicle here after I bought it a few weeks ago. It damage it . My sister was with me when I purchased the vehicle I filed a claim. They denied me . It put scratches on my hood . White spots are on my hood and damaged two of my rims .If you have a luxury vehicle please don’t take it here! By the way I’m a Christian! I even called my sister to confirm the damaged didn’t exist prior to me buying it off the lot! I’m not the only one. That had damage done to my vehicle. The Manager on duty told me!

Something is wrong with this particular location. It barely sprays water before the brushes hit the vehicle, then dumps a ton of soap, no brushes work and does not rinse off the soap, does not dry off the vehicle. Pointed this out to the attendant and all he said was "what do you want me to do about it". What a joke. Also not truck friendly at all. A common f150 will struggle to get inside the wash.

If i pay 18dollars for a car wash, I expect more than just a wash but that's what I get for not asking 🫥 I had to pay $4 for ONE towel! (So I actually paid 22 dollars smh) No window cleaner or tire spray I get that it's non profit or whatever but I could've just gone to a gas station car wash but best believe I won't be back !! Thanks for taking my money AND there was still dirt so needless to say imma have to go home and REwash. We work too hard for stuff to not do what it's supposed to

I am incredibly disappointed to see how much this location has gone downhill. I used to go out of my way to come here because it was easily the best wash in the area, but I will be avoiding it like the plague from now on. The difference in leadership is glaring. When Dino was the manager, there was a sense of pride in the work and the employees demonstrated it through their service. Under the new manager, Sysco, the culture has shifted. It seems like it’s all about the staff having fun and joking around rather than actually taking care of the customer. During my visit today, the lack of professionalism was on full display: • Favoritism: While I was vacuuming, I watched employees turn away paying customers while simultaneously allowing their friends to go through for car washes. • Poor Attitude: I witnessed another customer speak up about a concern; the employee's response was so dismissive and disrespectful that the customer drove off visibly angry. It is this specific "don't care" attitude among the staff that is ruining this location’s reputation. I truly hope upper management steps in to address the shift in culture and accountability before they lose their entire loyal customer base.

Wish I could give zero. The lady directing cars through very tight car wash was extremely rude when giving directions: yelling and siging, etc. Extremely impatient. Horrible customer service. Around 1pm.The gentleman at the kiosk was great though and even gave my dog a treat. Usually go to auto bell but was crunched.for time. Was considering monthly service to close proximity to home but no way!!
