A little weird at first, but a great station/ repair shop. Had my car inspected and reinspected here. Because I had to wait I was offered a free cup of coffee, a honey bun, and a seat haha. The staff is fun, witty, and polite.

I won't ever waste my money here again. I was over charged for 2 tires but dealt with it since I didn't have other options. When I went to pay for the service, the old woman working there was incredibly rude and made a huge deal about me needing to split payments. When I apologized for the inconvienance she cut me off and yelled "WOULD YOU JUST HOLD ON" I ended up having to give some cash for the transaction and she YELLED "JESUS CHIRST!" who treats their customers like that? Someone whose miserable and doesnt want people coming back obviously. I felt bad for the cashier who was working there If that was her boss because I can't imagine how she treats her employees. Sorry my bad day apparently made your life that much worse, but I'll make sure that I and everyone I know never goes to that BP again so you aren't inconvienanced. Worst customer service ever.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING. HUGEEEEE RIP OFF AND LIES. This was the second year in a row they failed me for inspection. I'm a girl so we don't know anything about cars blah blah blah. Well they failed me this year AGAIN (surprise, suprise) and said it was going to be $560 to repair. I guess they thought I wasn't going to get a second look at it. I did, I took it to Willowwood service center where they saw absolutely nothing wrong with it. So back to BP I went where they had no problem slapping a good inspection sticker on my car. Shane on them for wasting my time and trying to take my money. They lost my service and a lot of my friends service.

Worse place for inspections. Scammers. Every year I go its the same. Rejected. This year I made sure all new tires and headlights. Guess what? Rejected again for light pattern. Then they added four other things wrong. My spouse bought a card for free inspections but not worth it. They fail everytime for nothing. I went to other place and do not need all that work done on my car. Scammers. Should have relied on reviews. No more of money will be wasted on them. Go somewhere else.

Do not bring your car here for service. Last week I went there because my a/c went out. The mechanic tried to tell me that it was the compressor that was bad and because the compressor was bad the whole system needed to be replaced. For $1500.00. I just got off the phone with the dealership. They diagnosed my car, it's not the compressor, and the repair will cost me about $450.00. BIG difference! This place used to be good. I don't know what has happened, but I will never bring my vehicles here again.

This is absolutely the worst business in the area. DO NOT take your vehicle there! My husband took his truck in for an oil change and inspection and it was dropped off the lift. The damage was over $5k and we're still waiting for her insurance to pay my insurance company for the repairs and that was a year ago. When I spoke with her today she was rude and tried telling me there's a problem with the insurance company and that she pays her insurance. Problem is she's got some Mickey Mouse insurance company. Thank God we went through our insurance company or we'd be screwed! We've been advised to take them to court and it looks like we'll be heading in that direction. Several years before that, I took my car up there for an inspection and they tried telling me there were all these problems but when I took it somewhere else, that wasn't the case. I had a minor issue that was corrected on the spot for much less than they tried charging. Worthless owner/employees; I wouldn't trust them with a tricycle!

Scratched the mirror on my car while pulling it out of the service bay, then denied it even though the mark on the doorway lined up with it. They were very pushy, and tried to tell me I needed a transmission flush. Mind you, I do my own automotive work. The transmission was fine. I was only there for a state inspection. Word to the wise.....stay away! There are too many reputable mechanics out there to deal with this place!

I always know that my car is in good hands when I come here. They have fixed every problem I have had and have saved me money by pointing out problem areas, on a number of occasions, that I had never thought about before. I read other reviews that are bashing these guys because of trying to "push" other services, but let's face it...What company doesn't do that these days for one, and secondly, most of the time they recommend maintenance that SHOULD be done, but that rarely people have the money or good sense to do or follow up on.... I find the customer service to be standard for a shop. I recommend this place :)

I have been using BP for service work for years. Things will go well for an oil change or two then comes the “recommendations”. I take the same “recommendations“ to a shop that I trust and was told they were not necessary. I took a vehicle there recently for a state inspection. They failed it and said it would be around $700 for the repairs to pass inspection. Again, I took it for a second opinion to a shop that I trust and was told that the vehicle should never have failed inspection. They passed it and the vehicle is back in the road. I fear that people that know any better would just pay their fraudulent repair and the vicious cycle continues. Maybe that’s to pay for their new gas pump roof. I don’t know? Now go back a month when I took my other vehicle there for an oil change. Everything was fine until I was on vacation at the beach recently and noticed oil leaking. I checked the dip stick it and it was halfway down the “ok” level. So I cut my vacation short and took it to my trusted shop. They put it on a lift and the oil filter was extremely loose and leaking oil. They tightened it and problem solved. This is just 2 of the many examples of bad experiences that I have had at the BP. It is convenient because I live close by but I’ll trade saving money for convenience anyway. I have swore off the BP and have already found another local trusted shop recommended by a friend. I’ll give them a shot and if I like them will stay for life. Stay away from the BP and their “recommendations” and faulty failed inspections.

After much consideration, I decided to buy a coupon sheet from a local guy that sells them for BP. Under $100 and you get all kinds of oil changes and other services included? The deals were just too good to pass up. I called up to BP to make sure they were legitimate, and I was told that yes they are, but to call ahead to make an appointment for any service due to the high volume they receive. So yesterday, I called up to make an appointment, to which I was told "we don't make appointments for Saturday", and to, 'just show up.' This morning I arrived shortly after 9 AM to get my oil changed (going to be going out of town this upcoming week - need to get it done) and I was notified that they were all booked up for the morning (from 9-1) and I couldn't get an oil change today. What. A. Joke. I seriously feel as if they sell these coupons with the intention of deterring anyone from using them. I can't plan my life around an oil change. Anywhere else, I could go drop my car off and it would be done that day. I work Monday-Friday, so Saturday is my day to get everything done. Who knows if I'll even attempt to use this darn coupon again. I know the first go around, I was not pleased with the service I received. At all. So beware if you decide to purchase one of these coupon sheets.

Total scammers. I’ve taken my vehicles there since the Ward’s Corner Shell closed down. I’ve never had the rejections I get now. The latest rejection is for turning signals blinking too fast. Last year one vehicle miraculously had ALL ball joints go bad at once. That same truck this year, ALL the brakes are bad…the truck has new calipers, rotors and pads, but the inspector rejected it! A few months before that on another vehicle, ALL wheel bearings became too loose all at once. They’re more interested in the profits of shop work from people who don’t know better.

As a young woman with basically no knowledge about cars, finding a shop you can trust is very important. So many places can make you feel taken advantage of, or milk you for all your money. But this is not one of them. I’ve been taking my car here for 2 years now, and I’ll never go anywhere else unless I move. The mechanics at this shop are helpful, knowledgeable, and I never feel taken advantage of. The inspector is honest and forthcoming about any issues with my car, and is always willing to take the time to show me any problems. Even when I can’t afford all of the needed repairs, they’re willing to work with me to figure out what needs to be done immediately and what can wait.

Your traveling mechanic supposedly is walking back to garage from break, he sees me in my car and points to the air pressure hose . I let him know I can't, I'm disabled., he then asks " how did you get in the car"? I just want to know if he is that ignorant? I should say most the time it's a wonderful place and people that own and work there are not usually this rude. I know you are desperate but seriously, that guy?

Pulled up to get a State Inspection. Mechanic told me himself that the computer was down so he couldn't do any inspections but suggested I leave the car overnight drop-off. I asked him the time he said 7 til 9 p.m. I asked him should I bring it earlier than 9 like 8:30 so that the lady taking these keys has time to close up and he said yes I definitely want to drop it before 8:30. I show up before 8:30and this lady done made up another new rule. Told me she already had 3 cars and one car was there at 7:01. I am parked here in a space so that means it should room for me to leave my keys. This lady triggered my EAD but I love my freedom and it is about 20 other places doing inspections. Just wanted to leave a review so fellow citizens that have PTSD or worse stuff going on to avoid this lady. She was nice but she was was playing with my time or the mechanic was, either way they need to be on the same page and communicate because I should be sleep but I shuffled a lot of stuff to drop this vehicle off just to have this lady play Pharaoh.
