Paid $200 (including tip) for a complete detail, which took them more than 5 hours to complete despite having an appointment. I have leather interior and only needed minimal cleaning. When I finally got my car back, the outside wasn’t completely dried, there was no clean scent in my car at all, the driver seat was wet, the dash board was left with some very visible streaks, my visor mirror wasn’t cleaned, there was some glitter on my backseat, they left a powder like residue in the front interior, and they didn’t clean my front cup holders. Also, instead of putting my mats back in place they had packed them up in my trunk, when the guy saw the confused look on my face he asked if I wanted them put back in place… I thought that was obvious? Last but not least, they were very careless with my fob. When I first arrived a woman took it from me and handed it to a guy who was in the middle of washing another car who’s hands were covered in soap. Then when they gave me my car back, I started to drive away when I realized the fob was missing. I had one of the guys come out to help me look for it. He eventually found it on the outside of my car, on the windshield by my wiper blades. I definitely will not be returning.

We just moved to the area and I’m a car person, so I’m particular about where we take our vehicles to get cleaned. These guys did a fantastic job. I’m not kidding this was the best detail I’ve ever seen. He even threw in an engine clean and under the hood looks like we just bought a new car.

Randomly came across this spot open Saturday morning on the way to breakfast …. I originally started this review for the $5 off for a 5 star review but really think it’s important to write an honest review and not sell myself for $5. There are a lot of these type of car washes in the city and at this price $26 for a hand wash and rims/rainex it’s ok. You have to know they aren’t going to get all the details in 15 minutes. Don’t pay extra for the wheel stuff (extra $3) - the dressing is subpar and tires don’t look wet after 2 hrs (deducted a star). Also after reading the bad reviews, seems like most of them are related to the auto detailing service where you would expect all the details to be addressed. If you’re interested in a no frills hand carwash that just gets the basic job done, this place isn’t bad.

Beautiful place to wash your vehicle. They did a wonderful job at a decent price. Would highly recommend them for any type of clean whether it is a clean or a wax. I came in for a wash inside and out and my car looks spotless! They even took out some of the light scuffs on the car no added cost

Wheels still fully dirty after full detail on a new bmw. This is after 6 hours. They charge $250 for this. I was lucky to have a discount. Parts of the car still dirty. I asked for the leaves to be removed from the grill and they’re still in there. Inside of the car looked ok.

I took my car in last week to be detailed. They told me it would take 4 to 5 hours for a complete detail so I dropped it off around 8:30 AM. When I came to pick it up at 4:15pm (nearly 8 hours later) my car still was not done. I needed to leave for an appointment and they told me they needed 15 more minutes. They were scrambling to make my car look presentable, and it clearly was not fully detailed. Several areas are still dirty and I was rushing to leave because they had my car for over eight hours. I didn’t realize but they never put my floor mats back in. A few days later I show up to ask for my floor mats and they had no idea what I was talking about. Then they tried to put in someone else’s floor mats into my car - even they they didn’t fit. I realized they weren’t mine, so I got out of my car and personally went through their pile of floor mats and put them in myself. Several areas were missed and simply not cleaned. This was not a full detail whatsoever and the level of care when I returned on the second trip to get my floor mats put back in was zero. This location is close to my office so I wanted to like this place because I planned to frequent it often with regular car cleans. However, the level of service the level of detail is simply not there. Highly disappointed with the entire experience

First I saw the reviews and hesitated to come in but since it was on my way I stopped anyway. There was only one car in front of me and they cleaned my car well. With all the construction around October in Chicago there was mud and dirt all over my car. They took their time to clean it and they did clean it well. The price is average not too high low and their prices are lower in the morning during the week. They cleaned the outside as well as the inside and my car came out looking much better than when it came in. Will stop by again.

I recently visited Grand & Western Auto Spa and Detailing for a hand car wash and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The manager, Raul, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was clear that he truly cares about his customers. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure my car was cleaned to perfection. The car wash itself was top-notch, and my car looked brand new when it was finished.
