I will never go here again. First time here and I paid for the $14 basic wash just to get the dead bugs and debris off my car. Left with numerous deep scratches, dirt still on my windshield and hood. I get that they are not liable for damages and its go at your own risk. The only good part about this place is the power of the vacuums. There weren't even clean towels by the vacuums, only damp ones that smelled of mold. No way in hell will I ever come back. Poor teenage kid was also trying to convince me to upgrade to a monthly membership and I had to tell him no 3 times.

Title: Repeated Paint Damage Led to Membership Cancellation I was a member at this car wash, but I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to a recurring and serious issue. After nearly every wash, my car's front bonnet (hood) sustained new paint damage, specifically noticeable scratching or swirl marks. This was an ongoing problem, not a one-off incident. I brought the issue to the attention of the staff on-site, but despite the discussion, the problem persisted, leading me to believe there is an issue with their washing equipment or process that is damaging vehicle paint. I want to leave this review not to assign blame, but as a warning to other car owners. If you are concerned about preserving your vehicle's paint, particularly the finish on your bonnet, I would strongly advise caution when using this service.

Great spot to get a car wash. They offer hand dry towel, vacuum, etc. Zach and Cassandra went above and beyound explaining each one of the package options, offering to dry the car and making sure I was getting everything I needed. Great experience!!!

“The vacuums at this location truly exceeded my expectations! I’ve been here before when they weren’t working, but now they’re running at 100%, and the improvement is amazing. I’m sure many other customers will appreciate it too. Just a heads-up — the suction is really strong, so be careful not to let it grab anything important from your car. Great experience overall, highly recommended!” and everything was very clean, there were also plenty of cloths to dry

I went to go car wash in first time after paid $125 for select wash 6 month. It's regular carwash plus polish tire. At the gocarwash machine doesn't clean my car and No tire polish My car body left dirt on the hood and all windows also not clean enough. I don't know if I go to the other place maybe better or worse I think l just wasted my money

I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit to Wash and Roll! From the moment I pulled in, I felt like my car was in good hands. The staff greeted me with smiles and walked me through the wash options without rushing me. I chose the full-service package, and it was worth every penny. The roll-through wash itself was quick, smooth, and oddly satisfying to watch through the windshield. The soap foamed up beautifully, the brushes were gentle yet effective, and I could literally see the grime lifting off. By the time I rolled out, the team was ready to dry the car by hand and make sure every detail shined. When I stepped back, I honestly thought my car looked showroom-ready. Been here a number of times and as such this review will cover all of them. I have paid for differing levels of wash except the most expensive and least expensive. Two different vehicles have been through here with not very good results the wash does a very poor job of cleaning the hood area and the rear of the vehicle every time. I am not talking about just small spots on my truck for the most part the whole thing stays dirty. And on my suv the upper half is dirty. The tires and wheels are not even remotely cleaned. Today the kid doing the prewash squirted the windshield and then hit the button for my vehicle to go on through where as before on a number of occasions the attempted to clean the front and back of the vehicle a little. The vacuum hoses dont have very good suction if more than 3 people are using them and you are not close to the vacuum end. Not hating on this place just summing up all of my visits to help somebody make a decision on if their vehicle will actually get a good wash or not.

After trying out many different car washes in the area, hands down, this one has it all! Some of the highlights- most affordable, free vacuums, free towels, window cleaner, leather conditioner, and floor mat cleaners; you literally have everything you need. Also shoutout to Elijah and Jordan C who helped my car sparkle and shine after coming through the wash! There are many convenient locations for Go Carwash, but I always choose this one off Ronald Reagan! Thank you for being so affordable, convenient, always showcasing excellent customer service!
