Stopped by BB Shine's recently after a drive home from the beach... let's just say the butterflies were migrating and the front of my vehicle was covered! The staff did a good job of scrubbing down the front of my vehicle before I entered the wash... The wash tunnel was good, and my vehicle scooted right along. After exiting the wash tunnel, I pulled aside and took advantage of BB Shine's complimentary cleaning towels and sprays. What was left of the butterflies came off easily, the vacuum took care of the left-over sand! I left in a very shiny, clean vehicle. I liked the experience enough I even signed up for one of their monthly customer plans. Recommend BB Shine's for a good car wash!

This car wash is hands down the best I have ever been to, the staff is very friendly and my car really does look great . I love that they have a membership that I can easily control with their phone app. For your service you can get towels and 4 different cleaning supplies to shine on your car.

Chipped the paint in at least 10 spots on a brand new car with less than 1k miles. Beyond disappointed in the service, if you care about your paint on your vehicle avoid at this subpar facility at all cost. Im beyond embarrassed for making such a massive mistake to trust strangers with a new car 🤦🏻‍♂️

I went thru this car wash 3 times and my 2025 Kia K4 STILL wasn't clean! The first roll thru was touchless and didn't clean so I pulled back around and informed staff. I went back thru this time choosingthe brushes..still not clean..so back around. Third time I just gave up!! I normally handwash my car myself but it's super cold and my poor Bella ( my car) was dirty from all the stuff from the roads after the snow and ice so I looked up car washing near me. Needless to say I will be trying somewhere else next time.

I have used this facility a couple times now. They offer a great value with their monthly pass for $20 or more on unlimited washes. Pick your package and go anytime for a flat fee. The wash gets your car cleaned very well on the exterior and the staff is pleasant. What I also appreciate is the vacuums have excellent suction and long hoses. They provide clean towels/ cloths and free cleaners for glass, bugs, all-purpose and air freshener. Sunshade covers are installed above the vacuum areas as a courtesy. A clean, well appointed facility that makes a chore more enjoyable.

Well kept place and friendly staff, and love the free vacuums and interior cleaning supplies readily available. Only complaint I have is the automated wash, the 2 horizontal brushes that go across the top of the hood and roof, seem like they need calibration maybe? They’ll get the front of the hood, then go up too high and miss a whole section of the hood before coming back down and making contact with the windshield. Please look into this as it’s been like this at least a couple months that I’ve noticed and I have to go back and get that area of the hood by hand. Both do this every time I take my personal vehicle or my company vehicle.

Friendly staff great wash and great price. They have vacuums and pressurized air for cleaning interior. Wipes and sprays to get the interior done yourself. The only thing I'd like to see added is an interior cleaning part of the special that is provided. But the fact that they have at least stations you can do it yourself is pretty great.

Great experience today. Went through the wash and a gentleman caught me as I was exiting. Says it looked like I had been hunting and they missed some spots on my tailgate. Ran it back through without charge. Great attention to detail and I appreciate them pointing out the issue prior to me knowing. Will definitely be back.

First time visit. Convenient location. paid $18 for wash. The payment attendee was very kind and patient gave 4 stars because the two attendees that pre soak the car appeared to be bothered by something (their body language and slow movement), plus the digital sign that tells you to stop, put in neutral was not working & I wasn’t given the command to do so. I had to roll the window down & ask; she excitedly said yes, realized the omission and signaled me through. The first 2 stalls vacuum were not powerful and neither was the air hose. Not many trash cans near the vacuum bays. The concierge of cleaners and towels is a bonus. Property is clean. Decent sudsy It’s in a semi busy area, leaving the location was challenging due to traffic.

Got the BB Better wash because it adds the wheel cleaner. Didn't clean the wheels, running boards, wheel wells, or the mudflaps. Even had a dust stripe on one side of the hood and on the tailgate. I might as well go someplace with a brush and sprayer and do it myself.
