3rd visit to this location so gave it multiple tries as close to my house. A grade of C- at best on the $24 wash option which is second from the top of the line. None of the vacuums work. Dont see where i got the ceramic I paid for. Ripoff, wont be back.

Went and got a $28 car wash, messed up both my wiper blades and it didn’t even clean the front or windshield of my car. Feel like if I proceed to buy the most expensive one there is then it should at least get the dirt off of my car.

My car broke down the other night so i pulled into this car wash, I talked to the staff and the gm the next morning to make sure it was good to leave there until i got a tow. Both staff and gm are very friendly and made sure my car was not messed with while it was waiting. Customer service is top tier! Thank you guys for ur help!

My boyfriend’s car broke down and they were so nice and let us know that it was okay to leave our car until we could get it towed! They sent us updates and even went as far as putting cones around it so it wouldn’t be messed with! Overall great customer service super friendly and will be back!!

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the washing process is too. Our car always comes out sparkling clean, with a noticeable difference in shine and cleanliness. I remembered one time where a truck, was gold and came out silver which cracked me up. The staff is quick, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. Overall, Wash n Roll is a reliable choice for keeping your car looking it's best. Highly recommended!

I love this car wash but you guys should really keep the monthly members lane open. Multiple times I've had to wait for an entire sales pitch before I can get through for a wash. It's great as a monthly member to have priority over people who are not.

Been coming here for years even when it was a different brand. I visit a couple times a week. Over the last month, I've come by twice when there is no one there to dry the cars. Today, I got out of my car and found the person in charge and she told me that they just don't have anyone coming in this morning for people doing the drying. Also she made no effort to actually dry it for me, she just basically told me to go on my merry way and come back another time. Maybe they don't pay her enough to go the extra mile, but I have a problem with management not hiring enough people to service customers. Not great treatment for someone who's a loyal member. Hopefully, they'll get their staffing issues figured out.

I've never been to a GO CAR WASH. I must say the customer service received was outstanding. Friendly & welcoming is how it started. I was told by (John-Manager)the vacuuming is free & they also provide dry towels & window cleaner to help assist with the details after your car gets washed. This was my second visit to Go car Wash, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the customer service here is truly top-tier. John, the manager, is fantastic. On my first visit, I had an issue with my card, and he handled it immediately with a smile and a great attitude. During my second visit today, I was struggling to get some stubborn chalk marker off my windows. Without me even asking, John stepped out of his office to help and provided wet wipes that made the job so much easier. His positive energy clearly rubs off on his team; the associates are always friendly and greet everyone with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this welcome every single time. Highly recommend!"

This spot is usually my go-to when i need a car wash. The staff is friendly and they get through the line relatively quickly if there is one. But most importantly, their vacuums are actually powerful! There is nothing more frustrating then when you go to use the vacuums and they “suck,” as in they barely work. The station where you vacuum your car is always clean and stocked as well. Overall, pretty good experience.

NEVER HAS TOWELS. Always out of everything, hoses never work, want to charge $25 and they don’t even scrub the car or tires. Don’t waste your money. Tried to give them another chance after the first 3 and they still haven’t fixed anything. Better off going to the CP one or one up north.

Came here for the first time to get this service! Love the fact that these chain companies are everywhere in Austin and round rock area so as long as you have a monthly membership, this is the great deal and highly recommended! Keep your car nice and clean! Cheers 🥂

GO Car Wash on 183 has got to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Several vacuums don’t work, the compressed-air blowers are broken, and the towels are soaking wet every time. The place is filthy — trash everywhere in the vacuum area, and the concrete is literally black from years of grime. Have they ever even used a pressure washer? What’s crazy is that every other GO Car Wash location I’ve been to is clean, organized, and fully functional. I have no idea why this one is such a dump, but it’s been this way for years. Definitely needs some serious attention and maintenance. I don’t want an apology, and I’m not looking for a free car wash. I just need y’all to fix this ASAP. Please get this location cleaned up.
