This was my second time there. The first time was really good. My second time wasn't as good. I was told my car was ready and when I picked it up the seats were still wet and had to take it home like that. The carpets were also left with a bad scent. They also charged me as if they had washed the motor when I told them not to wash the motor. The employee didn't bother to say it'd be the same price if they washed it or not either.

This car wash is one of the best, I’ve gone to so many and no one beats this one. They do such a great job and honestly take the time with your car, all these reviews saying they take long yeah because they actually clean your car not like others when you get your car back looks like all they did was the outside so honestly time is nothing and I’ve never waited so long like they say I’ve waited in line to get in but obviously you should see the line before you wait! So if you don’t want to wait go another day or go earlier simple as that. Will always come back to this place and it’s SUPER AFFORDABLE!!

Do your self a favor do not come to this place their customer service and quality is mediocre. In my first visit after my car was done I pointed out to the person in charge to go ever a couple of spots below the doors where dirt was visible and his response was that this was a regular car wash and if I didn't like how the car looked I didn't have to come back. I was shocked and confused because they have a sign at the register saying that they treat their employees like family and customer should treat them the same. But what about their treatment towards the customer? I felt under valued and definitely not like family. Also if I'm paying to have my car washed I expect a clean car with out visible dirty spots. This was my first time here and for sure it was my last time too. Never ever will I come here again. This place doesn't deserver my hard earned money.

I have used this place for work and for personal use and they are by far the best detail shop I have ever used. They are definitely not the cheapest, so if that is your main objective, this is not the place for you. However, you definitely get what you pay for. I have gotten many details and this place is head and shoulders above all. They make your car look like, you just bought a new car from the dealer. They do an absolutely fantastic job.

Came in a week ago for outside and inside cleaning and got charged $26, came in today for just the outside and got charged the same. When I've only previously paid $20 for just the outside. They seem to change their prices when it benefits them. Last time I come to this place.

Not only they ripped us off pretending a rav4 sold as a “compact SUV” was a big SUV while every other Glitz location charges us for a small SUV, but they didn’t vacuum the seats and broke the passenger door sealant.. I’m done with Glitz, I throw away my loyalty card.. I know they are clearly understaffed, but don’t mess up with +3 years faithful customers..

Service is ok. But to be honest they don’t take care of detail cleaning and vacuuming the inside. Which it’s actually why most of us pay for. Had to ask them To go back and vacuum again and still didn’t do a great job. For sure not coming back. Guess will keep doing it my self.

I paid $31 for a regular wash and now they're charging me extra for an XL car. The owner says cash only. This is called a scam.
