Owner had extremely great customer service. I had an issue with machine overcharging me on the automatic drive in wash and he was quick to respond to my call and resolved my issue the very next morning. Awesome place to clean your car and always up to date on maintenance. Both locations are great

Nice facilities very clean form when I visited. The self service bays are nice and big. The only knock I have is it’s $5/min. There’s no way you can clean a car in 5mins. So prepare to spend at least $10 to $15 if you add using the self wash bays.

Came here after an emergency and the staff were very helpful. I like that they have all the different options for cleaning your car whether it’s hand wash, letting their machines wash your car, shampoo brush, scent spray, vacuum etc. great location, reasonable prices. Check ‘em out!

Clean, reasonably priced, and the machines get the job done. There's usually plenty of space to vacuum or clean out your car without anyone bothering you. And you can also use your credit card to pay instead of having to mess with quarters

Great deal, 20 regular washes for $25, great for getting the salt off your car for $1.50!

This place rules. Operated by some real cool old timers that patrol the parking lot to ensure that no quarter panel goes unpolished. This morning I took my bird poop covered truck through the wash and the initial pass through didn't knock everything off (due to the sheer amount of bird poop. It was a cartoonish amount. Normally the touchless wash gets my dirty work truck perfectly clean on the first pass). These guys had me pull back around so they could hand scrub my truck and send it back through the wash again. I take my work truck here for a number of reasons. 1. Well lit self service open 24/7 (I think? I've definitely used it during the wee hours of the morning) 2. The touch free car wash is perfect if you have any sort of pickup with a rack or if you have items in your bed that you don't want to take out (within reason - it must fit the allowed clearance) 3. The self clean bays are perfect for hosing down equipment kept on work truck and getting all your muddy gear cleaned and sorted

Car was damaged going through carwash, carwash paid for repair. Great communication and customer service. Will be returning here if in the area to go through the self service bays.

It is a pretty good car wash. I have the monthly membership for $40 a month. They provide either a touchless wash or the traditional brush and high pressure wash for vehicles that need a little more work.

4/15/21 I have used the soft-touch here before and it was okay; however, I thought I would try the touchless since my wife got a new car. I was not at all impressed. The rinse was not thorough and left soap on the inside of the mirrors. The car was still pretty filthy (see photo of chamois). The extra $3 for rain-x is absolutely not worth it since it does absolutely nothing except make the water streak. Definitely do not buy the $2 yellow chamois, because all it does is leave yellow fibers all over your car. I guess that's what you get for $13 and I am still on the hunt for a good touchless car wash; if such a thing even exists 😒 Update 4/18/21 I increased my rating because the owner Chris took the time to reach out to me and address my concerns. I recommend taking the time to do your research when it comes to touchless car washes. Since there are no brushes making contact, don't expect to get a showroom shine if your car hasn't been washed in a few weeks. This is not on the specific location, but more so that the technology hasn't quite been perfected yet.

Be careful with this car wash and specifically the tunnel wash. Yesterday that machine broke one of the tpms on my car, and I have called the carwash number more than 50 times and no one answers me. I had to pay 250 to be able to put my car on the road again……..(reply⬇️) (I didn't have any aftermarket rigid valve stems like you mentioned, in fact I didn't even have valve stem caps on the two front tires. You just don't want to pay for it🤷🏻♂️ and you didn't even have the professionalism to communicate with me until I gave you 1 star. You care more about the star rating than offering good customer service🤦🏻♂️

Best place in Glen Burnie to vacuum the inside of my car. Self service and full service car washes must be excellent because I see many people there on nice weather days.

BEAST CAR WASH!!!!! I take our cars SUV 22inch wheel and car with 19inch wheels with roof, spoiler, grill black wrap through the automatic wash just for the tire shine 🤣🤣🤣 it washes the cars great but the tire shine legit last for weeks absolutely crazy. Once i use the auto wash I use the touchless if I need a clean up. I only auto wash if i really need it otherwise i use the touchless. I have the monthly plan so its a good investment if you ask me. It hasn't damaged my wrap either so I think its legit. Is it better than hand wash....uhhhh no but i dont got time for that lol. We moved about 12 miles away and if i cant find similar results guess ill be making that weekly trip just for a wash lol.

Customer service is important! There is still room for improvement but the customer service at the Glen Burnie car wash has improved. Gavin provided me with excellent customer service today. A new car wash is being built right around the corner, so excellent customer service is very important.

Based on the reviews, I went here and was not impressed with the touch free car wash. My SUV was hardly cleaned and I feel like I wasted my time and money by going there.

If you're using the self service bay for the first time, take a minute to read all the signs and buttons and figure out what you're supposed to do *before* starting your timer! I had no idea what I was doing, but my car got nice and clean anyway, lol. I'll do better next time. Only $5 for 5 minutes. The high pressure wash with the soap included was so fast and effective. I'm a smaller person, so I've literally never washed the roof of my car...until today, because the sprayer reaches all the way to the top of the car easily. Next time, I'll bring my own sponge and some towels to dry off my car so I don't have to run the handheld dryer for so long. Thanks for a great, affordable car wash option!

I came here today and all the self serve bays were occupied so I decided to use the laser touch free automatic wash. Paid $14 for the highest wash. When it was time for the polish protect cost it only went down the driver side not all the way around same with the rainx coat. Car is still dirty as you can see from the pics! This was a total waste of $!!! I will NEVER use this car wash again!!!

I’m very impressed with the recent upgrades that've been made especially in the tunnel wash. I think it was well worth the wait and makes my car look better than the other tunnel washes in the area

Kinda upset that the revamp of the wash included raising the price of the monthly wash program and cutting how many washes you get. Depending on the month thats 8 to 11 washes they took away with an almost 10 dollar price hike, and now requires your phone to use the program... Their customer service has improved however! Quick response from their posted contact us info when the vending machine had a problem.
