The 11 dollar touchless car wash sucked didn't do much more then rise the car. The service guy there said because it rained it had to go through the brush wash. I never have a problem with the one in glen burnie getting the wiper marks of my window. Cause I stick to what I know is good.

Hands down, the worst car wash facility I’ve ever been to. I spent $1.50 to vacuum out my car and as soon as the last quarter went in, the machine started to smoke and it stopped completely. This car wash looks like it used to be well maintained but is now severely neglected with trash littering the ground, overflowing trash cans, and malfunctioning equipment. This was my first and last visit here, which is a shame because they could attract quite a crowd with the new Wawa and Shell right next door.

If I could give zero stars I would took my car to the touchless was side. No scratches only had the car two weeks. OMG scratched my car up so bad it looks like someone keyed it. Don't go you'll regret it now I have to pay to get it detailed.

This place always leaves my car looking shiny for the next couple of months. I usually get The Works which includes everything. Even the lowest package will leave your car shiny but doesn't have that added long term benefit as the works, which has the polish/clear coat protection. There are two bays for self cleaning, one bay for touchless automated wash, and my favorite, the soft cloth bay. They have monthly plans, vacuuming stations, and cleaning accessories dispensers. It's not a full service car wash so they don't clean the interior of your car. I used to go up to the Canton Car Wash but their equipment ruined my rims each time I went. After the third wash at canton, half of my rims were worn out. I have not had any damage to my vehicle in the past few years I've been going here. The price is fair. If it's sunny and warm outside, expect a line.

Good little car wash. No frills, but they get the job done here. Friendly service and they scrub the car down before it enters the touchless wash. Car came out looking clean. I always prefer a car wash with a hand dry after, but still thought this was a good value for the money.

I like coming here. It cleans with water that's similar to a power washer spray. And it cleans really well. I don't like places that uses foam brushes that spins to clean my cars. This place don't have that. Don't like that brush systems, it might be dirty n could have little rocks in between it and cause scratches on your car. Come here if u want a clean car.

This place is great as far as the automatic car wash is concerned. They pretty much wash your whole vehicle by hand before you enter the actual wash. I pay for The Works and give the $3 leftover from the $20 bill ($17 wash) to the attendant as a tip. Great place to get your vehicle exterior cleaned.

These guys do a really good pre-wash, scrubbing and getting into hard to reach places. The “Special” wash (most basic) is a great deal encompassing hand wash and automated. Overall a great little place to get a respectable and cheap car wash!

This used to be a nice car wash with good machines and service. It's been steadily going downhill over the years and now is at a point where I probably won't use it again. The automatic car wash needs general maintenance. I used it today and barely any soap came out in the multiple passes that the machine makes. When I got home and my truck dried I can literally see streaks where the soap ran down the side since there wasn't good coverage. My white truck looks like a zebra if you can visualize that. I tried to call to let them know and see if they would give me a a free wash later after they do some maintenance but the mailbox is full and nobody answered the phone. https://photos.app.goo.gl/FHLE9Dqnp8afnMLX6

If you like machines that don’t work then come here but if you want to get your car washed with working machines go elsewhere.

Terrible. Machines are broken and very inefficient. Staff was closed early so couldn't even get my money back. It is better to trek to water works. 5 minutes for extra value.

I do not recommend doing business here. One of the employees stole my car mats. As soon as I informed a young Hispanic male employee (adult age) that I had filed a police report, he immediately returned them. Matts where in bay no more than 3 minutes on a hanger and they were gone that quick.

Great service. They always take good care of my car. They give it a nice hand wash and clean my rims before I use the automatic machine. They have auto cloth, auto touchless and self wash stations.

The touch free wash isn't tall enough for trucks with ladder racks... Most aren't but I wish they'd all move into the 21st century

Parke West Car Wash in Glen Burnie, MD, left me disappointed with my recent experience. The car wash machine that I was using was broken, and the customer service was subpar, which resulted in an overall mediocre experience. Despite their car wash having vacuums and an option to pull your car through an automatic wash, I was hoping to wash my truck myself, but unfortunately, the machines were not working. The customer service was lacking as they seemed unwilling to refund my money when I had to start the wash over again due to the broken machine. It was a frustrating experience, and their attitude towards customer satisfaction was disappointing. I cannot say that I will be returning to Parke West Car Wash in the future. While they may have some amenities that other car washes do not have, such as vacuums and an automatic wash option, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. For those looking for alternative car wash options in the area, I would suggest checking out other car wash facilities in Glen Burnie, MD, even if they may cost more than Parke West. The extra cost may be worth the extra peace of mind and the knowledge that the service and machines will work properly. Other car wash options that come to mind are The Auto Spa, Mike's Car Wash, and Classic Car Wash. In summary, Parke West Car Wash did not meet my expectations, with broken machines (the person in the bay next to me was swearing up a storm because of the issues he was having) and subpar customer service. While they have some amenities that other car washes may not have, such as vacuums and an automatic wash option, I cannot recommend this car wash. Instead, I suggest exploring other car wash options in the area that may be worth the extra money for better service and working machines. Unfortunate, to say the least.

DO NOT GO HERE! I just went through the touchless and it completely took the ceramic coating and paint off my car in several spaces. One of them is very large too! I’ve called over and over and no one will answer. I guess I’ll have my insurance take it up with you then.

high value wash, trash service for first timers. if you’re a young black woman and you’ve never been to an automatic wash like this then don’t expect anyone to explain anything to you or use any patience. be prepared also for them to yell at you like they did me. however, for the cost and the small amount of time it took to wash my car, i found it to be extremely efficient. my car looks great. but i wouldn’t go back because i don’t enjoy being treated disrespectfully just because i was confused

IF YOU HAVE A WRAP OR PPF ON YOUR CAR AVOID THE TOUCH-LESS CAR WASH, IT WILL 100% DAMAGE IT. This place has been renovated and improved….sort of. They now offer monthly unlimited, they have soft cloth and touch-less and free vacuums. I had 2 cars under monthly touchless plans with you guys after switching from Glen Burnie 2 Car Wash after years of going there. I switched because you guys are closer and offer free vacuums, however the pressure on the touchless wash is WAY too high. It’s damaged thousands of dollars on my PPF, it even took paint off one of my wheels. You guys need to turn the pressure down.
