I came in for a simple car wash and somehow left believing Isaiah is the greatest employee to ever exist in the history of customer service. This man didn’t just wash my car — he treated it like a sacred artifact. The rims were handled with the care of a museum curator. The windshield? So clean I briefly questioned whether it was still there. Isaiah was friendly, efficient, and moved with the confidence of someone who knows they are absolutely elite at their craft. If car washing were an Olympic sport, Isaiah would have multiple gold medals and a Netflix documentary. Honestly, I’m not even sure my car needed a wash, but after Isaiah was done it felt morally wrong to drive it in public because it was too perfect. 10/10 service. Would trust Isaiah with my vehicle, my schedule, and possibly my future.

This place is the best, very convenient location, always fast even with a line, love all of the offerings and the membership. But above all else the customer service there is ELITE!! I've had Nick help me twice now and hes constantly great!! I'm a member and was hesitant to sign up but with great customer service like what Nick provides its a no brainer. I have a membership and for some reason the system didn't pick it up when I went to get a car wash Nick jump right on it again was very helpful resolved the issue Help me to quickly get back on my way. I’ve been bringing my F150 to Canton Carwash in Columbia since they opened, and this place is amazing. Nick helped me at the register today, after a brief issue with my payment, and was very graceful. Then Jordan took possession of my truck once inside, and she came out the other side looking better than ever. I would bring my truck here everyday if I could.

I’ve been a member at the Columbia wash for a couple years and it never disappoints. My car looks great, customer service is wonderful. I had an great experience at Canton Car Wash, thanks to Jordan and Kevin. They greeted us right as we pulled up, were friendly and professional, and clearly directed us into the correct line for the interior service, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both of them went above and beyond, especially when it came to drying the car. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. I think no need to comment long story. I got the platinum exterior and interior wash. Which is including shiny tire and rims. However results are terrible for some reason. It was not like this before bot sure what changed. They took car in the lane second time and still not a great finish.

The service at the Canton car wash in Columbia is very good. The attendant I dealt with was Nick, he greeted me with a friendly smile and was very informative regarding the various options available. He offered package deals that would maximize my services in the most cost-effective manner. I have used the exterior wash several times as well as the express detailing. The attendants are polite and professional and the results have met my expectations.

It only takes one poorly trained manager to cause a loss of customer. I am fully assured that everyone recognizes me as a member who visits two to three times per week over the past twelve months, spending money on express detail services. Today, upon my arrival, the staff at check-in took my request for an express detail and instructed me to pay inside. I proceeded through the car wash, handed over my vehicle, and went inside to pay as per the usual procedure. However, the cashier, while attempting to process my payment, was approached by Santiago (the manager), who instructed the cashier to go outside as he would handle my transaction himself. I requested that my account on file be charged. Santiago then realized it was an express detail and apologized, stating that they cannot provide the express service after 3 PM. He immediately inquired about my vehicle; I identified it as a gray Tesla. He ran outside to alert the vacuuming staff to stop the carvacuuming. The reason for this scream and running was unclear to me. He later returned and asked if I wanted to pay for the regular vacuum service, to which I declined, reaffirming my intent to receive the express detail. I explained that, since there was a mistake made by the staff at check-in regarding the acceptance of my request, they should have honored the express detail or allowed the team to perform the regular vacuum. Instead, they stopped the service, and when I pressed for resolution, Santiago insisted I would not receive service because I had not paid. When I inquired about the presence of a higher authority, he claimed to be the manager and that there was no one above him. It is apparent that he is a supervisor and relatively new, given that I have visited this location two to three times and spend approximately $50 each visit. Therefore, I have decided that this will be my final engagement with your company. I am formally canceling my membership and emailing to express my dissatisfaction. Why conduct business if the revenue generated is not valued due to operational deficiencies?

I get my car washed here once a month or so and I had to leave a review today because of the young person named Nick that greeted me when I drove up. He was so pleasant and professional. He explained all the options and offered me the membership/upgrades so nicely that I almost subscribed until I realized, I don't come often enough for it to make sense. The car wash is great, but Nick is a exceptional and I wanted to take the time to recognize him.

I had a pleasant experience at Canton Car Wash in Columbia. I frequent this car wash. And I would like to recognize Nick W. He was friendly and very customer oriented. He walked me through selecting my wash and outlined the advantages of a monthly membership. He made that process fast, smooth, and easy! The interior wash itself could have been better, but it’s freezing outside which I understand. That hasn’t deterred me from coming back, because they have done a great job before. So I will be back!

I pay $40/month for a membership on 3 cars which is ridiculous considering they don’t have a multi membership for multiple cars. But my issue today is that it advertises free mat wash, but my since my mat doesn’t fit in their machine the manager tried to charge me $3. A nice employee was about to rinse it off, then the manager stopped him mind you it’s not busy at all. If you advertise free mat wash, it should be honored—especially when your equipment doesn’t work.

I had a great experience at Canton Car Wash in Columbia. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was amazing. The concierge, Nick, walked me through selecting my wash and made sure it aligned with my monthly membership, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Once I exited the wash and moved into the full-service area, the team did an excellent job. A young man named Ahmed was especially great—he took his time wiping down my car thoroughly, and I appreciated that he used the pink rags (it looks like they’ve upgraded or switched them, which was a nice touch). Overall, the entire staff worked diligently on my vehicle, guided me clearly through each step, and did a really solid job cleaning my car. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.
