I kinda didn’t like the Luxury wash . It supposedly in & out wash but my car mats weren’t taken out to vacuum the car floor . & there was still broken glass in my car after I asked nicely if they can vacuum good cuss I just bought a car & it was messy inside

Just took my car to Gigi's car wash today for their super wash and I’m impressed. Service was on point, super friendly crew. They did an amazing job cleaning my car, inside and out. I'm a total car wash snob and they totally exceeded my expectations. Plus, they buffed out some scratches I didn't even notice before - major bonus! The owner there makes you feel right at home, like you're talking to a friend. Heads up, the place is a little tricky to find at first since it's kinda tucked away on the side of the gas station building. But trust me, it's worth finding! They're under new ownership who took over and completely transformed the place from the old car wash. I believe they’ll soon put up signage. This is definitely going to be my new go-to spot for car washes. Already thinking about getting a detail next time!

I felt like I was an “after thought” to the company during the booking process and could not get a firm confirmation beyond “we have you down”. Night before the appointment I get a text saying company needs to reschedule and they will follow back up tomorrow with new dates - that never happened. Feel like my time was completely wasted. Bad customer service and experience.

Why was my van left looking like it was detailed after only a super wash??!! I have 5 kids. Crumbs in every crevice imaginable. I Was even embarrassed to take it in to clean because it was so dirty. But when I got it back I was blown away at how clean it was inside! SO CLEAN!!! I wish I had before pictures to post here. This will be my place to go! They are so polite too!
