Horrible experience I probably spent $10 there when I could have went and spent $10 at a real touch car Wash no pressure when soap came out but when you went to go rinse it off I had all the pressure in the world to rent it's just one of those rip you off wash holes

Carwash is closed even in middle of day pumps ask if you want a carwash then they close carwash without notice leaving you with paying money for services you can’t receive

One of the best gas stations on s.hamilton rd ....the workers put up with a lot of crazy customers...I've seen a lot of customers give them a hard way to go...and they handled it professionally... I go there for my gas and lottery and drinks....And they have an anytime bank machine

I work up the road from this location and the young man that works there ignores customers that are waiting on service, today is the third time he has been outside and ignored my business and he is also rude throwing signs around when he has to service a vehicle. Such a shame, he clearly does not like his job! I most definitely won’t be back!!!!

I am giving it a 2 for the free air however the weird colored hair woman that works in the morning gets to friendly with the male customers. I am glad my husband doesn't frequent the this location. Sad thing is I believe she is a manager.

First, Todd is amazing at customer service!second, I figured out the advantage pay signup website finally. I couldn't find it by searching Google for some odd reason. Therefore I shared a photo of the advertisement from the pump when I got gas today. I have successfully signed up through the website listed on the pump advertisement to get my .30 off a gallon for a month.

I stop here often on my way home from work. The ladies usually working evenings are always pleasant and friendly. The manager in particular is an awesome woman! She is always fast paced and super friendly. Definitely a solid choice to stop at for the essentials.

AVOID. Don't go here if you live paycheck to paycheck, you'll be out your money and won't be able to get any gas. Just happened to me 4/24/23. The pumps are cancelling any prepay order, supposedly refunding your card right away. Of course, if you pay with a debit, you don't get your money back until like a week later. If you run a tight budget, this will absolutely screw you.

I come here fairly regularly about once or twice a month, the store is always clean and very well stocked. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I have had hit or miss on the atm unfortunately. It's very odd sometimes it works zero issues other times does not work with my bank at all, I can't really hold them responsible for the vendors atm and network. Overall, very satisfied with the service I receive when I go into the store.

Purchased a car wash gift card and pulled up to the open car wash but there is no attendant waited a bit and went into the store and was told they are to busy to process the car wash This is probably the 5th time this has happened to me. I called customer service in the Giant Eagle store and reached a manager. He told me he has never been in that Get Go. So it looks like I won't be going here much again. I would have given it a1star but most of the people who work in the store would get 6 stars

Car wash closed at 7 again. It's the same girl out back smoking instead of working. But at least she doesn't hold the bug spray button down and waste all the chemicals (which will force the price to go up eventually) like the other ones do... Shes just too lazy to bother doing that or guiding you into the tunnel. Some great but some terrible staff for an otherwise great car washing tunnel.
