The water dispensers are not calibrated right . My car was clear of soap on the drivers side, however other side was full of suds on the (passenger). I brought this to the attention of an employee and his response was dismissive.

It cleaned the side and top of my car nicely but the front is still covered in bugs and the back is dusty. I paid for the high pressure wash so to still have easily rinsed dirt on the car is disappointing. Free vacuums saved it from a 1 star review.

Price is almost the same as a hand car wash. My vehicle was damaged and they did not even bother looking at it. Instead walking me directly to their sign. I don’t recommend bringing a brand new car here. I took the risk and lost.

I like this car wash a lot, my only issue with it is that depending who is working the front part, they may or may not spray your car off. I have the monthly plan so I always have the deluxe wash, but the car is only sprayed off maybe 50% of the time which is a bummer. **updated to 5 stars because since I wrote this review, my car has been sprayed at the beginning of my wash every time! Owner must read these! Keep up the great work!**

I just paid $15 for a car wash, and my car is still dirty... I has dust on it! Unbelievable. Look at the pictures. The white lines is dust. How is this possible? This is a total rip off. I should get my money back

I've been coming here for many years. I think it's the best on the Northside. I love the way my vehicle looks and shines always. When I've had to go through other washes they just couldn't compare. Im a club member and it's the best if you park outside in Chicago as many washes as you want or need each month!

I just had a light wash there. It is completely useless! 5$ for nothing! When i talked to the manager about it, he said they don't do refunds.. I didn't even ask for a refund just to wash it again. they are having 3 cars at the same time in one run. You stop at each step, and you won't be able to have the full experience...

I have never had a worse experience with a car wash. The employee outside was so incredibly rude and started banging on my window out of nowhere telling me not to block the driveway which I was not doing. I was waiting in line before the drive about to pull forward past the driveway as not blocked traffic, but instead he decided to bang on my window and yell at me. This is so disrespectful. I truthfully cannot believe that you allow this type of behavior at your business. I will never be returning and I recommend you do the same.

Great place! Only 5 bucks to get the light wash (probably all you need if you are just trying to knock the salt off in the winter). You can pay with card which is nice as well (it is an automated little teller to use although you can put cash in). The only downside is the word is out and you may have to wait in a ten minute line or so. That being said, definitely worth the service. They also have free vacuums to use after the wash!

Tried this place today (12/30/25). Was pleasantly surprised with the automation and the overall quality of the light wash for $5. Quick, inexpensive, and easy. Will come back many times. You cannot wash your car with a power washer at a self-wash place and get equivalent quality results to the light wash here. I think that some of the people who are complaining are not judging by the right standard. A SELF wash in the suburbs costs $7 plus and does NOT get this level of results, and takes 4x the amount of time. I highly recommend this place.

Got the light wash just to get salt and dust off my car and it left soap residue ALL OVER my car. I asked the guy if they had some water just so I could wipe some of it off and he came out with a spray bottle, sprayed it once then told me there was nothing he could do. I had to go home and basically rewash it my car. I literally paid money to just do the work myself…..

Paid $15 for a car wash, car came out dirty. Asked if I could go through again and they said no we already washed it. Never come here. Vacuums are weak too, takes 10 passes to get up the smallest crumbs

Get your car washed here at your own risk. I found this place about 6 months ago and have been through maybe 6 times. It did a decent job for the price. The last time I went through, the equipment put deep gashes into my front bumper. I brought it up to the manager and he told me that what happened is impossible, essentially gaslighting me and calling me a liar. I have to get the front end fixed now by a body shop and they are claiming they are not at fault. I’d go anywhere else but here, particularly because of the unprofessionalism by the staff.
