The owner was supposed to be washing my $43,000 vehicle while I was sleeping in the front seat. I drove out off without looking. In the morning I realized he only washed one side of my van with dirt and finger prints all over the the rest of the car. I sent him pictures of the three sides of my van that he did not wash in the morning. I took back my $43,000 van that was getting its first wash it ever had in the morning. He had an attitude, purposely put dents and scratches ruining my paint job of my brand new vehicle. Do not let this man ruin your vehicle.

I do not recommend detailing service from this company. They are very unprofessional and disorganized. I booked an appointment about two weeks out. They did not contact me to confirm my appointment like the website said they would . I ,MYSELF , contacted them two days before To confirm and they told me I was good to go . THE DAY OF at my appointment time , I contacted them again to make sure they were still coming . He offered to come later that day or the next day. I said come later that day . They then said , they just have to come tomorrow. I said okay . If you look at the text you can see I had to contact them first multiple times . They ended up never coming and never letting me know they were not coming to do the service . #unprofessional #nocustomerservice 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I took my car here for an interior detail. The guy was really nice and he did the work at his house. I was not impressed with the work, I could notice many spots on the seats and carpet in the car that weren't cleaned to detail and my car was not that dirty when i dropped it off. Also for some reason he didn't clean the trunk. Prices are not bad but I just wouldn't take it again.

I called them a day prior needing a deep clean of the interior before our ETS move - they came to our house and had the interior looking like it did when we drove it off the dealership lot. Highly recommend Front Line Finish for all of your car detailing needs. If we were staying in the area I would definitely be a repeat customer.

I wish I could give 10 stars! We took my husbands car in because it was in horrible need of a detail. It had sat for almost five months without being driven and had actually started to grow mold! They did such a fantastic job. It looks brand new now. I told them to take before and after pictures for their website so everyone can see what a wonderful job they do. Thanks so much guys. I will be singing your praises to everyone I know!

Not good. I have had a better cleaning by just taking it through the drive-in wash and having the inside wiped down. This was supposed to be a FULL interior detail! As soon as you opened the door you could see it was poorly vacuumed, minimally cleaned, my little trash bag wasn't even emptied, and the carpet was wet. This was NOT the package that was advertised and wasn't worth $150. Disappointed to say the least. I could have done better myself and at least then I would have had some Armor All applied. They said they had a new technician working (and I get that everyone has to start somewhere) but this was not well done. I supported this business because of others reviews but I wouldn't do so again, nor would I recommend. One guy made an effort to clean it up and I left him a tip because his 30 minutes was better quality than the previous 3.5 hours they required but...I deserved better...and so do you.

LOOKED BRAND NEW! That is what I kept hearing after my car was detailed by Frontline. I am very picky about any service I use. My car had stains from kids food, beverages, sand from beaches, you name it. The dash, door trims, and crevices were full of debris. When I returned to pick-up my car it looked like a brand new car. Showroom ready. They glossed up the wheels and had washed my exterior as well. The answered any questions I had and finalized any details that I requested with a smile and wonderful demeanor. I am going to make them a part of my normal car maintenance.

Work is amazing!! He was able to get me in quickly and even went the extra mile providing superb customer service by working with my work schedule. My truck had pretty deep paint swipes on the front bumper, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Easy to work with and takes pride in work/services done.Thank you!

I never got service by this company . They are a mobile service . Keep in mind that this isn’t my first time using a mobile service . I do understand that some companies may be different . With that being said, this company charged my card for the entire service without actually providing the service. I spoke with the owner in regards to this issue and it still has not been resolved . I booked for an appointment time and that was reschedule due to the owner schedule . I was cool about it even though I need my car detailed the day that I scheduled. We push the appointment to the right and nothing meanwhile I’ve still paid for a service that I never received . I reached out via text , Facebook messenger and phone . No reply. If I have to deal with all of this , I would never schedule another appointment with this company. I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and communication from this company. Everyone experience may be different, but I will never be back.

These guys did amazing work. They were courteous and professional from the start, offered me exactly what my car needed and made it look better than when it drove off the lot. There is no better feeling than driving a pristine and clean car and these guys make that happen. They were also very prompt at communication and set a reasonable deadline for the work to be done.

We were very impressed with Frontline Finish! My car looked/smelled new again-they did a great job! We also got to witness what a good human Zuarel is. An elderly gentleman ended up lost while walking in our area. By the time we noticed him sitting on our steps, Zuarel was already out looking for the man’s car & had driven it back to him. I was really touched by his willingness to help someone even while being super busy that day. We would’ve taken our future business to him again regardless but that act of kindness sealed the deal for us! 💜

Update: their response to this review is an absolute lie. There is nothing in my email. All this company does is lie. Also if they claim that I was rescheduled, they still never showed up 3 days later. I bought a Groupon for this company so maybe that is why they treated me so poorly but my vehicle was never serviced. You have to schedule your appointment through their website, which is hard to use, and they say they have more openings than they really do. They are impossible to communicate with, they kept pushing back my service times, put other people in front of me when I had a scheduled appointment, ignored my texts and calls and made me wait around for 6 whole days for them to service me, which again, never happened. I showed up to their address at my first scheduled time, only to find out that they had moved a week ago and were doing it all remotely now. I had to call them to find that out on the day of my appointment. They then told me that somehow 4 other appointments were put in that day so I was put on the back burner. My appointment was for Friday and it is now Wednesday and they still have not responded to me. They straight up stole my money. I would never recommend this place to anybody. If you are going to go here, I suggest not going through Groupon, that way you can get your money back when they don't show up. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have a hard time believing this company really exists.

These guys did a great job. I had some bad water stains on my passenger seat and some other stains on the drivers seat, and they got all of them out. My car looked and smelled great afterwards. Super friendly and professional attendants. I was going to get the $129 package, but they assured me the $99 package was good enough. Saved me money, and the outcome was excellent.

I booked an interior detail with Zuarel on 11/19/21. He & his partner came to my home & did the service. My car interior was pretty soaked after 3 days of airing out, so I contacted them & they took my car to dry it out. Fine & well. When I initially booked my service I used their site & it asked for an $80 deposit on the $150 service using the payment system SQUARE. I was told by Zuarel after booking that he no longer used that system & would cancel the payment so that I could pay in person with his new payment system. I spoke with him at the time of the initial service & when he can back to finish drying my car out about the refund - to which he guaranteed me it had been done. Fast forward to Christmas & it still has not been done. I contact him again & guarantees me that it will take 21 days to get a refund. Here we are mid-February & I can no longer get a hold of him via text, phone, FB messenger, etc. I’ve paid $300+ for a $150 service & have tried to dispute the charge via my cc company, but so are they. COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not recommend this company. Screenshots of messages between myself and owner below.

Amazing job!! Caesar did phenomenal work on my Lexus RX350 and was so thorough. He came right to my workplace and was so kind. I definitely would recommend to anyone who wants the convenience of not having to take time out of their day to drive to a detailing place and drop off their vehicle. Customer service was great, but felt like I was played for the money. Told them I had to have the vehicle detailed to ship and was instantly told I needed the 229 package. Ok, no big deal. Got a message it was ready, showed up an hour later and they were still working on it. Paid 285 after tax and tip. Outside was clean, but not anything special. They got the dog hair up and food on the floor. The issue I had was the glass wasn't clean, and the front windshield was smudged up and had a film on it which made it hard to drive when the sun hit it.
