Executive Detailing was a wonderful experience. Joel worked around my busy schedule to fit a deep clean detail with wash and wax. He was very personable and easy to relate to. His prices are very competitive and reasonable. Joel also explained all the different types of services he offers and the benefits and uses of each one. If I could leave Joel 10 stars, I would! Every single aspect from the initial call about booking to his follow up after the detail was completed was top notch! He's transparent about pricing and what's included with each package plus he's very fair when advising which package to purchase. My car had been outside and untouched for quite some time. When I got it back after the detail it looked like it just came off the lot!! He was able to get stubborn stains out of my light interior upholstery, every bit of dog hair was removed (which in and of itself is a feat because I have a mini husky!), and the exterior is now conditioned and shining. He was even able to remove aged sap drops from my hood! I'd tried for a few years and given up hope. But not Joel! He found a way! What makes this service even better is that a few years ago, Joel had detailed my car but I'd lost his contact information. The first job was so impeccable I wanted to use the same service but couldn't remember who I'd used. So when it came time for me to book the service I'm currently reviewing, I went to Yelp, read reviews and chose Executive Detailing for the first - but really second - time. Imagine my surprise when a friendly face walked up! I knew I was in excellent hands yet again! Please, please support this business. Joel's work speaks for itself and his work ethic is unparalleled.

Craftsmen like Joel Perez are really hard to find. I have a classic Porsche 911 that I bought in 1987. It’s my baby and I entrust Joel to keep it looking like new. Joel has more than 20 years’ experience and knows his craft well. Like Joel I understand that good detailing means added value on resale or trade-in of a vehicle, and while I have no intention of doing either, its nice to know I have the option and would get top dollar for my 911! My 2011 Suburban was in desperate need a complete detailing inside & out. A friend recommended Joel and he did not disappoint! I first went to his website, which was very easy to navigate and so professional looking. Then I called to make an appointment. Joel was very personable and very thorough! I was able to book an appointment for the very next day! He showed up promptly and got to work. The entire drivers side had stubborn hard water spots and he was able to get them out. I wish I would have taken before pictures to show the improvement but take my word, this 14 year old car looks practically brand new! I can't believe how good the paint looks! What a difference!
