Wouldn’t even give it 1 but for 12 dollars won’t be using them ever again the rain could have done better that this car was don’t go!! Dirt still in my car doesn’t even look clean

I guess I should have read the reviews first. I paid $11 and my truck literally looks no different than when I first went through it. One short cycle and you don't even get in air dry for $11?! Add me to the list of disappointed customers.

Did not work at all. Paid my $9.00, but the green light never came on. Finally drove into the bay, but no water came on. No wash, no way to get my money back. Terrible. Stay far away.

Figured I’d try it since they just redid it not long ago. Did the ultimate most expensive one. Sounded like it was spraying pretty hard but once it was done it hadn’t even cleaned the loose mud spray off the side of the car.

I am so angry! Pull up deposit $12.00 says car wash in use! Not in use and will not refund my cash even though I keep hitting refund!!!! Try to call number and all I get is a fax machine! Poor business practice!

Barely works. Person ahead of us said he sat in the wash for 30 minutes. He left with soap still on the car. Person who had already paid and was next in line was unable to get her money back. DO NOT go here.

Doesn't do a very good job. Last time I used this carwash it broke while washing my car. I called and left a message. Nobody ever called me. Out $14 for the last time.

Went through the automatic wash, and when I came out, the whole back end of my car was still dirty. Upon further inspection, I found many spots that were not clean....a VERY bad experience.

I was just there, it took my money but would not go through cycles. It started on 6 sprayed were it was but never came back to my car. Tried calling the number but seems like owner has it switched to fax so all you get is loud screeching. Total waste of money, I bet he's making a great amount right now and no one will get there money back.

Easy and quick but the machine didn't dry off my car. Perhaps that's just a 'basic' wash. Cost range is $11 to $15. No undercarriage wash either. Save your money.

Second five star wash I've been to in the area and guess what? The second time I've paid for an undercarriage wash that I didn't receive. My original phone call was never returned and I was never issued a refund so this is likely going to end the same. I'll do everybody a favor and report this to BBB and the local business office.

If you're desperate, it'll suffice. The pricing structure is terrible. There are 4 wash options, but you'll have no idea what you get for what you pay. The cost ranges from 8 to 15. I sprung for the 10 as it was labeled "wash & undercarriage". The others are listed as wash, super wash and ultimate wash which means nothing without a description. The card authorization took almost 3 minutes which is unheard of these days. The undercarriage wash lasted, literally, 15 seconds at best. The wash itself was okay which is why were at 2 stars and not 1. It took a total of maybe 3 minutes. No air dryer. I've had much better and spent the same or less.

I've been to many automatic car washes and this one is the at the bottom of them all. I wish I had seen the low ratings before wasting $10 for a joke of a wash. No brushes, maybe 60 seconds and half of that is waiting for it to start. I live nearby and never see cars in it and now know why. It's actually quite impressive to have that many ratings and such a low score. If they changed their name to One Star Car Wash, an average rating of 2 stars would be exceeding expectations

Usually go here for the car wash and have been happy with it. Today, the car wash failed to do its job. The windshield wasn't washed thoroughly, and front / sides or my vehicle were missed by the brushes. I paid 14.00 for a decent wash and I received very poor service.

Decided to give this place a shot today because it says duallies, trucks & high vans. I figured, awesome...finally an automatic wash that I can run my trucks through. Took one of my 550s up today to wash it. Paid $13, got the undercarriage washed & then the machine said to pull forward. Not sure what happened, but obviously this thing isn't set up for trucks the way it says. I won't go back again with any of my trucks...even the pickups I have. There are other carwashes around, I suggest utilizing them instead. They may not all be automatic, but at least you won't waste money like you would at this place.

Does not do much went through twice and still didn't get truck clean. I still have bugs on the windshield after $17 x 2 wash. Save your money the next rain storm will do a better job.

Seems to have some really good water pressure Price is a little bit higher than what I pay it My normal one closer to home but still worth it and it is on my commute home so not so bad but my home car wash has $9 basic and that includes the undercarriage which is the most important to me this one won't be bad for once in a while but definitely won't be my daily just cuz of the price and the fact you got to get one of the higher up ones to get the undercarriage. That said it's got great water pressure so if you got any stuck on stuff for any or just a super dirty car this should get it quite clean.
