The staff only washed half of my windshield and the auto wash didn't get most of the bugs and spots off. The place is new so I wanted to give them a try. Not happy with the service for the price. Will not return.

Well I went in for a simple car wash yesterday (August 28, 2025), and the owner stop me and gave me a ceramic coating car wash for free. I wasn't feeling well, but that really made my day and thanks for being a great person.

I met the owner Randy today and he was very professional. I have a pretty large truck. It's a 2017 ram 3500 mega cab short bed with a 3" suspension lift and 37" tires. I called first, and randy said the clearance was 7' 2", and he was pretty sure it would fit. He said when I get there to pull up and he'll double check it. My truck was filthy. We had driven up from ft worth to Omaha for the college world series and it was covered in road grime and bug guts. Randy pre sprayed my truck and used a brush prior to entering the wash. It came out spick and span. Thank you for taking pride in keeping your car wash so clean and your great customer service

It was a good wash, overpriced as they all are. However, I had what I hope is a unique experience. My tire popped, and someone next to me at the vacs pointed it out. As I was exiting the wash I did hear a pop and my car jerked but I didn’t know what it was. I told the guy working the entrance, he called his manager, he called the owner. I asked to see the cameras and no one seemed to know how to work them and they kind of refused to look at them. HOWEVER. They went above and beyond to help me get my spare on because I had no tools or jack (ima fix that). The owner should not have been getting down and doing all that he was (health reasons but he did anyways). I’m very grateful for their help and it really was a great wash and vacuum for my car but their determination to help me, kept me from being stranded. I can’t thank them enough. There was a screw in my tire but as I got new ones the tire guy said it was the car wash putting pressure on my tire when it jerked. The screw wasn’t at fault. I’m not going to pursue anything there because of all they did for me. Genuinely nice guys and things happen. It is what it is, but I’m very grateful.

Car behind me drove through the first rollers and hit my car. (Cars are supposed to be in neutral for the whole process) their car pushed my car past the side brushes. My car is damaged and still dirty. Lost money and nerves.

I've been over at wesley med center with my uncle and my car was beyond muddy! I just needed to find something close that I could.Sneak over and get it washed figured it would take a couple times through the wash to get all the mud off. The staff was so wonderful, and they kept washing on it until all the mud was gone before they sent me through. This is the best place ever! My car hasn't looked this good in weeks. Wish I lived here so I could take advantage of this car, wash all the time.

Friendly and helpful staff. I wasn’t sure if my truck would fit since there's only one other car wash in Wichita that it fit for height, but the other car wash I was popping off their rollers. Fastrax is the only car wash in Wichita that my truck fits through and does a great job! For reference, I have a Silverado 1500 with 6" lift and 12.5" wide 35s for a total height of 7' even. I doubt you can get anything too much bigger through, but I'll be going back for a membership since I finally found the only place that works for it. Free vacuums are also nice!

Selected the best available carwash option, but it didn't get my truck clean. Had regular daily driving bugs and road grit but no mud. My front end grille and bumper and A-posts, fenders, back of mirrors, and tailgate are not anywhere near clean. Not only were the bugs still there but normal dirt is still visible. Won't be back.

Pretty rude worker. I am in the Army and after a long day of work I went to wash my vehicle. There was an older man worker where you pay at and he saw me on my uniform and he said "are you just wearing the coat? Or are you a real Soldier?". In my 23 years serving this country I have never been asked that before. Wow... They sure lost a customer.

I really like this car wash. It is way better than club car Wash I had a 2019 went to club car Wash and it tore my leather strap on top of my car off and they did not want to replace it. Definitely recommend this car wash. Is way more gentle than club wash don't leave scratches on your car either.
