The other day I went to get my truck wash. Thinking that everything will be okay. Turns out it wasn’t. At the very end of the wash my rear left fender completely ripped off. Now the process for getting an accident claim through them was simple and easy. The assistance manager was helpful. All I needed was to wait for the manager to call me and to hear more about it. When the manager called, they described the accident claim won’t be approved. Due to vehicle damage prior to the wash and a sign describing it. The “prior vehicle damage” they described was not having a rear bumper attach. From what was described to the manager by the assistant manager at the time. How is not a having a rear bumper consider vehicle damage? I just don’t understand how can something that isn’t there would be considered as prior damage. Also wouldn’t have the employees at the facilities notified me regarding my “vehicle damage” before entering the wash. They’ve done it before regarding my wheels or anything that seems concerning to them. So I’m very upset with fast5xpress.

Machines don’t wash the entire car. I went on a spring ski trip and the entire frontside is plastered with bugs. To the credit of the business, most of the cars general dirt is washed away. But overall, the car is not clean after buying the 10 dollar option. I didn’t expect perfection but didn’t expect I’d have to hand wash it when I got home.

So I came here because my Benz was dirty …. I chose the gold package. The young guy name Brenden gave me two air fresheners and 2 dashboard wipes. He was really nice, they got the right person there to greet customers. I thought that was cool! And, I got free vacuum as well. And it was quick too! Great service…. Car smells good and it’s clean !!

First time washing my car here. As it was going in the washer, I did see my side mirror popped in, As I proceeded to dry my car I noticed a scratch on the side mirror . I also noticed another scratch by my trunk bumper. I was so upset! Go elsewhere! Unless you want scratches!

First off I have no complaints about the employees. I came in today 06/04 at around 8:55am and paid for a bronze wash. While I was going through the car wash one of my mirrors was closed In due to the force of the wipers (I know this happens often with most cars so I didn’t think much of it) However when I got to the vacuum station I got off my car and noticed that the mirror that had been pushed in was scratched. I called the phone number to this place and got no answer I am hoping management can assist with this

This place is good for the price get your car Clean vacuum your car for free they got an air hose to blow the dirt off your engine or your car mat sometimes you get super busy because the deal but it's worth it and then there's time where you can get in and out real quick.

Came here once. Was good! Came here again tonight, and I’m not sure what happened exactly but the wash didn’t just scratch my car. It put the Grand Canyon in there too! This is an open wound that needs stitches man, ridiculous!

First time here today. We were able to get a free wash after we registered online for it. It’s a quick and simple process. The staff member that took our print out also gave us free wipes. Don’t be discouraged by the long lines, they move fairly quickly.

I bought platinum and the wash is the same....poor. even if i go twice through wash tunnel i still have stains on my vehicle. Furthermore, their water is really not recycled water.

I want to cry! Paid $20 for the ‘Platinum’ wash, and my car still looks the same—except now it has multiple scratches! Besides me vacuuming, I see no difference on the outside. Total waste of money!

It was extremely busy this Saturday, people were leaving without vacuuming their cars because new cars were coming in and the line was building up ridiculously fast with no place to go. One of the vacuum tubes in our spot was broken. Cash payment option was not available today. We had the $16 wash, the most expensive option, and it didn’t clean up *super* well, just ok. Most water wasn’t even blown away during the drying step, you can see that the windshield is completely wet in my video, and I don’t think some of the extra products for tires etc were used. I wish they also had floor mat washers and wet rag cleaners. The staff were incredibly nice and courteous though, a big factor in my rating.

I love how affordable this car wash is! It started out as $5 and now with inflation, it’s $8 for the basic wash where you go through the wash cave and can use their vacuums and get two moist towelettes. It’s a good deal! Just make sure to peel off the blue tape on your back windshield wiper so you aren’t showing the public where you have been recently. 😂 The vacuums are super convenient cause they have them on both the right and left sides so you can reach your car with ease. I can even clean out my trunk with it. Very convenient! Love this place and today they gave 3 free car fresheners (although it smelled like cologne but yay for free)! They even decorated for Halloween hahah

This is a decent express car wash it does a good job removing surface impurities but does struggle with bug spots, bird poop and other caked-on grime so it's recommended to hose your vehicle before coming. On the plus side their vacuums have very strong suction and clean vehicle interiors with ease. The attendants are polite and the line moves fairly quickly.

$20 terribly spent. It’s not a car wash. It’s a car dampener. The wash gets light dust off at best AND they can’t even be bothered to leave wet rags available. So all of the crap left on the car after their dampening can’t even be scrubbed off. Never been to car wash that doesn’t actually clean the carAND doesn’t provide you the tools to do it after. Never going back.

Extremely time-saving and efficient! They also provide free vaccums and air wash at the end. I purchased the platinum membership for $41 and wash my car once a week. Just be aware, 1. You will notice a few more minor scratches compared to hand wash. 2. Side mirrors will be pushed during washing. Close it before if you are afraid of damages. 3. Waiting lines tend to be long starting from 5pm and until it closes (7pm)

I often come here to wash my car. The staff is very professional, and they are incredibly fast. Even if you see a long line, you'll find that you get served quickly. It's great! I highly recommend this place.
