Originally only gave 4 stars and it should have been a 5 star rating. After the owners took the time and seem to really care by commenting on how they can get a 5 star, I decided I needed to give them 5!! Shows they really care and want to keep their customers satisfied. That alone is 5 stars to me! Not really in this area too much and my car was really filthy. Saw this and pulled in. Place looks new and everything was functioning and well kept. I usually do my own car washing but it is rather cold out! No complaints and definitely would come back to this location if in the area 😊

Definitely worth the money for a safe and touchless car wash but it would be good to find out how to run a car through when using for first time but the owners did come to my rescue without me calling. I wasn't going to blame them for my mess up I knew I didn't do it right but the owner showed up and told me I messed up so bad I didn't get a car wash so she gave me a free wash that she guided me through and oh yes I definitely will be recommending because the car wash was is superb best car wash I ever had.

When it comes to my car I had only trusted myself to give my car a wash that I approved of, until this place opened. I tried them out and now I seldom find myself cleaning my car at home! I love this wash and refer all my friends and family to this place. Sometimes the line is a little long but DEFINITELY worth the wait. They have great wash packages you can buy on their website too. The owners take great pride in their work and it shows! Keep up the good work!

This has been my wife’s favorite car wash since it opened. Always clean, everything works- no issues. Today the owner went above and beyond after she left her card in the machine, sadly 4 people after her used it as well. These wonderful owners voided all following transactions in less than an hour.. it’s great to know not only is the service the best, but the owners are genuinely kind people. 100 stars! Thank you!!

Went yesterday after I looked at at their website and found a $2 off code good on Tuesday 😁😁 powerful equipment, hot water, removed the pollen and bird droppings off my car!! Love this car wash.

Thought I'd give this place a shot since blue falls was scratching up my car. First touch free car wash ive used that actually cleaned my car. It's definitely the hot water. Places like United use cold water and it's just a waste of $. I also had a question so I texted the help # ( I honestly wasn't expecting a response most places just put up a sign and ignore messages) someone texted me back in less than 5 minutes with a full explanation. Clearly whoever owns/ operations this location is invested in the quality of the wash their customers are receiving. I will definitely be back.

Falls Laserwash is a fantastic car wash featuring the newest and best in carwash technology, as well as offering wash options for every need. The wash is very well run and gets to every part of the car completely touch-free. As well, the air driers run for an incredible 75 seconds, which is completely unheard of at car washes these days. Conveniently located and a very clean and professional facility. Well worth going out of the way to get the best wash in the area.

Excellent car wash - washes are thorough, and the folks who own the place are truly good people. After my own idiot-level error at my last wash, I called to see if anything could be done about it, and the owners promptly went totally above and beyond to resolve the issue. Been a looong time since I've experienced customer service like that. Will be a customer for as long as I live in the area and highly recommend this place to everyone else. Thanks so much, again : )

I typically take Jill here when she needs a bath. My car is white so if you’re local you have probably seen or heard me here getting the wash. I tend to rev just because lol. I woulda gave 5 stars if the 10$ wash seemed to last longer than 5 mins after u left.

Hands down, the best touchless wash in Ohio! Open 24/7, 365 with some of the newest wash technology in the game. My favorite feature is the Hot Wax Waterfall which covers every inch of the vehicle perfectly in shiny wax! An unheard of 75 seconds of dry time insures the car leaves clean with minimal streaks. If you're a perfectionist like me, there's even a nice spot out front to finish wiping the car down with a microfiber. Even the on site vacuums take credit card, so no more digging for quarters just to sweep the car out. Update: Glad to see a local business always improving! New pay stations work great!

Had a problem with the was and it was my fault (make sure you take your hitches out). They helped me figure out the problem and sent me a code to go through the wash again. Customer service rep was extremely helpful and extremely nice.

My favorite laserwash in Cuyahoga Falls. Always clean and gets my car clean unlike other laser washes. None of them have great drying capabilities but there is a place to pull in and finish wiping down the car.

Best touchless carwash!! (well other than their other location in Stow). Wish I could give it a 6 star rating, or even a 10. High pressure wash, Rain-x option, Ceramic coating option, and a 75 second dryer. Definitely my favorite carwash, especially with a black colored vehicle, just look at that SHINE!!!

I’ve been having a hard time finding a good place to wash in the winter as other places can’t even get salt off the car. For $13 I’m shining with no salt to be seen. Dryer could be maybe 15-25 seconds longer but other than that it’s a great wash. Will be coming here for now on in the winter time
