I’m new to the area and was looking for a reliable car wash. I actually passed by a couple of others that were closer to my new home, but they looked run-down, so I kept searching. I’m so glad I stopped at Take 5 Car Wash because I’ve officially found my go-to spot! What stood out to me right away was the setup and convenience—I could pay with a card, which isn’t always an option at other places. The customer service was excellent, with a staff member stationed near the card machine to explain the different wash options. I’ve always found that part confusing since every car wash offers slightly different packages, but here, I had time to ask questions without feeling like I was bothering anyone - they were friendly. The entry process was seamless—I’ve been to car washes where lining up correctly feels stressful, with employees getting frustrated as they direct you left and right but this automatic car wash was smooth and well-guided, making the whole experience stress-free. The wash itself was fantastic! My car had gone a month without a wash after long days of winter highway driving, and this place did a noticeably better job than the one I used in my previous city. I also loved the dryers at the end—they’re positioned individually to hit the car effectively. Another great feature is the dedicated vacuuming and detailing area. There are individual spots where you can park and clean your car at your own pace, which I’m excited to check out next time. Truck was super salty and finally had a warm enough day for a wash and this place was perfect. Fast, staffed, and did the job! Even on a busy day when everyone else decided to wash off the salt too. Drove all the way home and truck was still shiny! For those searching, this place has a driveway off of both streets at the corner and line/entry is on right side of building if you are pulling in from route 59. Tons of vacuums so shouldn't be a wait even on a busy day. It was a Saturday when we went, but the staff was efficient and very clear with directions, and nice but not over chatty. They understood everyone had a place to be. The car wash is not touchless, but it seemed to be fine and didn't damage anything and no scratches or anything. We have a pretty decent size truck and even though we had a mirror folded in, I must not have folded it in far enough cause it flipped back out. But there wasn't any damage to it and it cleared all the machines just fine. If you have extra wide trailer mirrors you might want to double check with staff about width though. They have nice colored lights that made the soap look pretty, which grown ups might not care about but if you have kids in the car it helps make it fun. Also, the soap didn't smell funny, but I did notice a pleasant scent as we rode off that was light and nice, kinda like Beeman's gum, if you're old enough to know what that is. And it always helps to have a nice snelling truck. We didn't use the vacuums this time so I can't comment on their strength but lots of people were using them so I assume they are fine.

I went here for the first time today. I liked that it took cash since my card was compromised at a car wash. I also appreciated that someone came out in person to greet me. The car wash itself was satisfactory, because it was my first time there I got it for free but that being said I would not have been satisfied had I paid for it because the back of the car remained dirty. I’m not sure the brushed touched it.

I recently moved to Kent and usually use professional detailers for my car. Today I had an unexpected incident- a large chunk of dirt fell onto my car, and it was completely covered in mud. Since this car wash is literally one minute from my place, I decided to stop by for the first time just to clean it quickly. The employee asked if it was my first visit, and I explained what happened. He was very understanding and even allowed me to use the wash for free so I could test the quality of their service. Honestly, I was impressed. The whole process took less than a minute, and the result was great. I also noticed that the standard wash is only $12, basically the price of a coffee at Starbucks. I’ll definitely be coming back. My friend already has a membership here, and I’m planning to get one myself in the next couple of days. Special thanks to the employee who helped me today. I really appreciate your understanding and willingness to help that kind of attitude makes a big difference and is the reason I’ll be coming back

Positives (+): Price and location are great. Attendant was nice and helpful. Facility looked clean and tidy. It's nice to have a place where you can vacuum your car, too. They don't put one of those annoying tags on your windshield that are hard to remove if you're a member. Negatives (-): Carwash feels a little janky inside compared to most others in the area. It's annoying if you need to turn left when leaving. Website is unclear about whether this carwash has underbody spray (only says "rust prevention") and I did not notice any underbody spraying when I went through, regardless of which package was selected (they may have it, but I lack trust when it's not made very clear). Website's membership page has been taken down or blocked by the company as of 02/13/26 so you can't manage or cancel your membership by yourself online. There are other car washes in the area that are a little more pricey, but you can fully manage your membership online and cancel with ease, wash and clean your floor mats, and get an underbody cleaning with certainty. I've decided to pay the extra price to go to another carwash a little further away as the quality and offerings are better.

We came to the Take 5 Car Wash at 9:30 on a busy Saturday morning, expecting the usual quick in-and-out experience, but what we got was so much more! The young man who greeted us (I wish I’d caught his name, he had a big smile and an energetic vibe) was an absolute delight from start to finish. He was super friendly, genuinely enthusiastic about his job, and went out of his way to explain the wash options without any pushy sales tactics. He even noticed a couple of stubborn spots on our windshield from the week’s worth of road grime and made sure the team hit them extra during the hand-dry portion. The whole process was fast, thorough, and our car came out looking showroom new sparkling rims, streak-free windows, the works. His positive attitude made the whole visit feel special and fun instead of just another errand. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this guy truly stood out and made our day brighter. This man nothing is nothing more than a saint. He gave us the Super Deluxe Premium Car Wash free of charge, and made our day truly spectacular. Highly recommend this location, and if you see that cheerful young team member, give him a high-five (or a good tip—he deserves it!). 5 stars all the way! 🚗✨

I went through this carwash this morning and my car didnt get washed. No soap , no water ..it just wasnt working . Had to pull back around and the worker told me to go back through. Second time worked except I got home and the back end of my car was still filthy. I had to rewash it with a bucket of water in my garage! Also their vacuums didn't work . I had to move my car three times to find one that sort of worked! Also the trash around the vacuum area was unbelievable. Apparently they dont clean or maintain anything! When you pay for a service to get your car washed you shouldn't have to come home and rewash it!!! Never going back and dont recommend anyone else going there.
