I love love love that I can come home from a long trip after having my car parked in the car park for two weeks and still get a car wash at 3 AM to start the next day out fresh. I like that it is brushless but it also didn't do a great job on my Jeep. Still had bird crap or road grime on after a $20 car wash. I emailed them and no reply. Felt like a waste of money.

I use this auto wash a lot- it's reasonable, accessible and the vacuuming is excellent. I do sometimes wonder if the product dispensed thru the wand is what it's labeled, or if any product is actually dispensed.

Update: I do a lot of reviews and more good than bad, this one was a bad one and it was about how the wash was. Well the owners reached out and made it right. The one star will now reflect a three star based on how they took care of the customer. Just went through your car wash. Spent $20 and your car wash can't even get off. Simple birdcrap off a car for $20. I'd expect it to at least have enough power to clean your car. What a disappointment. If you're looking for a car wash, do not use this place if you have bird crap on your car as it won't even get that off.

I have been using United Car Wash since they opened the Graham Rd location for my wife’s car. Now Steeles Corner’s has the tall bay for my truck. I love the HIGH pressure, brushless car for my paint, always looking good. 😊 I’ve tried others to compare, I always come back. Love the 24 hr. Availability too.

One star is generous. Don’t sign up for monthly renew. They are quick to get you signed up but will ignore any and all correspondence to quit. Also, if you like bird poop to remain on your car and windshield after your car wash, this is the place to go.

Thought vacuuming was included with basic wash. Nope. And they only take cash. No Apple Pay for vacuum. Really the only reason I went to this place. Won’t be back.

I came here to get a single car wash, not a package. It asked me if I wanted the extra clear coat I put yes. I wanted to get the deluxe car wash where they spray, the undercarriage and the wheels and everything. But it didn’t seem to give me that option it just said bronze paid $12. Very disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be an option to get the undercarriage sprayed too.

I like the no touch car wash and underbody wash because it doesn't give me problems with dents and noise with cold rags banging on my vehicle. Criminals are everywhere in life and I think it's best to put up signs with cameras in letting criminal know they are being watched for all criminal activity for people safety at knight and day! A police call box could help to prevent crime around the area and also in saving lives! Think, and my God bless you in Jesus Christ!

I gave three stars just because I don’t like messing up peoples idea/business due to a a onetime bad experience. However, mine wasn’t the best. I bought the bronze package, went through the tunnel the first time but the car didn’t look cleaned at all. I decided to go through the second time and the outcome was neither satisfactory. I’d appreciate a refund if you may. I might buy the gold option next time just to disprove my doubts. Thanks.

What I like about it: Simple and fast. In and out. There are multiple locations in the area, so no matter the time of day or the area of town you are going to, you will be passing by one and getting your car washed. It's a very smooth process. My only concern is that the air for drying the car is not enough and does not dry as I like. I think it can be improved. For the price, the convenience, the locations, the app, and the customer service, it's a very good choice. Also my son like to go with me when I wash my car for the lights that they have there .

I love this car wash because they have multiple locations I can use my wash pass at. The only thing I’d say is the vacuums at the Hudson dr location are not good. I feel like they don’t suction well compared to other car washes I have visited. Other than that this place is very well managed. There is never trash floating around, the car washing stations are never out of order and everything is just clean!

I have been using United for two years now and I am not disappointed. In my opinion, it's the best touch-less wash in the area. I use the top package(Gold) and two trips pays for itself. I got this package because it hits the undercarriage and the ceramic application brings a nice shine to my car. Depending on the design of your vehicle, you could have spots that are tough for the dryer to tackle. But I go through slowly and stop on specific areas and I have no issues, my back window is a spot I'm talking about.

I've never been to a "touchless" car wash before and needed my car washed asap so i stopped here. I got the $16 service and am actually quite disappointed, my car is not the prettiest car but i can tell when its actually clean and this did not clean it.... it was a cool experience but i feel it was a waste of money because now i have to go to a traditional car wash to actually clean my car.

Really disappointed in this car wash. I might as well have flushed my money down the toilet. Car is still dirty and I ended up with scratches on the left side of my car and the driver’s window. I don’t know how this happens with a “touchless” car wash but it did. Also, there is a charge for the vaccs unless you have the membership. Save your money and damage to your car and go somewhere else!
