Horrible experience! I had just put 4 quarters into the machine and was vacuuming my car when a old noisy car with two male drivers in dark clothes started speeding towards mine. It stopped behind me mine, pulled off and came back. The guy in the passengers seat waved at me. I started to feel uncomfortable because there was no need for them to stop behind me. And There were several other vacuums available. So I decided to leave. I gathered my things in a hurry and pulled off. One of my sneakers had fell to the ground in the process of me trying to leave. I didn't notice until later. I went back to look and it turns out that the guys that parked behind me were workers there! They told me that my shoe was all the way at the bottom of the dumpster. I hadn't even had the shoes for 2 days. Such a shame.I lost my shoe because I felt that my safety was compromised and my personal space was violated. It was very intimidating.

Two visits within 2 weeks. Same stall #3. Water spewing from hi pressure hose near handle. No wax. 2nd visit..No wax. Neglected to call phone number listed on Wall. Several weeks prior I called and left a msg complaining: No wax! Msg taker mailed $3.00 to my address. After 2days visit, I've had enough. Find another car wash😠

Good vacuum cleaners. The self wash bays are nice. The dryer bay where you have to inch forward slowly is ok if you spend enough money, but it will dry your car.

It cost me less than $10 to clean my vehicle to my satisfaction and I really liked the dryer as you exited. I didn't have to towel dry my vehicle or air dry it as I drove down the street (which is what I usually do).

This self-serve car wash center has an automatic touchless wash (accepts cash and cards), several self-service wash bays (coins/tokens only), numerous vacuums and carpet cleaning machines, and I love the drying bay that is pretty much a blow dryer for your car. The equipment is usually in good working order, the stalls are clean, and it's well-lit enough that you feel safe at night. This would be an even better spot if they accepted cards in the self-service bays.

Undercarriage spray stops WAY WAY too soon. So soon I paid for a second wash thinking I messed something up. That will not get the salt off. Having to pay additionally for the dryer at the end is the cherry on top. I used to work in the car wash industry, this is beyond unheard of. Take your money elsewhere

I got overcharged on self wash when using my credit card. If I didn’t look at my credit card transaction I would have never known. My charge was supposed to be $3.65 self wash and they charged me $20. Check your transactions. I am still waiting on a refund

CC machines suck and it's $4 for 4 minutes which is pretty expensive for larger vehicles. Bring cash. Everything else is pretty on point.

I’ve been going to this car wash for years. However, recently within the past two weeks that I’ve gone I have been getting overcharged the first time I used my credit card I was charged $20.00 for a $6.00 wash and today I used my debit card (Huntington) I was charged $10.00 for a $5.00 car wash (as it was stated a $5.00 total transaction on the screen as I was wrapping up cleaning my vehicle). You guys need to hurry up and fix this issue or you’re going to lose valuable customers.
